Assuming you mean scripture.......

Sorry don't wanna resist. Show me a single verse that states this.

LOL

Colossians 3:10 (KJV)

[10] And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:

[11] Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all.

[12] Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;

[13] Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.

[14] And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.

[15] And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.

[16] Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

Ephesians 5:26 (KJV)
[26] That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,

John 12:48 (KJV)

[48] He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.

I don’t understand this, are you saying that in this time, humanity has chosen its own fate?

I think we have created our own fate because of our actions, which has led to current world events, by we I mean mankind.

Yes, I’m understanding now John...thank you.

They are following their own path and not God’s.

They are all in desperate need of the Lord as we once were!.🙏

Correct Rosie, they have allowed Satan to take control and rule over them and this world, we must always fight against that evil and remain faithful in God's word.

We also,” Experience “ the Love of Christ, it’s an experience.

NLT, Ephesians 3:19-20

May you experience the love of Christ, though it is to great to understand fully.

Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of and power that comes from God.

Romans 12.

Living Sacrifices.

Therefore I urge you ,brothers ,in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices,Holy and pleasing to God- this is your spiritual act of worship.

Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.

Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is- his good pleasing and perfect will.

For by the grace given me I say to everyone of you.

Do not think of  yourself  more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgement,in accordance with the measure of faith God has given you.

Just as each of us has one body with many  members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others.

We have different gifts according, according to the grace given us.

If a man’s gift is prophecy ,let him use it in proportion to his faith.

If it is serving, let him serve, if it is teaching, let him teach ,if it is encouraging ,let him encourage ,if it is contributing to the needs of others, let him give generously, if it  is leadership ,let him govern diligently, if it is showing mercy, let him do it cheerfully.

My words....that is “ Experiencing “ Christ through us, by the indwelling Holy Spirit, who works in and through us...which again is an experience, we experience the Power of Christ...just like we “ Experience “ the Power of His Love..His presence is an experience as it’s delivered to the heart of his child, just like some hear the audible voice of God that too is an experience, my pastors wife told me she heard the audible voice of God, who told her who she was going to marry, that was an experience through the spirit of Christ and she did marry the man God told her she would marry.

You must have his word delivered to your heart by him, the mind without the Holy Spirit is dead, you must be regenerated/ born again / made alive in Christ ,to have your mind renewed by God...it’s a “ living” relationship...which is an experience....that is “ my” belief.

God spoke to Moses face to face.

Exodus34:14

Moses and the Glory of the Lord.

The Lord replied,My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.

Then Moses said to him.If your presence does not go with  us, do not send us up from here.

How will anyone know that you are pleased with me and  with your  people unless you go with Us?

What else will distinguish me and your people from all other people on the face of the Earth?

And the Lord said to Moses, etc,etc.....

My words....therefore Moses experienced the word of God....because his word is “ALIVE” and “ ACTIVE”.....which is delivered to the “ HEART” of a believer....God speaks to our spirit, because we belong to him, have been adopted into his Kingdom by Him.....you can only receive and understand  the word of God if you are born again...

The renewing of one’s mind comes from the Holy Spirit, therefore an experience, you experience the renewing of your mind...Holy Spirit is the presence of God in the heart of his child....which you experience through Christ and ONLY Christ!

here is a question for ya :) based off of this Scripture
Colossians 3:1-10 (KJV)

[1] If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.

[2] Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.

[3] For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.

[4] When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.

[5] Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:

[6] For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:

[7] In the which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them.

[8] But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth.

[9] Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds;

[10] And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:

How can you be obedient to God in this?

I really like whst you explained..... I do Believe the Renewing of the Mind comes by the Power of Holy Spirit through Gods Word.... which is an experience

I guess that means you are both right!🤔🙏

You don't think Yielding is not saying Yes?

I think that yielding isn't something you do or say, it's something you DON'T do, ie, don't resist.

To receive anything from God, we need to "be STILL and know that He is God".  All our battling really I believe is to come to that point of being still.  Eg, when I give up trying to understand something with my own carnal mind, and either ask God or just look to Him being still in my heart,  it's then the Lord GIVES me understanding when I am still (or at least partially, since we only know in part).

When I was saved, the Lord drew me to attend a church that Sunday....didn't know why, thought at the time it was strange, but I just had this urgent desire out of the blue to go to a church....happens they were having a "crusade" at that time....I heard the gospel preached and then struggled with it for a week, I wanted it but didn't know how/what/why.  Finally I just stopped struggling and trying to figure it out (I rested, I became still) and then everything changed in a moment with the Lord giving me revelation of Himself and the gospel and He set my life on a new path.  And later I came to see how certain circumstances of life had readied me, my heart was more open than it would have been ten years earlier when I was a teenager, God working everything together for our good.

The reason I shared this here (& you have already heard,Brother) is because I believe I was predestined to live ,God of course Already Knew and my Dad was predestined to die the day he died........All the prayers in the Universe could not change that.  So,Does God Know because it is Fore ordained or is it the predestination that He Knows....Both I think

I dont' know if this captures it entirely, but I think of it that since the bible says we are "elect according to the foreknowledge of God", it also means we are predestined according to His foreknowledge.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
