No, I am saying that Babylon which is not Jerusalem will be destroyed forever....

Revelation 18:21   And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.

Ask yourself, will Jerusalem be found no more at all when all this is done?

Jerusalem will probably look worse than Hiroshima did after the abomination of desolation was placed there. But the people who killed the prophets and saints will not be found. None of apostate Israel (Babylon) will be found anywhere in Israel. Ever.

Like Jesus said about Jerusalem killing the prophets and saints.

Look, your house is left to you desolate.

No, you will not find one single person in Jerusalem who killed the prophets and saints after this.

No place will look pretty after war comes.

So what is the reason then for God to send in the destroyer?  You just said that Jerusalem will look worse than Hiroshima?

Have you got scripture to back your statement?

This is a spiritual desolation he is speaking about.  A land devoid of truth. Barren, dried up, bare because of no knowledge and empty.  No fruits. Spiritually desolate.

Amos 8:11   Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD:

No, the land of Israel as well as all of the promised land where the beast dwells today will be desolate. The abomination that causes its desolation is the cause of the desolation. That's its only purpose. That is what it was invented for. To cause desolation. The abomination that causes desolation is what causes the earth to quake on the day of the Lord. It causes the heavens to burn with a fervent heat and it melts the elements. It causes the cloud to ascend into heaven carrying the two witnesses.

War is hell.

The question is. Would you prefer the beast remain in the promised land or would you rather the promised land be given to whom God promised it?

New Jerusalem cube(Church of the Holy Sepulchre) = 12,000 stadions

New Babylon cube(ancient Babylon in Iraq) = 12,568 stadions

New Athens cube(Parthenon) = 16,956 stadions

New Washington D.C. cube(Google Earth coordinates) = 17,771 stadions

The side to half diagonal of a square face of the cube equals the square root of 2.

12,000 x  1.41421 = 16,971 stadions

12,568 x 1.41421 = 17,774 stadions

Babylon, in it's most general sense, is the kingdom of Satan's influence on the human race.  The end time manifestation of Babylon is made up of apostate Jews.  Where are they headquartered? Where is their base of influence?  That's the literal city that gets destroyed. My guess is NYC but time will tell.  I've heard good arguments for DC, London, and Vatican.

This question has also perplexed me, is it literal or symbolic Babylon? There are good arguments for all sides of the various views. We are witnessing how all prophetic events are shaping up, everything from Gog-Magog forming, to a cashless one-world global system, via U.N. Agenda 2030 and the Great Reset. The half-darkly glass is settling and clearing up.

This literal system and ideal all started in Shinar with Nimrod, and it descended through the ages to the present, and it would be much too lengthy to document the details. As time passes, I now lean toward Babylon's literal physical rebuilt city. If it all started in Babylon, I reason it must end there.

Revelation 18:2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.

Revelation 18:17 For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off, 18. And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city!

This appears to be a literal city that will burn for a long time. On and just under the surface of this area is a great quantity of asphalt (bitumen). These merchants viewing are standing afar off. Perhaps a nuclear strike ignites this bitumen, and the radiation, fallout, and toxic chemicals in the smoke are the reason for the downwind observance?

Some time back, where did that lewd entertainer Madonna and others go to perform? Pope Frances traveled to Ur, Abram's home, for his ecumenical movement to unite the world's religions.

I now understand the United Nations has a plan and intentions of setting up shop in that area soon. I don't discount the other views, and it could also be a combination of some of these.

Babylon (Satan's influence on the human race) started in the garden of Eden.  In Babylon is found the blood of Abel.

And in her was found the blood of prophets and of saints, and of all who have been slaughtered on the earth.  Rev 18:24

Babylon is simply a moniker for a place where Satan's influence is / was markedly strong.  I do agree that things are coming into focus more and more and we will know in due time.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
