I've spoken to spirits or angels

Deception rules the day when you let it.  Satan is the master of deception, it is his power.

Without going in to some long and verbose explanation and just giving a solution, call it applied Christianity if you wish, this is how you handle it:

 

As Jesus demanded of his own apostles "Who do you say I am?" you, as a Christian,  have the same authority and power in your life to address spirits and daemons in the same manner, in his name, and they have to obey or leave if you do not further welcome them.

 

Simply sincerely address and command them directly with "Spirit confess, is Jesus the Christ come in the flesh?".    They will ever confess such if they are from God or deny avoid the question to confuse you, or flee from you when you stand fast in it in the name of Christ.

 

Jesus gave you a tremendous power and authority, put it to use.  Today's Christians, for the most part, either do not understand the power they have, both individually and collectively, or they find a reason not to use it for whatever reason they have for doing so.  But always remember, through Christ all things can be done, be accomplished, in your life.

Do they glorify Jesus as Lord who came in the flesh?,

“Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world. By this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, and every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you heard was coming and now is in the world already.” (1 John 4:1-3)

For me the only do what the Father says. They do talk but they never come to just chat and never once said "were Angels not fallen angels". That's a huge red flag. Its never about them always the Father/Christ. 

Not sure as to why your posted this. Well you didn't come here to really ask about how do you know if they are good or bad. You keep telling us they are good. There are many different back grounds here when it comes to the lord and it would be very wise to listen. Seem most if not all told you this is not of God. Just how did you "test" the spirits? A spirit saying Jesus is king means nothing. Then you asked the POPE?  Not the one I would ever seek for advice but praise God. I've shared I had a dream after my mom died and she was in the dream. In the dream I looked at her and said "if you really are my mom tell me we are washed in the blood of Jesus" It mumbled something and vanished. 

Me..like the song as the angel was showing him around heaven "SHOW ME JESUS THE ONE THAT DIED FOR ME".
