There is absolutely no need to be insulting.  I'll make allowances, because you are a young-in-the-faith Christian, but you will really need to grow out of that.

The next time you are transfigured and talk to Moses and Elijah, let us all know.

It doesn't matter Jesus talked to the Dead playing and simple and he also talked to Lazarus who was dead for 3 Days in the Tomb. Just like Jesus said about the devil cannot cast himself out the same thing is true about God God cannot break his own laws.

And by the way I say it as I see it when I called you what I did

Jesus talked to Lazarus, Moses and Elijah, as the Son of God.  On both occasions, it was a testimony to the fact that he is God manifest in the flesh - one was raising Lazarus back to life, the other was being transfigured, revealing some of his glory as God.

Incorrect, censorious condemnation will come back to bite you.  She who rolls a stone will find that it rolls back on her, unless she repents.

Why do you put words into my mouth? Did I call Mary Queen of Heaven? What I said was I referred to Mary as being blessed blessed Mary that's what the scripture tells us. From this day forward all nations will call me blessed. Is not the word of God the word of jesus? I mean if you're going to say that the word of God the Bible is the word of Jesus then stick to it and quit switching it around just for one thing.

And if I want to get really picky about something that you just said, when you refer to Jesus in Mary's womb instead of giving him the respect that is due you . the fetus a thing. Is this the respect that's due to Jesus even in the womb?

I understand that I'm a new Christian but on the other hand you need to understand your answers are not working. They come across more like excuses.

My apologies.

Well Sister- Jesus was fully human but also fully God so there are most definitely things God Does,Can Do that we cannot, even walking in Spirit & in Truth.....plus we do need Holy Spirit to help us to Discern if we do not have the Gift of Discernment ( even then we must "try" ot test spirits)

Most assuredly Jesus Knows who is who- if any of us saw an apparition of what appeared to be human form we know it was an angelic being taking human form, fallen angel or heavenly angel? We would need to test

How do we know these things,Scripture teaches us.... We are forbidden to even attempt to talk to the dead- highly likely because the dead cannot come back as " spirits"..... Of course in the case of the transfiguration they were with Jesus.

When Jesus told us to be like Him He was not telling us to walk in water, change water into wine or to raise ourselves from the dead- He desires we love one another as we love ourselves- from there we can do ALL the things that we are here to do as we go about Father's Business- preach the Gospel to every creature & make disciples out of men❤️

With love in Christ, Kwik

And for all " mature " Christians let us remember when we were young in the Faith and had our own conclusions we came to- I remember the love & patience that was shown me as one who was raised rcc and alot to undo

And also a reminder that here on Worthy for those not so familiar with our Terms of Service,we debate Topics if we are looking to debate but not one another personally,no name calling please....

You guys are such hypocrites seriously.

Jesus had to learn the hard way to not go around calling people hypocrites.

Although he was a son, he learned obedience through what he suffered. (Heb. 5:8)

Well my friend - here on WCF we could be spared any suffering by simply following our Terms of Service

Besides,Jesus did not suffer for calling anyone a hypocrite- he suffered in our place and being God the Son He Could Call a hypocrite a hypocrite,a brood of vipers a brood of vipers or anything He Sees fit- but that is a Topic for another Thread

That scripture at Heb. 5:8 doesn't make any sense if Jesus already knew what it meant to obey God. What was he supposed to be learning or to have learned?

Great question & I'd be more than happy to answer it but as I already mentioned, let's stay on Topic which is also something we do in respect of our Terms of Service

Start a Thread regarding the Topic,it will be a good discussion

So if we're using specific wordage that's used in the scripture why aren't we doing a few other things like calling Mary blessed.

I mean if we believe that the scripture is Jesus's Word. Then isn't it Christ himself who is telling us through Mary from this day forward all nations will call me blessed?

We say that we are Christians maybe we should start actually believing in what we say we are.

Just curious. What makes you think that what Mary predicted about herself is what Jesus somehow predicted?

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
