The seventh seal and the seventh trumpet are unique as each open series of events.

The seventh seal (in Revelation 8:1) - opens the seven trumpet judgments.

The seventh trumpet sounds and it begins the fall of Satan's kingdom of Babylon the Great.

btw, if you want to have an insight to the bible, what you are reading, it is documentation about the mystery of God, as He "declared" to His servants the prophets (Revelation 10:7).

We have all of those promises from God who is truly good.

What that mystery is about is God's repair to his creation caused by Satan and his angels.

Satan and his angels ' mystical kingdom is Babylon the Great and has wrecked havoc on humanity, starting in the garden of Eden.

Why do you believe God will save them who persecute and kill the saints of God?

The only people who go into the wilderness to escape the Israeli government are Christian Arabs .The unbelieving Jews will take the mark of their king which they worship.

Then the kings of the east attack the Israeli government and it's people who worship it and it's kingdom.The kings of the east are not hunting for christians.They are coming to destroy the evil Israeli government and it's kingdom .

A question:

I've been studying Obadiah this morning, trying to understand all it says, and am wondering where the prophecies of Obadiah fit in to the end times scenario and the second coming of Christ.

Would they all have to be fulfilled before it happens, or are some prophecies still left unfulfilled at the end?

Others here will surely know more than I do at this point and I would appreciate their insights for my consideration.

The kingdom of heaven is singular, and becomes the Kingdom of God when brought to earth at Jesus's Return - to rule over the kingdoms, plural, the nations of this earth.

The earth will not become one nation.   In Revelation 20:8, at the end of the millennium, Satan will one again go out and deceive the nations, plural.

8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.
