"Learn prophecy, brother." I have read some 250 volumes on eschatology. How about you? Daniel 7:7-8 does not refer to the 3rd Empire (Greece) but the 4th, which most scholars believe to be the Roman Empire. The last-days empire will align itself to some degree with its predecessors. However, nothing in the text suggests that the Antichrist must be native to either Greece or Italy.

Do you know where the Assyrians are said to have migrated?—to a place just 50 miles from T____'s ancestors in Germany. I can support that statement, but I will have to dig for it in my files.

And there is nothing to suggest the mortal wound was Rome.

What does  Daniel 8:21 say? How about 11:3-4? Or verse 7:6? Verses 2:32 and 2:39?

Well, you tell me, one section at a time please (per reply, that is), and we can discuss it.

These references are of course speaking to the identification of the 3rd kingdom in Nebuchadnezzar’ s image in chapter 2.

Start with chapter 2 and tell me the 4 kingdoms referred to JUST IN CHAPTER 2, and how or why you believe them to be the 4.

We can discuss this for each chapter.. let’s do chapter 2 first.

Why does it matter where Assyrians migrated to,

when the prophets Isaiah and Micah speak of

"the land of Assyria"?

Who occupies the land of Assyria?

Isaiah 7:18 And it shall come to pass in that day
That the Lord will whistle for the fly
That is in the farthest part of the rivers of Egypt,
And for the bee that is in the land of Assyria.

Isaiah 27:13 So it shall be in that day:
The great trumpet will be blown;
They will come, who are about to perish in the land of Assyria,
And they who are outcasts in the land of Egypt,
And shall worship the Lord in the holy mount at Jerusalem.

Micah 5:6 And they shall waste the land of Assyria with the sword,

and the land of Nimrod in the entrances thereof:

thus shall he deliver us from the Assyrian, when he cometh into our land,

and when he treadeth within our borders.

Answer: some 20 million ethnic Kurds.

The four kingdoms are Babylon, Media-Persia, Greece, and presumably Rome. The last-days kingdom will resemble them all, especially Rome.

Since pagan Rome was the 4th beast  in chapter 7 that “was slain and its body was destroyed,” then the little horn had to come into existence between the cross and 467 AD (demise of pagan Rome).

Let's cut to the chase. Are you a preterist? Do you believe these Little Horn references were ultimately fulfilled in Caesar Nero?

It doesn’t matter what labels are thrown around… they are never interpreted to mean just one thing…

This kind of discussion we might be trying to have eliminates any confusion or labeling. It really is a discussion about a verse or two that we can focus on . I don’t think one can be labeled as A or B  by their interpretation on a few verses.

So, I have no disagreement with your chapter 2 opinion of the 4 kingdoms. I do believe there are 4 and only 4 kingdoms that will come upon the earth or sea in God’s book of Daniel prophecies (His 12 chapter story of His plan of salvation).

So, we have these 4 in chapter 2, how about chapter 7? Are the 4 kingdoms in chapter 7 the same as in chapter 2? If not, please let me know them and why? One of the reasons I responded to your earlier post was because you said the 3rd kingdom was NOT Greece. Since you now confirm the 3rd kingdom in chapter 2 IS Greece, I am interested in your chapter 7 identification of the 4.

I never said the 3rd kingdom was "not" Greece.

And labels can be convenient in so far that I know where you are coming from, and thus, what to expect going forward in this conversation as EVERY CONVERSATION I have had previously with a preterist (and they are numerous) is a theological exercise in futility, a merry-go-round that will continue to spin until the cattle return from 1000 hills, typically ending with me pulling the lever, saying, "This is my stop," the end of which leaves not an ounce of budge in either direction.

And yes, I see parallels between the metals of the statue in chapter 2 and the beasts of chapter 7.

I have already given you my identification of "four," which I believe to be ancient Rome, which segues and revives into the final beast kingdom at the end of the Age, which we are fast approaching.

I've been answering your questions. Perhaps you might answer mine?

I'd say your right.

I believe Trump is the man of sin as well.

Public Service Notice:

Some fanatics are saying former USA President Donald Trump is the "man of sin" referred to in 2 Thessalonians 2, but does his name bear any resemblance to the number 666 mentioned in Revelation 13:18?

There are some intriguing connections between former President Donald Trump and the enigmatic number 666.

  1. Trump Tower and 666:

  2. Casinos and the Number 666:

  3. Wikileaks and Satanic Claims:

    • In a satirical article, Wikileaks humorously claimed that Donald Trump is the son of Satan 3. According to their “documents,” Trump was adopted by Mary Anne and Frederick Christ Trump, a New York City real estate developer.
    • The article even suggests that Trump’s birth certificate lists his father as “Satan” and his mother as “Lilith”. His place of birth? None other than Malebolge, the eighth circle of hell according to Dante’s “Inferno.”
  4. Business Dealings with Satan?:

  5. Former Vice President Dick Cheney:

In summary, while there are playful connections between Donald Trump and the number 666, they are mostly coincidental or satirical. Interpretations vary widely, and it’s essential to approach such claims with a healthy dose of skepticism. Whether he is the “man of sin” or not remains a matter of personal belief and interpretation. 🤔🔍🍎

I don't believe the mark is Trump's mark.

The reason I believe Trump is the man of sin really doesn't have anything to do with the mark. Its becausIe of the events that have taken place during the time of his predecessors.Reagon ,Bush,Bush, Obama.Daniel 11 is a very long chapter that lists many events before the man of sin comes into power. Then it lists events after he comes into power.Ive tried to understand the events before he came to power long before Trump even knew he was running the first time. Then I've tried to understand the events that would take place while he is in power.Ive just been waiting.

The more he runs his mouth, the more it appears that he will do the things I believe he will do.

I know none of this probably makes any sense.I haven't had a computer for decades and all my posts are from a phone so I don't say to much.

Daniel 11:7-20=son of perdition's predecessors

Daniel 11:21-45=son of perdition.

I'm just waiting and watching.
