It's a warning to the unfaithful steward. One must be known by Him to be accounted faithful or unfaithful stewards; those who are not His, are neither. I have overheard these exhortations coming from the religious for many years, and note how many who deliver them are ensnared by the world: with one breath they praise the Lord, and with the next they hate their neighbor and judge others harshly.

The Lord is that thief to the unfaithful steward, not the false.

Lets all read the scriptures carefully  Jesus says they are ALL virgins.  In otherwords, undefiled by another bridegroom.  They are all waiting for the same bridegroom.  Jesus is coming for all of them.  If all the Virgins had listened carefully, they would have heard Jesus say "AND THE BRIDEGROOM DELAYED".  Jesus is telling us today..."HE WILL DELAY".   Don't put just enough oil in your lamp to last you untill "YOUR" expection.  HE WILL DELAY.  His coming is LATER, and not a minute SOONER. When Jesus delayed, the five foolish "VIRGINS" had their own expectations about Jesus coming.  When Jesus didn't meet their expectations, they couldn't wait, EVEN IF IT MEANT REMAING IN THE DARK UNTIL HE WAS DONE DELAYING.  They were not prepared to ENDURE TO THE END, this offended the Holy Spirit greatly.

Martha couldn't wait either, though Jesus DELAYED, Martha's disapointment showed, her expectation was for a different time...one sooner, and she didn't have enough oil in her lamp to wait out the delay, so she blamed Jesus.  Jesus wept;  But that God could be glorified, Jesus rose Lazurus from the dead.  There is only the First resurrection, and then the Second death.  There is nothing in between.

Jesus answers that question this way:  "When the Son of man returns, will he find faith on the earth"

The five foolish Virgins lost faith in Jesus when their oil ran out and left instead of remaining in the Dark by faith and waited. Their faith was in their self expectations and didn't expect to be left waiting, even though Jesus told them the Bridegroom would delay.

`Now I say that Jesus Christ has become a servant to the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made to the fathers....` (Rom. 15: 8)

Jesus spoke in parables to the people of Israel concerning the promises made to the fathers.

God the Father tells us where Jesus` own throne is.

`God.....raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age BUT ALSO IN THAT WHICH IS TO COME.` (Eph. 1: 20 & 21)

The Body of Christ IS NOT JUDGED ACCORDING TO THEIR WORKS. That is for those who are in the graves. (Rev. 20: 11 - 15)

Rev. 22: 12 concerns the great white throne judgment and the Body of Christ is certainly NOT being judged but under the precious blood of Jesus.

Our standing before God is in heaven for that is where Christ, the Head of the Body is. We are in Christ and spiritually we are joined to the Head.

Jesus gave Israel the Lord`s prayer. Some of it is especially for them -

1.they have to forgive others before God forgives them. That is not so for us, the Father forgives us first and then we are able to forgive others.

2. Israel has to pray for God`s kingdom rule to come to them. For us the Lord`s rule is already in our hearts by the Holy Spirit.

As to the kingdoms of the world etc, that is at the end of the trib, and we are already in heaven. We have a heavenly calling whereas Israel has an earthly one.

Are the apostles Peter, Andrew, John, James, Paul and the others (all Jews) in the body of Christ?

HEB 11:24-26 24 For if you were cut off from what is by nature a wild olive tree, and were grafted contrary to nature into a cultivated olive tree, how much more will these who are the natural branches be grafted into their own olive tree?

25 For I do not want you, brethren, to be uninformed of this mystery so that you will not be wise in your own estimation—that a partial hardening has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in; 26 and so all Israel will be saved; just as it is written,

Correct. There is only one body of faithful believers, also known as the cultivated olive tree, also known as the children of God, also known as the Body of Christ, also known as the Bride of Christ, also known as the Israel of God, also known as the ekklesia or the ones called out of darkness that gather in His marvelous light, also known as the Church.

No for the 12 pre-cross apostles. However, the apostles of the ascended Lord are in the Body of Christ.

What did Paul mean when he wrote Galatians 3:26-29?

"For ye are all children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise."

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
