I am not happy with Verizon

Did you purchase the new phone from Verizon?   Since they didn't tell you they were having outage problems, can you return the phone and get a refund?   I would talk to a supervisor about that, since they should have told you about the outages.

I have Consumer Cellular and they use AT&T and Verizon towers.    I bought a smart phone from them and it was only $99....a Motorola.   My bill is $15 plus tax...$22.37 a month.

Half of my cell phone bill is a laundry list of numerous taxes; it is ridiculous.

Yes it is.

I used to have a landline with AT&T until early this year.   They would raise the price every few months in recent years.    So my bill was up to $48 or $49 a month!!!

They sent a letter they wanted to get rid of landlines in California (I don't think it went through.)

So that's when I got a cellphone and it is cheaper.   I just hope I don't run out of storage too soon.    I'm at 53% now.   When I got it in February, it was at about 45%.

I do clear the cache regularly.   It's an Android.   Wish I knew how to clear the caches all at one time.

Yes, and the price of my new phone after taxes and other fees and add on costs was ridiculous.

I had a land line as well. I got rid of it because all I was getting is scam calls. It was just adding to my internet bill. It would have been nice to have it a few days ago when my cell phone died.

We switched from AT&T to pure talk and saved a bunch of money and it hasn’t gone up in this time…around 4 years.

Well, since I don't support smart phones I got a Kyocera Dura excel. It will support the location I am in so far from the tower and off into the wooded forest. It is only a 4G because a 5G would have been a lot more expensive.
