have you ever been asked that ? or maybe you asked someone are you saved ?

Matthew 10:22 says, "You will be hated by everyone because of me, but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved.

Mark 13:13  And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

I'm something of a smarty ,I will quickly ask ,saved from what ? normally its not a question any are expecting. as it is right now we have a enemy  1 Corinthians 15:26 says, " The last enemy to be destroyed is death.

it stands to reason the only way to be saved from death to life will come through Jesus the christ.

are you saved ? Technically no . there is a good chance you .......someday will die. taken from the people you love . to then to be saved from death to live again when the last enemy death is destroyed.

Technically, unless you fulfill Genesis 1:26-28, that is be found in the image and likeness of God and be part of God's Kingdom on earth, you are not fully saved.

1. For our sins we are saved if we don't enter the Lake of Fire
2. For the spirit of man there is rebirth
3. For the soul of man there is transformation in the image of Christ
4. For the body of man there is resurrection like Christs
5. It will be decided at the Judgment Seat of Christ if we have proved ourselves worthy to be co-king (Lk.19:17-19)

Matthew is a Book on the Kingdom. The rebirth is taken for granted. It is MY father, YOUR Father, OUR Father.. The Lord could not say this if we were all not born of the SAME Father. In Chapter 19 a rich young man asked how to HAVE eternal life. Jesus answered that by recognizing and confessing Him as God, he did not need eternal life since he had it, but that he needed to INHERIT or ENTER LIFE. In verse 24 our Lord Jesus used LIFE interchangeably with the coming Kingdom of God. In verse 25 His disciples, who had been taught by Him, said that failure to ENTER the Kingdom was counted as "not saved".

The issue at hand was not faith. The rich man had been assured of this. In Mark it says that "Jesus loved him". Wealth under law was a REWARD. His wealth was God-given. This young man had faith, had kept the Law, was loved by Jesus but he missed the Kingdom. - point #5 above. It is NOT the Kingdom IN heaven. It is that Kingdom that Daniel predicted in Daniel Chapter 2. It is the Kingdom (out) OF Heaven. It is "Thy (God's) Kingdom COME (to earth)".

Matthew 10 was speaking of point number 5 above. Are you WORTHY to be a co-king on earth with Christ when He comes. If not, you are not fully saved. We are not saved for heaven. We are saved to bring heavenly rule to earth.

A whole book study of Ephesians is good for answers to a raft of questions about salvation.

Here's a sample:

Eph 1:13-14  . . . in whom also you, hearing the Word of Truth, the gospel of our salvation, in whom also believing, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise,  (14)  who is the earnest of our inheritance, to the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory.

Yes, I have been ask that, and responded, yes, I am covered in the blood.
They immediately understood my answer. Do you?
Do you believe ALL that is written in the bible, or only what makes sense to you?

Are you saved, Locust. Are you saved by the blood of the Lamb?
If so, how were you saved if I may ask without offense?
Simple questions for any born again saved believer in the Christ, Jesus, the son of God, the Messiah..

Thanks, Locust...

Mark 13:13  And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

regardless of what people think or feel it ultimately depends on what the judge determines.Matthew 7:23.  "Then I will tell them plainly, 'I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!'".

those called the evildoers do know of Jesus Matthew 24:5 says, "For many will come in my name, claiming, 'I am the Messiah,' and will deceive many"

and BTW will be deceived .

2 Corinthians 13:5 New International Version

Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith; test yourselves. Do you not realize that Christ Jesus is in you—unless, of course, you fail the test?

I really didn't expect you would be able to answer, but I just had to see for myself.
Thanks for that, Locust.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
