Measurement as given in ancient terms, cannot be relied on for accuracy.  Zechariah was simply guessing its size. 

It is your prerogative to reject my hypothesis, however I consider it remiss for you to not make any suggestion for what Zechariah did see. It was NOT an actual scroll, just the general shape of one.

Zechariah was certainly revealing its shape, and it wasn't the shape of any missile.

it was man made, It flew through the air, it caused destruction. 

Please either tell me your interpretation of what it was, or admit it could be a nuke missile.  AS what Iran are preparing now.

I don't see this as a man made thing, neither are the two ladies with the wings and a woman in a basket. I think both are parts of the spiritual world that most of us can't see.

So; is the Bible saying something to us, which is useless and of no value to us today?   You are another who plays with the Prophecies; some literally fulfilled, like Zech 9:9, most never. Surely not in your lifetime. 

My contention is that Zechariah saw what he says he did and like the Revelation which John saw, it all awaits the end times. Which are fast approaching.

I posted what I thought the scripture was telling us.  We just disagree with what it was/is saying.

So, right now, in our day, we have this prophecy coming true. Iran has the technology to build these weapons and the motivation to use them against Israel.   But we who study the Prophetic Word, know the Lord will not allow this to happen and He will destroy the chief weapon of their strength. Jeremiah 49:35

Deuteronomy 32:34-35 & 43 I have sealed up in My storehouse, punishment against My enemies, till the Day of vengeance and wrath, at the moment their foot slips. [make a mistake] For the Day of their downfall is near, their doom is fast approaching. the Lord will punish those who hate Him and cleanse His peoples Land.

Destruction by fire:

Destroyed at the moment of attack

Amos 5:9 He makes destruction flash forth against the mighty.

Habakkuk 3:14 You pierce their leaders with Your arrows, they are swept away by a whirlwind as they open their jaws to secretly devour their victims.

Psalms 37:12-15 The wicked have drawn their swords and strung their bows, to slaughter the righteous. Their weapons will cut their own hearts and their bows will be shattered.

The scenario:

Nuclear tipped missiles are prepared for launching. At the moment the firing button is pressed, the Electro Magnetic Pulse of a massive explosion on the sun will strike the area. The highly charged particles will cause the bombs and the missiles to explode on the ground.

Psalms 11:4-6 The Lord is in heaven, He watches mankind and He weighs out the just and unjust. He hates all who love violence.

He will rain fiery coals upon the wicked peoples and scorching winds will be their lot.

I am wasting my time with this nuclear weapon – rocket theory, but I thought I would paste in 2₵ worth of my notes. In short, I believe Zech. 5 is associated with the Book of Revelation, and Mystery Babylon, associated with Nimrod’s kingdom of lead. It all started with Babylon, and it will end there.

Ecclesiastes 1:9 The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.

A stork is an unclean bird.   

In the previous vision, unregenerate sinners are purged from the land. In this vision wickedness as a pervasive principle is removed from the land and taken to Babylon where it is enshrined.

The measuring basket of verse 6 is literally an ephah, a measure somewhat smaller than a bushel. The basket with the woman inside represents the iniquity of the people throughout the land. She is the personification of wickedness. The woman tries to escape, but the lid is placed firmly over the mouth of the basket. The two women of verse 9 are agents of God who whisk the basket away to the country of Babylonia. A house or temple is built for the basket and its contents, and it is placed there as an idol on a pedestal, to be worshiped by those who have rejected God. From the time of the building of its tower in defiance of God to its ultimate destruction, Babylon appears in Scripture as the center of opposition to God. This, then, is the appropriate home of wickedness. Note that in 2:6–7 God’s people are urged to flee from Babylon and to return to the “holy land” where God will dwell in their midst. An appropriate exchange is taking place. All this is preliminary to the final events yet to transpire: Babylon with all its wickedness will be utterly destroyed.¹

An Ephah and a Talent of Lead

Zechariah 5:6-11

In addition to the symbology of animals and metals used for empire kingdoms (effecting Israel) in the book of Daniel and Revelation. The metals are; gold, silver, brass, iron, and iron mixed with miry clay. In extra-biblical texts and Pseudepigrapha, there is a 5^th symbolic representative metal, LEAD. See the chart below for its application. Zechariah had a series of prophetic dreams, all in one night. Zechariah chapter five points to Revelation’s Mystery Babylon.

Revelation 18:2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.

Zechariah 5:6 And I said, What is it? And he said, This is an ephah that goeth forth. He said moreover, This is their resemblance through all the earth.

An ephah is a basket (bushel basket), or a unit of weight holding so many pounds or units of weight measurement. An ephah is an Egyptian term, it’s a foreign weight system, it’s a commercial weight system for commercially selling or buying something. We should observe the use of a foreign system mentioned in this instance.

This is a group of people engaged in commerce and a religious system that controls commerce. This is not an empire by force, as the kingdoms of gold, silver, brass, and iron; but commerce. It is connected to buying and selling.

Zechariah 5:7 And, behold, there was lifted up a talent of lead: and this is a woman that sitteth in the midst of the ephah.

This woman is sitting in the ephah, and a lead stone ( 66.58 pound cover) is placed on top of the ephah sealing her in for the future. The woman will control this false religious system.

Zechariah 5:8 And he said, This is wickedness. And he cast it into the midst of the ephah; and he cast the weight of lead upon the mouth thereof.

This is wickedness; most often this signifies a prostitute, this is symbolic and part of Zechariah’s dream. It was a prophetic dream, that has not been fulfilled to this day. Israel is in a covenant with God, and is unfaithful and cheating on its spouse, prostituting itself, going after false gods. It’s a metaphor for cheating on a spouse, symbolically connected to a false religion. It’s a woman who is a great harlot going to Babylon. It’s a connection to the book of Revelation’s mystery Babylon. Later (in the future), there’s going to be this harlot Babylonian mystery religion headquartered in Babylon. This may or may not be literal Shinar (Babylon, Iraq), but I suspect it is literal Babylon. This lead metal is connected to the world's first empire and dictator, Nimrod.

Zechariah 5:9 Then lifted I up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came out two women, and the wind was in their wings; for they had wings like the wings of a stork: and they lifted up the ephah between the earth and the heaven.

The two “women” appear to be two religious movements, could it be Chrislam? Because they are united together, to take this system to Shinar (Babylon). Shinar is the ancient name for Babylon. To establish it put it in a temple, and get it ready to go.

They have wings of feathers, not as a bat or anything else. They have wings like the wings of a stork. A stork is an unclean biblical animal, but the symbology is it can move quickly. They look good, but they are not. What could these two united religions be?

The book of “Gad the Seer” says they are Rome, Italy, and Islam, it even identifies Islam by their symbol of the crescent moon. Looking at Pope Francis's successful ecumenical movement, uniting Christianity with Islam (Chrislam), perhaps this is the representation?

Zechariah 5:11 And he said unto me, To build it an house in the land of Shinar: and it shall be established, and set there upon her own base.

Where are they taking this object, to the land of Shinar. Two stork-winged women are taking this object from Israel to Babylon. It shall be established and set on its own base.

Base: מְכוֹנָה (mĕkônâ), n. place, site; under-support, kettle stand. Greek equiv. fr. LXX: μεχωνωθ

They are taking this thing to establish something in Babylon. It appears a literal temple will be built for this mystery religion in Babylon.

But you fail to refute it. Now that such weapons are built by the Western nations and by the enemies of the Christian world, especially  by Iran, who has vowed to destroy Israel, should we not carefully take note of the many Prophesies which describe an attack by Iran [Elam, Media, Persia] and what the Lord will do about it?

I see Ken Jhonson is a highly qualified author of Bible studies. Jesus said the truths of Bible prophecy are hidden from the wise and learned. Matthew 15:25-26
