The most profitable exercise in reading the Bible is to see Christ our Savior there from Genesis to Revelation.

Acts 4:12 (NAS20S) “And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among mankind by which we must be saved.”

This statement above in Acts is emphatic. This means that the work of Jesus on the Cross, His resurrection and His Ascension transcends the calendar. This means that the Father imputed Christ's Righteousness to Noah and his family even though they with the rest of sinful mankind back then were exceedingly sinful--His Grace provided Salvation in this remarkable illustration. The entire world was judged and destroyed and yet a few were saved---just as it will be one more time.

Reader---seek Him and find Salvation.

Matt. 7:7 (NAS20S)   “  Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 8 “For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened.

Rom 10:3  For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. :4  For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.

Rom 4:5  But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. \

Rom 5:1  Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:

Jer 23:6  In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.

1Cor. 10:2 (NAS20S) and they all were baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea; 3 and they all ate the same spiritual food, 4 and all drank the same spiritual drink, for they were drinking from a spiritual rock which followed them; and the rock was Christ.

I don't recall reading it specifically in the Holy Scriptures but by Holy Spirit inspired discernment I am ABSOLUTELY convinced, and believe, that all babies and children were saved. There is an age of accountability and many, myself included, think it might be around the age of 13-14 where children are not held accountable for sin (hence, age of accountability). I would even go so far as to say I believe that the Great I AM, in His great love and mercy, brought all these children and babies to heaven before the floods came. In that same great love and mercy I don't believe He would let these children and babies suffer a death in the flood.

It is the sin of Adam that condemned humanity.  Rom 5:18  Therefore as by the offense of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation;

We were conceived in Adam and before we were born, condemned.  Psalm 51:5  Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me. It is the sin nature that makes us sinners, which we received at conception. Ephesians 2:3 and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

A baby is just as condemned as a 100 year old. Committing sins does not make us a sinner, having Adam's nature does. Thus, all are condemned, even those who have not committed sins in the womb, "there is NONE righteous, no NOT ONE." Rom. 3:10

We don't like to hear these things because it doesn't seem fair or just, but it is so according to Scripture and we know that God IS just. But, as we also see from Scripture, God does not save anyone according to what they do, but He saves according to what and on whom they believe. This takes place in the human spirit, not the mind, not the soul, not the body, but in the spirit of man. It is God who saves according to His purpose. He is fully capable of enlightening the spirit of a baby in the womb with the Gospel and saving that baby before it is ever born. Thus we see John the baptist leaping in his mother's womb being full of the Holy Spirit at the announcement of Mary's arrival.  Luke 1:15  For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother's womb. It was God who filled him with the Holy Spirit before he ever did right or wrong.

The idea of a child not being responsible and being saved to go to heaven until they reach the 'age of accountability' makes no sense and is not a scriptural idea. If it were true, then every parent, in wanting and raising children to go to heaven should kill them before the age of accountability to be sure they would be saved. A stupid and gross idea.

We must remember that it is God who saves according to His good pleasure. We who have lived long enough, have believed through the faculties of our minds, our souls, our bodies and eventually in our spirits after hearing the Gospel preached and believing it. It is an act of God worked out through our lifetimes until we believe it or not. God can see a baby in the womb (that perhaps will be aborted) and speak the Gospel to that baby's spirit and save him/her if He so chooses. In my puny little mind, this makes sense and fits my understanding of a righteous and just God, but according to Scripture that baby was condemned already when conceived and deserves hell just as all men do, save for the grace of God.

Jesus is the antidote to Adam's sin. He died making payment for the sin that condemns all mankind. Mankind can be saved by believing that good news, whether in the womb or at 100 years old.

Rom 8:33  Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.

If truly saved, then truly justified by His faith. Satan can do miraculous things. That doesn't make him justified.

I see the flood as less similar to us having faith than it was God selecting the last faithful man and his family to start over. One might imagine that the environmental difficulties God instituted with the curse were insufficient to prevent humans from having every imagination of the thoughts of their hearts being evil continually. The climatic changes from the flood creating an even more hostile environment may have been sufficient to limit our indulgences. However, since the Industrial revolution, we may have been now able to indulge ourselves to the degree they did before the flood.

One interesting question is the 120 years God spoke of, was it the time until the flood, or the limit that would now be placed on how long a man could live?

Hebrews 11:7
By faith Noah, being divinely warned of things not yet seen, moved with godly fear, prepared an ark for the saving of his household, by which he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
