The prime example of a false teaching is the pre-tribulation rapture. This idea denies many Scriptures that say; all will be tested, 1 Peter 4:12, Luke 21:35.

The prime example of you not understanding scripture or trying to bend it to fit your thesis.

12 Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:

This has ZERO to do with the End Time 70th Week, its telling us that ALL Christians on this earth will suffer tribulation, and if you would understand how to use scriptures correctly, then John 16:33 would affirm this unto you.

33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

The below is Jesus telling the Disciples to warn the Churches to WATCH or their ACTIONS CONTINUALLY that they are ready when the Rapture comes so they can ESCAPE this SNARE, and you totally misunderstand and misrepresent the passage by taking it out of its context.

Luke 21:34 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting(to stop desiring something in full) , and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.

35 For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.

36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

So, that DAY (the DOTL or God's Wrath) will be lie a SNARE to THOSE (not us) who DWELL on the earth [at that time] WATCH THEREFORE (meaning stay Sober in Christ and do not be DRUNKEN in WORLDLY THINGS which will cause you to miss the Rapture) and Pray always that you will be WORTHY (You are in the Blood of Christ and have he Holy Spirit dwelling in you) to ESCAPE [the DOTL] and stand in Christ Jesus presence.

You twist everything because you already "KNOW" but you really do not know. This makes you have a blind spot and everything gets twisted to fit your thesis.

If you believe you are good enough and sufficiently holy to be taken directly to heaven, then you will be judged for judging yourself.  Humility and trust in the Lord’s saving grace, Isaiah 30:15, must be our attitude, not the pretentious belief of a removal from the earth to avoid any perceived difficulties. In John 17:15 Jesus asks for protection, not removal and in John 3:13 No one will go to heaven, only He who came from it.

If you DO NOT understand we are made whole ONLY by Jesus' blood then you do not understand basic Christian tenets brother.

Comments like this are rude and uncalled for. James 4:11-12

Time for the Judgement to Begin

1 Peter 4:7-11 The end of all things is upon us, therefore to help you pray, you must lead self controlled and sober lives. Above all, love each other, because love cancels out a host of sins. Be hospitable to one another, without grumbling and each one should use whatever gifts that they have received from God to serve others. Use your gifts and strength to glorify God through Jesus Christ, to whom belongs the glory and power for ever.

1 Peter 4:12-16 Dear friends, do not be surprised by the fiery trial which is to try you, as though something strange were happening to you, but rejoice, that you participate in the suffering of Christ, then when His glory is revealed, your joy will be great. If you are reviled for being a Christian, count yourself happy, for the Spirit of God rests upon you and if you do suffer, it must not be for any criminal deed. However, if you suffer as a Christian, do not be ashamed, but praise God that you bear that name.

1 Peter 4:17-19 For it is time for judgement to begin; it is beginning with God’s own household, as Scripture says; If it is hard for the righteous to be saved, what will become of the impious and sinful? So let those who suffer according to God’s will entrust their souls to Him, while continuing to do good; their Maker will not fail them.

1 Peter 5:10 After your brief suffering, the God of all grace who called you to His eternal glory in Christ will Himself make you perfect, establish, strengthen and settle you.               Reference:  Revised English Bible, some verses abridged.

The end of all things is upon us’. Peter does not mean the end of the world, but the end of this present age, our time; right now!

do not be surprised by the fiery trial’. This can refer to the persecution of the early church, but is mainly to us in the last days, as we face the forthcoming judgement by fire, earthquakes, storms and tsunamis: the Sixth Seal event.  2 Peter 3:7

His glory revealed’. Firstly that revealing will be to Jesus’ born again people: 2 Thessalonians 1:6-10. Later; at the Return of Jesus, He will be seen by all the world. Matthew 24:30, Revelation 19:11

The Judgement begins in God’s household’. The terrible fire judgement prophesied so many times throughout the Bible, will initially strike the Middle East, which includes the present State of Israel. Many prophecies say how all the holy Land will be ‘burnt and devastated’, Jeremiah 9:10-12, Jeremiah 10:18, Isaiah 10:23

make you perfect, establish, strengthen and settle you’. This will be the fulfilment of all the great promises of how the Lord will gather His faithful Christian people, Ezekiel 34:11 and how He will pour out His Spirit upon them, Ezekiel 37:14, Isaiah 35:1-10 Then they will be established and settled into all of the area promised to Abraham.  Genesis 17:8, Isaiah 62:1-5

Isaiah 49:8-11 The Lord says: In the time of My favour, on the Day of Deliverance, I will come to your aid. You are My people, destined to be a light to the nations and to restore the Land. Go free now and in the Land, you will find food and water in plenty. It will not be too hot when the One who loves them will guide them along highways. My people; coming from all parts of the world, will shout for joy as they enter their Land. For God will comfort His people in their distress.       Isaiah 35, Zechariah 8:1-8

No it is not, its just you not being able to accept correction. You use this to dodge everything I corrected you on. Stop playing that tired old trick, it doesn't work with me.

NO....The Church will not even be here, this is why you guys get everything wrong, its throws you off kilter.

Shalom, @Revelation Man.

Actually, this is quite wrong. Think about it: Why would the "churches" be in "Heaven" when Yeeshuwa` the Messiah (Jesus the Christ) is back here reigning over the children of Israel?

Didn't He say,

John 14:1-3 (KJV)

1 "Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. 2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if [it were] not [so], I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, [there] ye may be also."

While He doesn't say that He will "take us to Heaven," He DOES say that we will be gathered to Him and wherever He goes, we may be there, too! We WON'T be separated from Him again!

One must also read and take to heart what Paul wrote in Ephesians 2:

Ephesians 2:11-22 (KJV)

11 Wherefore remember, that ye [being] in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands; 12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: 13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.

14 For HE IS OUR PEACE, WHO HATH MADE BOTH ONE, AND HATH BROKEN DOWN THE MIDDLE WALL OF PARTITION [BETWEEN US]; 15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, [even] the law of commandments [contained] in ordinances; for TO MAKE IN HIMSELF OF TWAIN ONE NEW MAN, [SO] MAKING PEACE; 16 And THAT HE MIGHT RECONCILE BOTH UNTO GOD IN ONE BODY BY THE CROSS, HAVING SLAIN THE ENMITY THEREBY: 17 And came and preached peace to you [Gentiles] which were afar off, and to them that were nigh [children of Israel]. 18 For through him we BOTH have access by one Spirit unto the Father.

19 Now therefore ye [Gentiles] are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens WITH the saints [the ones declared "holy"], and of the household of God; 20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner [stone]; 21 In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord: 22 In whom YE ALSO ARE BUILDED TOGETHER for an habitation of God through the Spirit.

and to the Galatians, he wrote:

Galatians 3:21-29 (KJV)

21 [Is] the law then against the promises of God? God forbid: for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law. 22 But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe. 23 But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed. 24 Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster [to bring us] unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. 25 But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster. 26 For YE ARE ALL THE CHILDREN OF GOD BY FAITH IN CHRIST JESUS [IN THE MESSIAH YEESHUWA`]. 27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. 28 THERE IS NEITHER JEW NOR GREEK, THERE IS NEITHER BOND NOR FREE, THERE IS NEITHER MALE NOR FEMALE: FOR YE ARE ALL ONE IN CHRIST JESUS. 29 And IF YE [BE] CHRIST'S, THEN ARE YE ABRAHAM'S SEED, AND HEIRS ACCORDING TO THE PROMISE.

(Note: This is not written about those OUTSIDE of the Messiah! Only WITHIN the Messiah are the two made one.)

And to the Romans, he wrote:

Romans 11:11-32 (KJV)

11 I say then, Have they stumbled that they should [permanently] fall? God forbid: but [rather] through their [temporary] fall SALVATION [IS COME] UNTO THE GENTILES, FOR TO PROVOKE THEM TO JEALOUSY. 12 Now if the [temporary] fall of them [be] the riches of the world, and the diminishing of them the riches of the Gentiles; HOW MUCH MORE THEIR FULNESS?

13 For I speak to you Gentiles, inasmuch as I am the apostle of the Gentiles, I magnify mine office: 14 If by any means I may provoke to emulation [them which are] my flesh, and might save some of them. 15 For if the casting away of them [be] the reconciling of the world, WHAT [SHALL] THE RECEIVING [OF THEM BE], BUT LIFE FROM THE DEAD?

16 For if the firstfruit [be] holy, the lump [is] also [holy]: and IF THE ROOT [BE] HOLY, SO [ARE] THE BRANCHES. 17 And if SOME of the branches be broken off, and thou [Gentile], being a "wild olive tree," wert graffed in AMONG THEM [the children of Israel], and WITH THEM partakest of the root and fatness of "the olive tree"; 18 Boast not against the branches. But if thou boast, thou bearest not the root, but the root thee.

19 Thou wilt say then,

"The branches were broken off, that I might be graffed in."

20 Well; because of UNBELIEF they were broken off, and thou standest by FAITH. Be not highminded, but fear: 21 For if God spared not the natural branches, [take heed] lest he also spare not thee! 22 Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God:
on them which fell, severity;
but toward thee, goodness, IF thou continue in [his] goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off! 23 And they also, IF THEY ABIDE NOT STILL IN UNBELIEF, SHALL BE GRAFFED IN: FOR GOD IS ABLE TO GRAFF THEM IN AGAIN. 24 For if thou wert cut out of "the olive tree which is wild by nature," and wert graffed "contrary to nature into a good olive tree": how much more shall THESE, WHICH BE THE NATURAL [BRANCHES], BE GRAFFED INTO THEIR OWN OLIVE TREE?

25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness IN PART is happened to Israel, UNTIL the fulness of the Gentiles be come in. 26 And so ALL ISRAEL shall be saved: as it is written,

"There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and SHALL TURN AWAY UNGODLINESS FROM JACOB: 27 For this [is] my covenant unto them, WHEN I SHALL TAKE AWAY THEIR SINS."
[Isaiah 59:20,21; 27:9 (see Septuagint); Jeremiah 31:33,34]

28 As concerning the gospel, [they are] enemies for your sakes:
but AS TOUCHING THE ELECTION, [THEY ARE] BELOVED FOR THE FATHERS' SAKES.
29 For the gifts and calling of God [are] without repentance [God doesn't renege upon His gifts or calling]. 30 For as ye [Gentiles] in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief: 31 Even so have these [the children of Israel] also now not believed, that THROUGH YOUR MERCY they also may obtain mercy. 32 For God hath concluded them ALL in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon ALL.

We don't become "one man" in the "church"; that is NOT a true corporation. It was never intended to be a corporation. It's just a gathering of believers. That's it; that's all. Instead, we become "one man" in the Olive Tree! The Messiah's Israel, for Yeeshuwa` is the שֹׁרֶשׁ יִשַׁי, the "shoresh Yishay," the "Root of Jesse!" (Isaiah 11:10).

WRONG...a Preterist sees everything as being in the past, I don't, but some things ARE IN THE PAST RIGHT? So, if you say Jesus died 2000 years ago does that make you a preterist? See what a silly point that is? I just stated these Psalm 83 wars happened during my lifetime, I was born in 1964. You do understand not all prophesies happen at the very end right? Israel was Prophesied to be reborn, she was in 1948.

You're right about this. People don't recognize when prophecies are being fulfilled, and they will frequently push the prophecy off into the future as though we are still to be looking forward to its fulfillment.

I know more about the end times and what will go down with Israel/Jews than anyone you ever met. I do not think you are antisemitic, just Misinf0rmed, but most Jews would think different

I do not need to look things up, I know the bible from front to back

This is a rather audacious claim; I'm 67 years old and have been introduced to the Scriptures since I was born in 1957 by my father who was a Baptist pastor. Up until I got the mumps when I was 12, I could claim I had never missed a church service! Furthermore, God justified me when I was five years old, but I'm no "Jack van Impe!" I don't have the Bible completely memorized. Do you?

I've learned that there are ALWAYS things that are new to me within the Scriptures! Dig DEEPER!

Do you know Greek? Do you know Hebrew? And, I'm not just talking about looking the words up in a dictionary or a lexicon; I'm talking about knowing the grammar! Did you know that there are NUANCES to the words used in those original languages that ADD INFORMATION to what was written? Don't make the mistake of thinking that "God PRESERVING His Word through the translation process" means that the translation from any language into another language is "ONE-TO-ONE":

Sometimes, one word in Greek or Hebrew has no single word in English that fully translates its meaning.  So, the translator may have to supply additional words to convey the meaning.

Sometimes a whole phrase in Greek or Hebrew can be reduced to one or two words in English.

There's even HUMOR in the Bible that didn't translate well. We've lost the PUNCH LINE!

Furthermore, we have a LIVING language, and the words we use in one time period will grow archaic and other words take their place for the same meaning. We are constantly adding new words to the English language, as technology advances and cultures change.

The fact that it is older than 400 years old doesn't deter me; I still prefer the King James Version for several reasons:

First, it was an accurate translation for its time period, because the holy men who wrote it were determined to translate it correctly DESPITE the king, who commissioned the work, being the head of the Anglican Church! Even when the king might have taken issue with their translation, they would purposely introduce new words - transliterations of the original words in Greek - so as not to loose the words' meaning and yet appease the king.

Second, it is the ONE version that keeps the "thee's" and "thou's" and "thy's" and "thine's" found within its pages. These words were the SINGULAR form of the second-person words! "Ye's" and "you's" and "your's" and "yours's" were PLURAL in number! This is information that is LOST in the modern translations. If one prefers a different translation, one must go to the original language to see the number of people who were being talked about, if the context doesn't preserve the number for the words "you," "your" and "yours" used in today's versions.

Third, it is one of the first translations that used the word-by-word translation method, attempting to be a word-to-word translation process. They did their best to keep it as "one-to-one" as humanly possible.

Fourth, it is the version which I grew up knowing; so, it's wording is familiar to me. I know that "wot" is the past tense of the verb "to wit." I know that "trow" is to "trust" as "know" is to "known." I understand the British spelling of words. I understand that the singular forms of verbs must be kept to the singular forms of nouns in sentence agreement; therefore, I know the difference between words that end in "-eth" and those that end in "-est."

I could go on, but ... big whoop. Who really cares? The point is that there is ALWAYS still something to learn about the Bible that has come to us!

Probably will be, but the 1290 AoD is not the Anti-Christ,  it's the False Prophet, a High High Priest after the order of Jason under Antiochus Epiphanes.

A prophet writes down what he knows. Anyone offering a MEAT SACRIFICE is an afront to Jesus' sacrifice. Its mockery.

IF it was offered for the reason of covering one's sins. However, not all sacrifices were for that purpose! And, the Levi'iym ("the Levites") were FED by the sacrifices brought to the Tabernacle and later the Temple!

They didn't receive a land portion; the service for YHWH (the LORD) was their portion! They didn't have to spend their time out in the fields working; their time was spent in the daily service within the Tabernacle/Temple service or in other services provided by the priests and Levites.

Therefore, God had worked into their sacrificial service the means by which they were to receive a part of the sacrifice for them and their families! Also, not all sacrifices had blood. Wave offerings, for instance, were grains and fruits. Drink offerings were wine (grape juice, whether fermented or not).

The sacrifices that are talked about in the prophecy of Ychezk'eel ("Ezekiel") are for these purposes. They were a "BARBECUE" for the children of Israel, particularly the priests and Levites!

Furthermore, when offered in such a way, it's not a "mockery"; it's a REMEMBRANCE! It HONORS AND COMMEMORATES the Sacrifice that the Messiah made!

You speak of the "1290 AoD," but this comes from Daniel 12:11, but the messengers are talking to Daniel about the Desolation caused by Antiochus IV "Epiphanes" of the Seleucid Empire, which was still future to Daniel at the time his book was written. It is not about OUR future at all.

Can you tell when one has the Holy Spirit of God within him just by looking at him? If not, then how can you tell when a Jewish person has "no Holy Spirit yet in them?" Doesn't the Holy Spirit of YHWH God PERMEATE His Universe?! Remember: They were blinded to the truth of their Messiah TEMPORARILY! Furthermore, there's nothing in the Scriptures that say that they will INSTANTLY have the blindness removed. In fact, we're learning that through the Messianic congregations and the Jews for Jesus groups, they are beginning to recognize their Messiah! Through signs, they will come back to God, and they will see that Yeeshuwa` - not the "Jesus" of the Gentile Christians - is indeed God's Choice for Israel's King!

@Keras is correct. The Rapture is not a translation to "Heaven"; it is a mass transit system to get all of His believers to the Middle East in a hurry! First, we will be resurrected to new life, and then we'll be "caught [up]" or "seized away" by the Messiah's messengers (Greek: aggeloi = English: "angels"), meeting the Messiah in the sky, and descending to the Middle East, aiding the Messiah in His rescue of the children of Israel, predominantly the Jews or "children of Judah."

I'm sure that ALL philosophers and theologians will need to "backpedal" on our teachings. NO ONE has it 100% correct, and TEACHERS of theology are going to face the music worse, for "we must all appear before the judgment seat of the Messiah."

Its Jewish Wedding Lingo

The father builds a room for the Groom & Bride, the Son helps out of course BUT.......the Father decides when to send the Groom to Gather unto himself his bride.

Jacob had 2 Brides the preferred in Rachel (likened unto Israel) and the forced one in Leah (likened unto the Gentile Church). The Father has a Bride (Israel/144,000) and Jesus has a Bride, Israel do not therefore go to Heaven for the Marriage to the Lamb, the Church, including Messianic Jews do. Old Israeli Saints and those who repent during the 70th week are the Fathers Bride, the 144,000 have The FATHERS NAME written on their foreheads.

Now, lets look at the Jewish/Galilean Wedding Pattern

The steps of the traditional Jewish wedding:

1 – Selection of the Bride
Jewish Wedding - The Son chooses the Bride – the Father makes the arrangements
Church - John 15:16 – “You did not choose Me, but I chose you . ”

2 – The Bride Price established
Jewish Wedding - The father of the bride must be reimbursed for the loss of his daughter.
Church - I Corinthians 6:20 - “For you were bought with a price.” The Bride price was paid when Jesus died on the Cross.

We who are saved by Jesus were sought by the Lord. (Isaiah 65:1) Jesus paid the price on Passover. The appointed times of First-fruits and Unleavened Bread complete the picture of Jesus being resurrected and being sinless, the spotless Lamb of God.

The Spring Feasts have all been literally fulfilled.

Pentecost, or the Feast of Weeks, was the fourth appointed time given by the Lord in Leviticus 23:15-22.

Just as the Lord deals with the Church in a separate manner from His chosen, the Jews, I strongly suspect that Pentecost, which is separate from the Spring Feasts and the Fall Feasts, is specific to the Church.

“For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.” - I Corinthians 6:20

At the Feast of Pentecost the Bride of Christ was given the Gift of the Holy Spirit and through this Jesus committed to complete the betrothal of the Church when He comes again.

“in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory.” - Ephesians 1:13-14

The steps of the traditional Jewish wedding:

3 – The Betrothal
Jewish Wedding - More than mere “engagement”, it was a permanent arrangement. Recall the story of Joseph and Mary.
Church – The attachment of the Church to the Lord is also permanent, and forever. “This is the bread which came down from heaven--not as your fathers ate the manna, and are dead. He that eateth of this bread shall live for ever.” (John 6:58) And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any [man] pluck them out of my hand. (John 10:28)

4 – The Marriage Contract
Jewish Wedding – A written agreement committing each party to the marriage.
Church - The New Covenant (Jeremiah 31:31-34) is our written agreement containing the promises of God. Jesus said, “If ye continue in my word, [then] are ye my disciples indeed;” (John 8:31)

5 – The Bride must consent
Jewish Wedding – This is not entirely an arranged marriage; the bride must agree.
Church – “He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved;” (Mark 16:16) “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” (Romans 10:9)

6 – The Bridal Gift and the Cup of the Covenant
Jewish Wedding – A glass of wine is taken upon the signing of the contract.
Church – Each time we gather around the Lord’s Table, we remember the “contract.” “And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave [it] to them, saying, Drink ye all of it; For this is my blood of the new testament (covenant), which is shed for many for the remission of sins.” (Matthew 26:27-28)

Jewish Wedding – The Bride is given a gift by the groom.
Church - The Holy Spirit is given by Jesus –– “Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.” (Acts 2:38) This, of course, occurred on the Day of Pentecost.

7 – The Ceremonial Purification of the Bride
Jewish Wedding - The next step for the Bride after she is betrothed is a ceremonial cleansing. In Biblical times the Bride would use a Mikvah, which was pool of water, in which she would immerse herself.
Church - Acts 2:41 – “Then those who gladly received his word were baptized (immersed); and that day about three thousand souls were added [to them].”

The Church is an insertion in the Lord's Plan. Israel was the original bride. I believe that the Lord Jesus will come for His bride, the Church, in a separate event (the Rapture) from the Lord's return for His bride, Israel. From this point forward in the Jewish Wedding process, following the purification of the bride, in my opinion the Church will be dealt with separately in the time defined as the Church Age, or the Age of Grace. This period of time will extend from the Day of Pentecost described in Acts chapter two, to the day when the Lord Jesus calls us Home.

Only the Church or Bride of Christ from here until the Rapture

8 – The Groom would prepare a room for the Bride in his father’s house
Church - John 14:3 – “I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself.”

The father of the groom determines when the room is ready. The groom does not determine the time of the wedding. “But of that day and hour knoweth no [man], no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.” (Matthew 24:36)

9 – The Bride is consecrated and set apart
Church - I Peter 2:9 – “But ye [are] a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people.”

10 – The Groom returns with a shout, “Behold, the bridegroom comes!”
Church - I Thessalonians 4:16 – “For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God.”

Let me insert an additional hope at this point. When the Lord Jesus comes for His Bride, the Church, we will not be totally surprised. Although the Jewish bride did not know the day or the hour, she was expectant. The Apostle Paul in speaking of “that Day” said, “But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day.” (I Thessalonians 5:4-5) Today, many in the Church are expectant and will not be totally surprised.

11 – The Bride and Groom go to the wedding chamber.
Church – This period when the Bride and Groom spend time together seems to show that the Bride of Jesus will be with Him in Heaven. This appears to indicate a pre-Tribulation gathering of the Church, and is described in Isaiah 26:20; “Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast.” Praise the Lord!

12 – The Marriage Supper
Church – “‘Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready.’ And to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints. Then he said to me, ‘Write: Blessed [are] those who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb!’” (The Revelation 19:7-9)

In my opinion, the Feast of Pentecost is still being fulfilled and will be completed when the Lord Jesus comes for His bride.

I believe that in the remaining steps of the Jewish Wedding process, the steps will be fulfilled for Israel in a separate manner.

The next appointed time is the Feast of Trumpets. The Feast of Trumpets is a mysterious time. Of all the feasts, or appointed times, little is said of it and no scriptural reason for the feast is given. (see Leviticus 23:23-25) A trumpet (the Shofar) is blown. Trumpets make announcements. I suspect that the Feast of Trumpets will be when the Lord in some manner announces the time has come for the fulfillment of His plan for Israel.

The steps of the traditional Jewish wedding:

8 – The Groom would prepare a room for the Bride in his father’s house
Jewish Wedding – In Biblical times the groom would add a room to his father’s house. At that time, families lived together.
The father of the groom determines when the room is ready. The groom does not determine the time of the wedding.

9 – The Bride is consecrated and set apart
Jewish Wedding – The Bride is spoken for and belongs to no one else. Again, refer to Mary and Joseph. (Matthew 1:18-19)
At this point in the process, the Bride is always in readiness. She does not know when the Groom will return for her. For example, see Matthew 25 – The Parable of the Ten Virgins.

10 – The Groom returns with a shout, “Behold, the bridegroom comes!”
Jewish Wedding – This was frequently done at midnight for surprise. Matthew 25:6 (the Parable of the Ten Virgins) – “And at midnight a cry (shout) was [heard]: ‘Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him!’”

Scripture tells us that a prophetic day can equal a year.

“After the number of the days in which ye searched the land, [even] forty days, each day for a year, shall ye bear your iniquities.” - Numbers 14:34

The seven days the Jewish bride and groom spend in the wedding chamber appear to equate to seven prophetic years, which parallels the last seven years of Daniel’s prophecy, and is the basis for the concept of seven years of Tribulation.

“Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week; But in the middle of the week He shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering.” - Daniel 9:27

“Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee. For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city. Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle. And his feet shall stand in that day upon the Mount of Olives, which [is] before Jerusalem on the east.” - Zechariah 14:1-4 (DOTL)

Daniel’s last seven days (Daniel 9:27) appear to parallel the seven years of the Tribulation, while the Bride of Christ is in Heaven consummating union to Jesus Messiah and celebrating with the marriage supper. The next appointed time is the Day of Atonement. This indicates that at the end of the Tribulation, the Lord Jesus will return to redeem and make Atonement for Israel.

{{{ I disagree with the above in RED, Israel makes Atonement by FAITH just before the DOOTL at the 1335, or 75 days before the 1260 DOTL hits mankind. }}}

By the way, this can be found under The Jewish Wedding Pattern Luke 8:10 but for 20 years in which I have used this there is no "known author" to give credit unto.

In the Revelation, the Return of Jesus as King of kings and Lord of lords immediately follows the Marriage supper of the Lamb. ( I think the Marriage Supper is Armageddon, the Feast celebrates our victory over Satan and his minions as well as our Marriage. )

“And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him [was] called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. His eyes [were] as a flame of fire, and on his head [were] many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. And he [was] clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. And the armies [which were] in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. ” – Revelation 19:11-14

Note that the “armies [which were] in heaven” were clothed in fine linen, white and clean, just like the Bride was given in the preceding verse Revelation 19:8. This identifies the “armies” as the Bride of Christ, Saints and Children of God, who will return in victory with the Lord Jesus.

It appears that this day will be the fulfillment of the Day of Atonement.

The next, and last, appointed time is the Feast of Tabernacles which was an eight-day event. It occurred at the time of the fall harvest, and was to be a time of joy and celebration.

The word tabernacle can be a noun or a verb. With the Tabernacle in the wilderness the word is used as a noun, but it is also a verb describing where the Lord dwelled, or tabernacled, with Israel. In the Kingdom Age the Lord Jesus will dwell, or tabernacle, with mankind.

The steps of the traditional Jewish wedding:

11 – The Bride and Groom go to the wedding chamber.
Jewish Wedding - The marriage was consummated in the wedding chamber. The Bride and Groom stayed in that wedding chamber for seven days.

12 – The Marriage Supper
Jewish Wedding – A wedding feast was given for the Bride and Groom.
After the traditional Jewish Wedding the Bride and Groom lived together. This fits the picture of the Lord living, or tabernacling, with His people in the Kingdom Age and forever!

The Children of Israel were also instructed to live in booths or tents during this feast. This was to be a memorial of the time when the Lord delivered Israel from Egypt. The Feast of Tabernacles is about the Lord living with mankind and will be fulfilled when the Lord tabernacles with Israel and mankind during the Millennial Kingdom. At that time there will be a New Beginning for the Kingdom of God and His two brides.

The prophetic parallels between the Jewish Wedding and the Church’s Biblical Wedding are simply amazing! What a wonderful picture and wonderful hope this pattern gives to those who are saved and are the Children of God. And only the God of Creation could place this pattern within and throughout the sixty-six books of His Word. Our Heavenly Father is the ultimate Wedding Planner! May His name be praised forever!

Do you really believe now that it means we are to be ON EARTH with Jesus? It is Jewish Wedding Lingo he is using brother. Research the Jewish Wedding Pattern. Study it, and then you will see what Jesus is truly saying in his passages. REMEMBER, his Disciples asked Jesus, why do you speak to the world in Parables but to us you speak in ways we understand. Well, the truth was at times when he spoke to them about things like this, THEY UNDERSTOOD what this meant, we must DIG IT OUT, they understood Jesus was going to return and take them to Heaven one day, and that they would be his bride in Heaven, in the Fathers House (Heaven).

God Bless, hope this helps you out brother. I will finish the rest separately, the reason you guys never "get it" is you refuse to receive it. Its right there in plain English brother. All that is needed is time, effort and study, you can see it if you want to brother.

Keras is correct.

Thanks. It is nice to see some common sense here.

There is simply no earthly or heavenly reason for humans to go to live in heaven.

The transportation of Philip; Acta 8:39 and Ezekiel 3:12-15, show how the Lord will do it for His people.

There will not be any bodily change at that time.

IN MY FATHER'S HOUSE ARE MANY MANSIONS (Rooms) and what does that mean brother? What does if I go to PREPARE A PLACE FOR YOU mean? And what does I WILL RECEIVE YOU UNTO MYSELF MEAN?

Shabbat shalom, @Revelation Man.

A. It means that in His Father's house (the New Jerusalem) are many rooms/mansions.

B. it means that He left this earth to work on preparing places for all those who are His disciples/students.

C. He also said, "I WILL COME AGAIN, and receive you unto myself." It means that WHEN HE RETURNS, He will receive us to Himself. BUT, He will be HERE when He does! And, He does NOT say that He's taking us to those rooms/mansions!  He says that He will take us TO HIMSELF, but He will BE BACK! We won't see those rooms/mansions until the New Jerusalem arrives here after the GWTJ.

Read the text carefully without adding to the Scriptures. People make a LOT of assumptions, but one must not put words in His mouth!

I'm going to stop you here for a moment: Where did ANYONE, prophet, priest or king, say that Jacob having two wives was analogous to Yeeshuwa`  or YHWH God having two wives in Israel and the Gentile Church?! That's a philosophical and theological addition to Scripture that has no basis within the Scriptures! So, the rest of this is not biblical. It's too much symbolism with no word of comparison authenticated or verified by Yeeshuwa`, any of the prophets, or any of the apostles:

Church - John 15:16 – “You did not choose Me, but I chose you.”

Not everything should be seen through the eyes of a WEDDING PLANNER! To WHOM did God "pay the price?!" Who is the "father of the bride?" Can you see how LAME this analogy is when pushed to its limits? How often is a groom KILLED to "pay the bride price?!" (Maybe it should be done more often?:kanoso: HA! HA!)

Pentecost (which means "fifty") is measured from the Passover by counting 50 days from the Sunday following Passover. It is called the "Counting of the Omer." The Hebrew word for "fifty" is "Shavuot," and it is the holiday commemorating and celebrating the giving of the Torah! It is fitting that the giving of the Ruwach haQodesh (the Holy Spirit) would also be on that day of the Hebrew year. So, no, it is not specific to the Church. (Unless one is talking about "the church in the wilderness." - Acts 7:38.)

There's a major problem with this concept:

Yeeshuwa`s first recorded miracle was at the wedding at קָנָה or Qaanaah ("Cana"):

John 2:1-11 (KJV)

1 And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jesus was there: 2 And both Jesus was called, and his disciples, to the marriage. 3 And when they wanted (lacked) wine, the mother of Jesus saith unto him,

"They have no wine." (hint, hint)

4 Jesus saith unto her,

"Woman, what have I to do with thee? (What am I going to do with you?) mine hour is not ... yet ... come!" (Note: they've done this before!)

5 His mother saith unto the servants,

"Whatsoever he saith unto you, do [it]."

6 And there were set there six waterpots of stone, after the manner of the purifying of the Jews, containing two or three firkins (18-27 gallons) apiece. 7 Jesus saith unto them,

"Fill the waterpots with water."

And they filled them up to the brim. 8 And he saith unto them,

"Draw out now, and bear unto the governor of the feast."

And they bare [it]. 9 When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was: (but the servants which drew the water knew;) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom, 10 And saith unto him,

"EVERY MAN AT THE BEGINNING DOTH SET FORTH GOOD WINE; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: [but] thou hast kept the good wine until now!"

11 This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him.

So, wine was an INTRICATE part of the wedding supper.

BUT, Yeeshuwa` said,

Matthew 26:29 (KJV)

29 "But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new WITH YOU IN MY FATHER'S KINGDOM."

Mark 14:25 (KJV)

25 "Verily I say unto you, I will drink no more of the fruit of the vine, until that day that I drink it new IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD."

He must be REIGNING FIRST before He drinks the wine!

He doesn't drink this in "Heaven"; He comes back to earth and THEN He drinks it new after God's Kingdom has been established on the earth!

We know this because He also said in the Olivet Discourse,

Matthew 25:31 (KJV)

31 "When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, THEN shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:"

And, in His parable on the way to Jerusalem, we read this:

Luke 19:11-15 (KJV)

11 And as they heard these things, he added and spake a parable, because he was nigh to Jerusalem, and because they thought that the kingdom of God should immediately appear. 12 He said therefore,

"A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return. 13 And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them,

"'Occupy (Trade with this) till I come.'

14 "But his citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying,

"'We will not have THIS [man] to reign over us!'

15 "And it came to pass, that WHEN HE WAS RETURNED, HAVING RECEIVED THE KINGDOM, THEN HE COMMANDED these servants to be called unto him, to whom he had given the money, that he might know how much every man had gained by trading."

And, to repress the false claim that His Kingdom is different than His Father's Kingdom, one should also understand that He reigns ON BEHALF OF His Father!

Revelation 11:15 (KJV)

15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying,

"The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord (YHWH God), and of his Christ (His Messiah); and he shall reign for ever and ever."

John 5:19-23 (KJV)

19 Then answered Jesus and said unto them,

"Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise. 20 For the Father loveth the Son, and sheweth him all things that himself doeth: and he will shew him greater works than these, that ye may marvel. 21 For as the Father raiseth up the dead, and quickeneth [them]; even so the Son quickeneth whom he will. 22 For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son: 23 That all [men] should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him."

And, the JOB of a King of Israel is to be the "supreme court justice" of the people, just as David and Shlomoh ("Solomon") were in their times.

1 Samuel 8:4-22 (KJV)

4 Then all the elders of Israel gathered themselves together, and came to Samuel unto Ramah, 5 And said unto him,

"Behold, thou art old, and thy sons walk not in thy ways: now MAKE US A KING TO JUDGE US like all the nations."

6 But the thing displeased Samuel, when they said, "GIVE US A KING TO JUDGE US." And Samuel prayed unto the LORD. 7 And the LORD said unto Samuel,

"Hearken unto the voice of the people in all that they say unto thee: for they have not rejected thee, but they have rejected me, that I should not reign over them. 8 According to all the works which they have done since the day that I brought them up out of Egypt even unto this day, wherewith they have forsaken me, and served other gods, so do they also unto thee. 9 Now therefore hearken unto their voice: howbeit yet protest solemnly unto them, and shew them the manner of the king that shall reign over them."

10 And Samuel told all the words of the LORD unto the people that asked of him a king. 11 And he said,

"This will be the manner of the king that shall reign over you: He will take your sons, and appoint [them] for himself, for his chariots, and [to be] his horsemen; and [some] shall run before his chariots. 12 And he will appoint him captains over thousands, and captains over fifties; and [will set them] to ear his ground, and to reap his harvest, and to make his instruments of war, and instruments of his chariots. 13 And he will take your daughters [to be] confectionaries, and [to be] cooks, and [to be] bakers. 14 And he will take your fields, and your vineyards, and your oliveyards, [even] the best [of them], and give [them] to his servants. 15 And he will take the tenth of your seed, and of your vineyards, and give to his officers, and to his servants. 16 And he will take your menservants, and your maidservants, and your goodliest young men, and your asses, and put [them] to his work. 17 He will take the tenth of your sheep: and ye shall be his servants. 18 And ye shall cry out in that day because of your king which ye shall have chosen you; and the LORD will not hear you in that day."

19 Nevertheless the people refused to obey the voice of Samuel; and they said,

"Nay; but we will have a king over us; 20 That we also may be like all the nations; and that OUR KING MAY JUDGE US, and go out before us, and fight our battles."

21 And Samuel heard all the words of the people, and he rehearsed them in the ears of the LORD. 22 And the LORD said to Samuel,

"Hearken unto their voice, and make them a king."

And Samuel said unto the men of Israel, Go ye every man unto his city.

2 Samuel 8:15 (KJV)

15 And David reigned over all Israel; and DAVID EXECUTED JUDGMENT AND JUSTICE unto all his people.

1 Chronicles 18:14 (KJV)

14 So David reigned over all Israel, and EXECUTED JUDGMENT AND JUSTICE among all his people.

2 Chronicles 1:7-12 (KJV)

7 In that night did God appear unto Solomon, and said unto him,

"Ask what I shall give thee."

8 And Solomon said unto God,

"Thou hast shewed great mercy unto David my father, and hast made me to reign in his stead. 9 Now, O LORD God, let thy promise unto David my father be established: for thou hast made me king over a people like the dust of the earth in multitude. 10 Give me now wisdom and knowledge, that I may go out and come in before this people: for WHO CAN JUDGE THIS THY PEOPLE, [that is so] great?"

11 And God said to Solomon,

"Because this was in thine heart, and thou hast not asked riches, wealth, or honour, nor the life of thine enemies, neither yet hast asked long life; but hast asked wisdom and knowledge for thyself, that THOU MAYEST JUDGE MY PEOPLE, over whom I have made thee king: 12 Wisdom and knowledge [is] granted unto thee; and I will give thee riches, and wealth, and honour, such as none of the kings have had that [have been] before thee, neither shall there any after thee have the like."

Isaiah 16:5 (KJV)

5 And in mercy shall the throne be established: and he shall sit upon it in truth in the tabernacle (tent) of David, JUDGING,AND SEEKING JUDGMENT, and hasting righteousness.

(I'm going to work this in a couple of posts.)

Prophets and shepherds of the flock         Hebrews 1:1-2

Jeremiah 23:1-2 Woe betide those shepherds who let My flock be scattered and lost. You have not watched over them, but I am watching you to punish you for your misdeeds.   James 3:1, Ezekiel 34:7-10, Jeremiah 16:17, Jeremiah 10:21

Jeremiah 23:3-4 I Myself; will gather the remnant of My sheep from all the lands to which I have dispersed them. I shall bring them back to their own Land, where they will be fruitful and increase. I will appoint shepherds, who will tend them and they will live in peace and security. Ezekiel 34:11-16, Isaiah 35:1-10, Romans 9:24-26

This is the second Exodus, the gathering and resettling of those of His Christian people who are protected during the forthcoming worldwide disaster of the Sixth Seal. . The Lord will raise up righteous leaders for them. The Land will be fruitful and He will protect them from enemies.             Ezekiel 36:8, Ezekiel 38:8b-9, Zechariah 10:8-10

Jeremiah 23:5-6 The days are coming when a Righteous Branch will come from David’s line, a wise King, who will maintain justice. Judah and Israel will be kept safe and will live undisturbed in the Land.            The ‘days are coming’, verses 5-6 refer to a later period, the Millennium reign of Jesus.

Jeremiah 23:7-8 Therefore, the time is coming when people will no longer praise the Lord for bringing His people out of Egypt, but praise Him for gathering the descendants of the Israelites back from all the lands where He had dispersed them. They will again live on their own soil. [‘Therefore the time is coming’ means – therefore, before the Millennium  the Lord will motivate the migration of His people into their inheritance.] Eze. 20:34

Jeremiah 23:9-15  Of the prophets:  I am weak because of the Lord’s Holy Words. For now, the Land is full of godless people, prophet and priest alike are godless and I see their evil deeds. I see things most horrible, adulterers and hypocrites, to Me all the inhabitants  of Jerusalem are like Sodom and Gomorrah. Therefore, I shall bring disaster upon them on the Day of Reckoning.  Ezekiel 22:26-28, Jeremiah 14:14-16, Jeremiah 10:13-14

Jeremiah 23:16-17 Do not listen to what the so called prophets say, those who buoy you up with false hopes and give voice to their own fancies. It is not the Lord’s Words that they speak. They say to all who follow their false teachings: prosperity will be yours and no harm will befall you.          Prosperity theology and rapture theories are the fancies and mistaken beliefs of many Christians today.  Isaiah 50:10-11, Ezekiel 13:1-16, Jer.6:13-15

Jeremiah 23:18 For which of them have stood in the counsel of the Lord and received His Word and taken heed of it, with obedience?   Psalm 74:9         A serious indictment against those end time preachers, scholars and authors, who fail to properly discern and understand the prophetic Word, yet they promulgate and make money from their own theories, ideas and incorrect teachings.        Psalms 50:16-19, Isaiah 30:10, Micah 3:5-7

Jeremiah 23:19 See what a scorching wind goes out from the Lord, a furious whirlwind, that whirls around the heads of the wicked.   A ‘scorching wind, a furious whirlwind’, is another description that fits a coronal mass ejection, the fire judgement that the Lord will use on His Day of vengeance and wrath. Psalms 18:7-18, Malachi 4:1

Jeremiah 23:20 The Lord’s anger will not be turned aside until He has fully accomplished His purposes. In days to come, you will truly understand.      Hosea 14:9, 2 Peter 1:19

Jeremiah 23:21-22 I did not send these prophets, yet they go out with a message that is false. If only they proclaim My true message to My people and turn them from their evil ways!

Jeremiah 23:23-24 Am I a God near at hand only – do I not fill heaven and earth? Can anyone hide in some secret place and I not see them?  Amos 9:1

Jeremiah 23:25-40…An indictment upon false teachers and prophets. Jeremiah 5:30-31, James 3:1

Deuteronomy 32:28-29 You are a people devoid of understanding. If only you had the wisdom to discern what your end will be!

Romans 11:25

King James Version

25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

Israel. Israel, Israel.

Not Jews. Jew is a religion, not the people of God.

As you know Jews are of the tribe of Judah and all of the 12 tribes get grouped as a Jew.

The find function returns 0/0 results for 'Jew' for Romans chapter 11.

Where are you getting 'Jew'?

Part of Israel is the 12 tribes across the earth. They are called Jews.

I was trying to simplify it for you. If you need me to call them the 12 tribes across the earth......no problem

Your comments on the matter was partial blindness occurs until the fulness of the Gentiles. Paul didn't make a mistake when he said 'Israel'.

That's what I'm pointing out. Not that the term "Jew" doesn't appear in scripture, but that the term isn't used in the evidence cited.

Part of Israel has its blindness removed when the fullness of the Gentiles comes in. We can tell by the 144,000 that these are of twelve tribes across the earth.

Those in the nation of Israel do not have their blindness removed as they flee to a place of protection when the AOD is set up.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
