Absolutely. Although I have heard people say "you have to take scripture absolutely literally and take out of it what someone at the time it was written would have understood it to mean" there is so much that people of that time just would not have understood, or believed, but that are explainable by today's technology (simple things like "millions of people will be able to see" - or words to that effect - but now we have TV cameras).

Biometric id schemes are pretty much widespread throughout the world now and come into effect in a lot of places in a short time. I have read claims that NZ "has not adopted biometric id" but in 1998 we had the "digi-id-driving licence" foisted, dishonestly, on us.

One thing that all these schemes will have in common is that people will not be able to "buy or sell" without the biometric national id card.

Could be wrong, but it is worth debate.

I don't believe that there is any way to know at this time what the mark is. I do know that it will be tied to worshiping the beast and that will be our signal that the time has arrived for the mark.

I listened to a three hour interview with Katherine Albrecht on coasttocoastam radio last week and I can relay to you that there is much to fear from RFID's than just watching for the mark of the beast. I can't get into details here for I am sure the conspiracy police would have it deleted, but the National ID and chiping all our animals are putting a good part of our lives and between the animal chipping and the satalite things going on is putting the entire food supply into the hands of a very few corporiate's and in a very few years a small number of people will controll all means of sustaining life in the untied states. The demands of the animal chiping will drive most small farms and ranches into bankrupsy and only the big corporiate's will be left.

If you can locate a coasttocoastam stream link member, you should have them download that show and listen to the entire thing. It is much more dangerous than appears on the surface whether or not it is the mark.

My guess is that it will be a tool that will be used by the beast whether or not it is the actual mark itself. The mark could be something as simple as a small tatoo showing the allegience to the beast, but the chips and ID's will identify who has taken the oath to Lucifer that is coming.

It is really frustrating not to be able to discuss it into detail. Cutting edge ministries has a new three hour video out that gets into great detail that everyone should check into for the details. Lucifers people are on the move and the time is at hand, so get yourselves ready if you have not.

Revelation 7:3 Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.

Does this mean that God is going to implant a chip in everyone's forehead? Of course not, for we are sealed with the Holy Spirit. What makes everyone think Satan is working anything different. Has he not already purchased the souls of many? There has always been speculation about what the MoB is, but technology has advanced so rapidly that every few years someone claims that THIS (RFID) is the REAL mark. The social security number was once thought to be THE MARK. Debit Cards have thought to be THE MARK. What's next?

As has been said speculation at this point is futile, and in fact a physical mark is not needed at all to keep track of every person on this planet. Much of the money we now carry has a strip in it that is detectable and can be traced. Who do you think has access to all your medical, credit, work and recreational activities? The only way to get out from under the hand of the beast is to isolate yourself somewhere in the desert or the mountains with absolutely no contact with the rest of the world. Do you listen to the radio or TV? Better not have it when you are isolated in the mountains or the desert. These devices emit an RF frequency that can be detected and you will be found out.

So there is no escape "in the physical".

There is what is called the "Chang factor" in the "Left Behind Series", where a young man is forced to take "THE CHIP", but because he was FORCED, he is STILL SAVED. This is absolutely HERETICAL. This is not what the scriptures say at all. It makes it clear that ALL WHO TAKE THE MARK are doomed to perdition. How can this be? Because the WORLD has accepted the MARK OF SATAN 'SPIRIT' on their very soul.

Please give these things your consideration.

I cannot believe that a just God would condemn thousands of people to be slaves of satan because they were literally held down and forcibly branded (as I can evision happening with - say - prisoners, political 'dissidents', mental patients, children, and many others) or drugged and branded with satan's mark while they are anesthetised. Or even if people have been tricked into receiving the "mark" and they genuinely didn't realise what it was, will God condemn them?

It seems that God wants everybody to eventually be saved and it is his hope that all will come to him, so why would he throw out those who would have chosen him, but have been "kidnapped"?

Surely if you want loyal followers and you take them by force or trick them, they are not really loyal followers and will "take the first opportunity to run".

If we are to believe this idea then we are condemning an entire generation of people to perdition because they live in the "time of technology".

Would a just God condemn a young person who made it clear that they would chose God over satan, just because they have controlling parents?

I have to agree with a lot of what you say, Buck.People who are institutionalised and children could be vulnerable to have the mark foeced on them (whatever this mysterious mark turns out to be) but that doesn't mean to say they can be forced to worship the beast. God knows the hearts of His people. The three young jews were thrown in to the furnace, because they refused to bow down and worship Nebuchadnezza, but God still saved them, because He knew their true hearts.

Much can be said about the beast, his mark, and who will recieve or reject his mark. The Bible has every answer to all these questions, all we need do is look for and find them.

The Bible plainly speaks of many peoples of ALL NATIONS that are left after the reign of the Antichrist, people who will be alive in the Millennium and will go up yearly to worship God (Zech. 14:16-21). This statement of Scripture limits the kingdom of the Antichrist to only a part of the world and limits his ability to kill everyone who does not take the mark even in his own empire. According to Revelation 14:9-11 no one who has taken the markwill go into the Millennium, but will be sent to eternal Hell.

That multitudes go into the Millennium proves that they have not taken the mark of the beast and have not been killed, as taught by many Bible experts. If the Antichrist kills everyone who does not take his mark and the Lord sends to eternal Hell everyone who does take the mark, then there would not be left one person to enter the Millennium. This would be contrary to Zeck. 14:16-21; Matt. 25:31-46; Isa. 2:1-4 and many other Scriptures.

Certain countries will escape the Antichrists rule (Dan. 11:40-44).

Certain countries will make war on him at the very time he is supposed to be ruling the whole world (Dan. 11:40-44).

Hazzard you say "certain countries will make war on him at the very time he is supposed to be ruling the world". It would be interesting to know what countries these are. Then we could go there.

A theory is that the "Beast" to be worshipped is not a man, or even an entity, but money and great power. Not just money to sustain life, but gambling in the hope of reaping large amounts of money or "playing the stock market" also in the hope of gaining large amounts of money. Or complete hedonism, worshipping yourself and devoting your entire life to gaining pleasure and luxury for yourself. This would fit in with the "id card", using an id card to enable you to complete financial transactions.

It will all be pretty simple and even rational to have a society where everybody is given the choice whether or not they want "the mark" and/or "to worship the beast", or be killed. What about an elderly person with Alzheimers disease who might physically cooperate with having the MOB imposed on them, but can have absolutely no idea or understanding of what it is all about?

Revelation 16:2 "And the first went and poured out his vial upon the earth and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast and upon them which worshipped his image."

I had the priveledge of reading a radio interview with the actual man who invented the microchip and to my surprise he is actually a Christian. In the interview he said that he regretted having invented the microchip seeing all the ways they have been using the technology because of all the possible ways it could be used for bad.

He said that the chip itself works on lithium batteries and if the batteries inside of them gets broken somehow then it would cause a sore if it got into contact with your skin. The man futher said that he feared that one day the technology would be used somehow within in the end-time somehow. The scripture in Revelations 16:2 says that there will be a noisome and grievous sore that will come on the people who had taken the mark of the beast.

I do not know if this will be related somehow to microchips injected in the foreheads and hands of those in that time on earth. But it could be that if they are used and injected under the skin somehow and something causes them to burst it could explain the noisome and grievous sore that will come upon those who take the mark and worship the beast image. It has also been suggested that the beast could use the microchips in some kind of mind control through sound waves which would some how control the minds of those who take the mark. They are already using this technology in epilepsy people to control their seizures in which they have today. But it could be when God has had enough of the beast on earth Hw himself will step and all the microchip burst inside of them.

But I do not know just thought I would share my opinion and the interview I have got a hold of in my personal studies.

Well it's comforting to know that what ever type of technology that science comes up with, our Heavenly Father has got it covered. Science will never out fox God, He already knows what satan is up to. We have had plenty of warning, so, just be ready.
