This is a study that I have been working on for quite a while and I think it will shed some light on a lot of confusion. God Bless.

sorry, but that link is complete nonsense, and it's a my space page lol...no question the 70th Week of Daniel 9 refers to the future seven year period alotted to the Jews, to finish their commission

heck, all you have to do is looks at Israel over the last 100 years to realize what is getting ready to happen, it couldn't be more obvious if it hit you over the head...these people who want to force fit the global, horrifying events of Revelation, including seas turning to blood, massive hailstones, demon armies ransacking the earth, and most of the population of the world being wiped out back to 70 A.D. astound me

So are you saying that the events of Revelation are just going to be localised things in Israel, then?

I agree it's going to happen, but where does it say demon armies ransacking the earth? from my understanding, it's people blinded by the antichrist that are his armies.

Obviously, what is NOT written cannot be Biblical! The positions of "pre-, mid-, or, post-" TRIBULATION depend on there being a "seven years great tribulation." There is no mention of any "seven years great tribulation" in the Bible. That phrase does not occur. All it takes is for you to find one verse to prove me wrong. When it's not written nobody (following Jesus) is under any obligation to believe it!

How to implement the authority of the Bible: Confine your expression of faith to the actual words the Holy Spirit chose to make His revelation known. Through the use of concordances it can authoritatively be established whether something is written or not. The original language should be consulted to verify things of importance.

I am new here so I am only going to make a brief comment. The Seven year Peace Pact and The rapture are two separate issues. Whether the Church is taken out before the seven year Trib begins will not have an inpact on what is about to embrace this planet.

Just as there is no covenant superceding the new covenant in the blood of Jesus; and as Jesus is the ultimate revelation of God, never to be superceded, only brought into greater and greater manifestation; so we are God ultimate,"For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones." (Eph 5:30) The Church is here to take over, not be taken out! All of creation is in travail, "...for the manifestation (not the disappearance!) of the sons of God. " (Rom 8:19)

Daniel 2:34-35:

34 Thou sawest till that a stone was cut out without hands (Jesus,) which smote the image upon his feet that were of iron and clay, and brake them to pieces (the Roman Empire's way was changed by Jesus and it became Christendom.)

35 Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshingfloors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain (= kingdom,") and filled the whole earth (now in process.)

Daniel 2:44:

44 And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.

Kenna--

Anyone can laugh at this "myspace" piece, they they should do so lightly. I think your source is good because it provides scripture verses and historic dates that anyone can check for themselves. Even if the exact translation used is different, at least anyone can check the content.

I have thought the same for many years. When I was a younger man in the 1980's I read some Hal Lindsay, but what I didn't understand then--or now--is why all this prophecy tended to boil down to was "Why the USA needs to build more nuclear weapons".

There are passages in Ezekile that bear referencing, like, I believe 38-39, because they appear to be endtime passages. But even thses must be taken cautiously. It appears to be our time, until you read Ezekiel 38:11, "You will say, "I will invade a land of unwalled villages; I will attack a peaceful and unsuspecting people--all of them living without walls and without gates and bars."

Doesn't sound like the Israel we know, does it?

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Daniel: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 3

      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this study, I'll be focusing on Daniel and his picture of the resurrection and its connection with Yeshua (Jesus).

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
