Another frivolous lawsuit by someone who has too much time on their hands. This will be tossed to the curb as it should be.

If he is a practicing homosexual he may think that the Bible references have caused him great emotional pain...but it's nothing compared to what he will face if he doesn't repent and give up his sinful lifestyle. Your reply made me think of something: Generally if someone doesn't agree with a book, or if they think its slander, etc. they will try to sue the author of the book. I wish the guy luck taking God to court, too.

i am also hearing this in australia and i am going to be keeping close intrest to see how this develops

if he wins this is going to give homosexuals and gays the oppertunity to take pastors and any one who is against what they hold on to to court and sue them

i have a friend who is a translater my friend has been living with a local aborigonal tribe in australia and they have just published the new testament and its written in their language it took my friend four years just to get luke right so the tribe can read what luke wittnessed

the next project is to get the old testament done and my friend and the team are going to do this next year i am great full for my friend and the publishers who publish the bibles we have in our homes these guys have a gift and i have seen the hard work that these guys do

we should all be praying

i have no sympathy for this fool i read what he had to say and what he has had to deal with but its his choice no one put a gun to his head he new the risks you cant tell me when a person decides to do this they have not been warned

the guys i talked to that have given there hearts to the lord said the very same thing many have been rejected by their familys and its not an easy life i have also wittnessed this where i use to work and saw how the gay community was treated by the normal community

i just pray that the judge uses his head as this guy is representing him self if he wins he wil be seen as a role model and the gay community will use this to their advantage

look at what happend in california the gays hear in my country are now pushing for the same rights

look at what the anglican church is going threw know

i pray that god convicts this man other wise come judgment day he will stand before god and he wil have to answer to god

Ok, this has to be by far one of the most ridiculous things I have read. First of all, did someone hold a gun to his head and make him read the Bible? If so, then sue them. Good grief, if I find something offensive I turn it off, don't read it or don't look at it. And trust me now days there is plenty to be offended by. HEY, I might sue that guy because I am offened that he doesn't like the Bible. Just kidding. The sad part is that the courts allow this sort of nonsense. Isn't there enough real CRIME out there to be trying instead of a silly lawsuit because someone didn't have enough sense to ignore something they claim causes them stress.
