I have visited Nursing homes ministering to the elderly. I have seen this repeatedly. Once the Holy Spirit embeds Himself in a Christian He never leaves.
  3. May you be blessed in your discipleship of our Lord…. A fellow follower, Not me
  4. Well . . . okay . . . I don't disagree with what you have posted, in fact I agree with you whole heartedly. But . . . in context vs 28 is connected with the previous verses about prayer, and how the Holy Spirit helps us pray. [Rom 8:26-28 KJV] [26] Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. [27] And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what [is] the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to [the will of] God. [28] And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to [his] purpose.
  5. I don't know about Satan sinning in the angelic realm and being cast out yet, which many assume to be what Christ is saying when He says He saw Satan fall from heaven like lightning in Luke 10:18. It is in a future tense, just like Jesus saw not one stone on top of another in the current Jerusalem. As to why Satan was not cast into the lake of fire following his deception of Adam and Eve; it was because man had made his choice to believe in Satan and not God at that point, and as such, Satan was allotted governance over man and the world. As his world governance over man and the worlds ecosystems is now collapsing; he and his false illuminating angels will soon be cast out unto the earth (Revelation 12:9), where he will be allotted one last go at making his governance over man and the world work. He will not be successful, and he knows it (Revelation 12:12). Revelation 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. Revelation 12:12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
  6. Shalom, JoeCanada. One might also consider this truth: Bullfrogs NEVER SLEEP! They have short periods of inactivity in which they are merely waiting for the next victim, but they are ALWAYS AWARE! During mating seasons, they can croak all night and often in the daytime, too, as long as they are not discovered by predators. (Amphibians are NOT the same as reptiles. Amphibians have no scales or teeth; they have smoothe skin, and they spend half of their lives in water. Reptiles have scales, often have teeth, and they are NOT "slimy" but dry and rough to the touch, and they are most at home on land, although some are adapted to bodies of water, such as aligators, crocodiles, and some snakes). Actually, I don't think their "power has somehow diminished." I believe it's more a symbol of their URGENCY to make an impact on the earth and its inhabitants before their power is over! That may be so. But, to make this more real to people, one should know that "Armageddon" is a REAL PLACE that still exists to this day! The Greek word is a transliteration of the Hebrew phrase, "Har Megiddown," which means "Mountain of Megiddow." It is called "Tel-Megiddo" today (See Tel-Megiddo-Armageddon-national-park.) As you look at the arial shots of the mount, the farmlands below it to the north are called the "Plain of Jezre'el" (יִזְרְעֶאל or Yizr`e'l) is a 380-square-kilometer plot of ground that was often used by armies as a staging area before attacks. The "tel" or "mountain" was a look-out point for the battles fought below, it was also the "guard-tower" at the cross roads between mountains, where the Israeli roads, like today's Highways 66 and 65, now exist.
  7. Very good post, and good to read and be reminded of these things. I see the replies morphfed into end times but the precept of your op is very good. IF we love Him, keep (do) His commandments. Thank you . . . .
  8. In the beginning, God bought a Do-it-yourself world making kit from Walmart. The kit was not complete, since someone had stripped parts from it and then returned it. So God assembled the earth and it was good, but there was no light nor stars to make it work. So God tossed the planet into a closet and went fishing. He thought no more about it for a few billion years. Then one day He retrieved the planet, and there were creepy crawlies all over it. So God took it to the sink and washed away all the creepy crawlies, leaving the planet covered with water. Then He pushed things around until dry land stuck out of the water. He took seed from His Chia Pet and soon there was grass and trees growing. So God took pegs from His Light Bright kit and made stars, plus a sun and moon. Then with some Instant Fish He bought along with the Sea Monkeys from the back of a comic book, He filled the seas with life. Then God dumped out His Animal Crackers on the planet and they began to move around. He put His GI Joe and GI Jane figurines on the planet and humanity was created. God looked at the world He had created and saw that it was Good. Then He we went out onto the porch to smoke cigars with George Burns. The above story is every bit as true and has the same validity as the story you posted, only mine can account for the pre-creation week creepy crawlies and yours cannot. Therefore, mine is the more complete explanation. If you're going to believe in foolishness, you should at least pick foolishness that makes at least a little bit of sense.
  9. you know here, we do God's work among poor people daily laborers they donot have smartphones or laptops, internet so a written Word of God is good for these kinds of people.

  11. Discipleship is what the Lord is referring to about those who take up their cross daily and come after Him. The Lord also warns us though, to make sure you have enough in your spiritual self, before attempting so, or you may very well not succeed according to Luke 14:26-33. Luke 14:26 If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple. 27 And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple. Luke 14:33 So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple.

  13. From what I understand of the verses in the Word about the Samaritan in Luke 10, and the sheep in Matthew 25:34-40, is that to believe in Christ is to believe in love, and loving your neighbor. People therefore who believe in loving their neighbor as did the Samaritan in Luke 10, and the sheep in Matthew 25:34-40, do without realizing it believe in Christ, and the Father who is Love.
  14. What about the efficacy of the Blood of Christ ? Heb 9:14 14 How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?
  15. Shalom, Cntrysner. One may not "do away with" baptism for the simple fact that Yeeshuwa` Himself said to do so, Matthew 28:18-20 (KJV) 18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, "All power (authority) is given unto me in heaven and in earth. 19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name (on the authority) of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world." Amen. (Hebrew for "Truth.") It's not a command in order to gain acceptance with God; it's simply what Yeeshuwa` told them to do, having BEEN accepted by God! We now have the power of the Ruwach haQodesh Elohiym (the Holy Spirit of God) to DO the things that will please our Father! We didn't have that before the New Birth! Paul's mission was not to baptize, although he did not shrink from it, if no one else was available. Remember: Not everyone has the same gifts of the Spirit. Paul's mission was to PLANT EKKLEESIAI! Once an ekkleesia was established, the believers themselves would do the baptizing! Shaa'uwl "Paulos" ("Paul," named for his Roman sponsor, the proconsul of Cyprus, Sergius Paulus, Acts 13:7), as a Paruwsh (a "Pharisee" or a "Separatist"), was more gifted to share the apologetics of the faith with both Jews and Gentiles in whatever city to which he was led by the Ruwach haQodesh, and he often had someone else (often more than one) with him to help establish that ekkleesia. The new birth is like the neck of an hourglass: Before the new birth, one may try to do good works in an effort to please God, but after one comes to the end of oneself, and realizes that ONLY GOD can do for us what we can't do for ourselves, then he or she can be "born again." And, once he or she has been "born again," NOW he or she can do the things that God commands through the power of His Spirit, not to be "saved," but BECAUSE he or she has been justified by GOD!
  16. Luke 9:23 (NASB20) And He was saying to them all, “If anyone wants to come after Me, he must deny himself, take up his cross daily, and follow Me. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ What part of our salvation are the words ‘take up his cross’ meant to portray…? The simplicity that is in Christ Jesus makes our salvation as simple as believing what God has said He did for mankind… This, what God said He did for mankind is believing that when Jesus died on the cross for the sins of the world He did this by taking all of mankind with Him to death…. Thereby fulfilling the law that says, ‘the soul that sins that soul shall die’…. For mankind’s death with Christ on the cross is how Christ fulfilled the law concerning man, thereby God can be ‘both just and the justifier of him that has faith in Jesus’….. For to the degree and depth one believes this truth, to that degree and depth will that one walk in newness of life… For taking up one’s cross is one willingly taking their place, by faith, on the cross of Christ with Him, grabbing onto His death as one’s own…. Taking up one’s cross is meant to portray this faith that would willingly grab unto His death as one’s own death rather than sin…. For this is the purpose of this faith to free one from the power of sin that one was born under when they were born into this world…. For one’s death does free one from all the power that sin has over the believer, it is this willingness to believe in one’s death with Christ on the cross that is the faith that frees…. For this faith that is willing to die rather than sin is the faith that will experience Christ being formed in one, it being the new creation that sins not…. For it, the new creation is a new life that Christ needs to bring to life in one, this life man himself can not bring to life, but is something Christ can and will do if man will accept the salvation offered in Christ and choose to be dead on the cross with Christ…. Thereby as scripture says, ‘take up one’s cross daily’, meaning, that by faith remain on that cross through all the circumstances of life…. For this is the one and only way to be made free from all the influences of one’s fallen nature, which nature has been separated from one by one’s death on the cross with Christ…. For the believer is to live by faith, that faith being that when Christ died on the cross He took all with Him to death, taking up one’s cross is by faith holding onto this truth that He might bring to life in one the new creation without the hands of self tainting it with that which self can do, or, in other words, ‘that which is not of faith’… For our salvation is a free gift, it can have nothing of self in it so one might not glory in oneself but in what Christ Himself has done in and for one…. The cross being that place of separation, blessed are they that do indeed embrace by faith their death in Christ, for the salvation offered in Christ as a living reality will be experienced by the faith that so grabs unto this taking up one’s cross and by faith trusting Christ to live His life in and through, being that life that sins not…. For if one is not grabbing onto their death in Christ one is not taking up their cross and is leaving something on the table that was meant to be experienced by the believing one…. To the experiencing of the freedom of the new life that the cross brings to life in the believing one….. Unto Him, Not me
  17. He doesn't. If anyone sees his brother sinning a sin which does not lead to death, he will ask, and He will give him life for those who commit sin not leading to death. There is sin leading to death. I do not say that he should pray about that. All unrighteousness is sin, and there is sin not leading to death. I John 5:16‭-‬17 NKJV https://bible.com/bible/114/1jn.5.16-17.NKJV You don't have to forgive the antichrist and pray for him. A text not to use with aunt Beppie who spoiled a drink on your carpet, but you can use it for the antichrist or the pharisees who sinned against the Spirit in Jesus' day or pharao (was Moses forgiving him and sweet to him? I saw a great explanation once that he sinned against the Spirit): So Jesus said to them again, “Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.” And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit. If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained.” John 20:21‭-‬23 NKJV https://bible.com/bible/114/jhn.20.21-23.NKJV
  18. Hi, What of online Bibles? Such as is provided by https://www.wordproject.org/bibles/in/ Are these resources of use?
  19. If we rely on AI to generate our daily devotionals, sermons and Christian contents as well as our plans for tomorrow, wouldn’t we be guilty of supplanting God with a virtual idol? From the article. Of course. Not sure why this is future tense though. Christianity has already supplanted God. I don't think the elect have anything to fret about, AI, the beast or the FP.
  20. Also: There is another ministry, one that trains up local ministers word by word verse by verse that might be a good role model for your own leading call. That ministry is: DISCIPLE SUPPORT MINISTRIES which is very much involved in training up "pastors of the least" in Narobi, Kenya. You might, if so led, look at www.Disciple Support.Org Another is SOS Miistries which has experience in getting Bibles written and approved by "kings", having done so in the Greek language originally for atheletes at the Olympics at Rome. See; SOShope.org May God bless and lead.
  21. God's Word if written in Hindi is good here Hindi is a national language and majority read and write Hindi but other state languages are spoken according to their state. Bible Society print and sells Bible in different languages here. Thanks for sharing.
  22. Hi again, In what language or languages are you thinking the Bibles need to be written? I ask because it may be that the resources of Wycliffe Bible Ministries might be better suited to your need than is The Gideon ministry. https://www.wycliffe.org/churches
  23. How many times are we to forgive those that sin against us ? Why would God ask us to do what He is not willing to do ?
  24. When Jesus said, "Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand" (Matthew 4:17), it was not a message of judgment and condemnation – "Repent for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand" offers A NEW WAY OF THINKING and being so that righteousness ( the ability to stand in the presence of Father God without the sense of guilt, inferiority or condemnation – since all our sins are forgiven (Romans 8:1,2) can no longer be mistaken as something we have to do (old covenant) in the hopes of getting God to like us, but is something we are empowered by God to walk out because He wants us available and committed to advancing His Kingdom in the earth ONENESS WITH CHRIST He is well aware that on our own we are not capable of coming up higher – Only by LIVING OUR LIFE THROUGH HIM can we bear fruit that remains for His Kingdom. The fruit that we bear are the Believers that we equip to disciple others. New Believers need to be discipled into their Christ identity so they can be effective in equipping others to be ready to bear fruit through their Christ calling. It is impossible to be productive in advancing God’s Kingdom without a firm grounding in your Christ identity. That's why He proclaimed everywhere He went, and to all that He met, "Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand." His nail-scarred hand still reaches out. It still lifts up. It still invites us to BECOME AWARE OF THE Christ anointing that is present in us through His finished work on the cross -- by Him to live in our Christ identity advancing His Kingdom in the power of the Holy Spirit. PLUGGING INTO THE HEART OF PROPHECY New Testament prophecy communicates this by exhortation of the Ekklesia into their Christ calling thereby moving them out of the confines and limitations of their narrow, bounded lifestyles. The spirit of prophecy is the testimony of Jesus (see Revelation 19:10). What that means is that New Testament prophecy must "testify" of Jesus. It must show forth and put on display the One who saves because He loves, the One who proffers mercy over judgment, all while empowering revelation of our CALLING in Christ. The Apostle Paul understood this when he told the Church at Corinth that the purpose of prophecy was to exhort, edify, and encourage others (see 1 Corinthians 14:3). This is what Paul did when He ministered bringing forth the New Testament, and it is what New Testament prophecy is to be doing today. New Testament prophecy must present the character and nature of Jesus – His love, light, life, presence, power, and personality – in a similar manner to how Jesus presented the Father when He was here in the earth - -prophesying that what Jesus did then He will do today. PERSONAL DECLARATIONS: [1] I speak Truth in Love and faith, and see His saving, healing, transforming power manifest in our midst just as it did when Jesus walked the earth and declared, "Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand" (Matthew 10:7-8). [2] The words I speak are spirit and life – exhorting, edifying, and encouraging people to discover God's PURPOSE for their life and walk in the fullness of all Jesus has given them (see John 6:63; 1 Corinthians 14:3). [3] I am plugging into the heart of the Father, and from the abundance of my heart, my mouth will speak words that present the Son in the power of the Holy Spirit.(see Luke 6:45). 25. They had these questions on a Dutch forum with angry exchristians and atheists. The topic was called: 200 questions for the believer and I thought: Oh nice. Lets answer these and convert this bunch. That was not so smart. I had never thought about such things. They called me a New Testament sugar christian and one gave me the Troll of the year award. What I came up with then, really thinking I had to protect God and make them love Him and not be mad, was that He was so naive that He had no clue satan was ever gonna sin and that He could do nothing about it. And then one Jewish agnostic guy there came to my rescue and later he was on a christian forum in the middle of the night and asked if someone could pray for his dad who was about to die. He used a computer from the hospital to ask the question. So awesome. I prayed for his dad and am sure he went to heaven. Anyway He lets him loose after 1000 years and just, since he rebelled anyway and will never convert, uses him as a thing for not so neat purposes, like Romans 9 says, just like pharao who sinned against the Spirit. Derek Prince said He created us to overcome him and only if you do you passed the test and may go to heaven. It would be babying everyone if He had locked him up and protected us. With Job He just uses him so he gets to know Him. I write to you, fathers, Because you have known Him who is from the beginning. I write to you, young men, Because you have overcome the wicked one. I write to you, little children, Because you have known the Father. I have written to you, fathers, Because you have known Him who is from the beginning. I have written to you, young men, Because you are strong, and the word of God abides in you, And you have overcome the wicked one. I John 2:13‭-‬14 NKJV https://bible.com/bible/114/1jn.2.13-14.NKJV And the Lord said, “Simon, Simon! Indeed, Satan has asked for you, that he may sift you as wheat. But I have prayed for you, that your faith should not fail; and when you have returned to Me, strengthen your brethren.” Luke 22:31‭-‬32 NKJV https://bible.com/bible/114/luk.22.31-32.NKJV
