The first-ever trial of a former President was one step closer to a conclusion after prosecutors concluded their case Monday. Next up: Trump’s attorneys will get a chance to present their defense. The case centered around Trump’s alleged sexual encounter with an adult film actress in 2006 and a $130,000 payment to her in 2016 to keep her quiet ahead of the 2016 election. Trump has pleaded not guilty and denied the encounter happened. Prosecutors allege that Trump covered up the payment to Stormy Daniels and another hush money payment to former Playboy model Karen McDougal ahead of the election and covered them up as legal payments. Trump, 77, is the first former U.S. president to be charged with a felony. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg charged Trump with 34 counts of falsifying business records related to money paid to Daniels and McDougal. Bragg has alleged Trump broke New York law when he falsified business records with the intent to commit or conceal another crime. Prosecutors allege Trump falsified internal records kept by his company, hiding the true nature of payments that involve Daniels ($130,000), McDougal ($150,000), and Trump’s former personal lawyer Michael Cohen ($420,000). Prosecutors allege the money was logged as legal expenses, not reimbursements. Both Cohen and Daniels testified during the trial. Daniels detailed the alleged 2006 sexual encounter and testified she “blacked out.” She also said Trump didn’t wear a condom. Defense attorneys asked for a mistrial after that testimony, which they argued was prejudicial. Judge Juan Merchan denied that motion and repeatedly fined Trump for his comments and social media activity outside of the courtroom. Merchan ordered Trump to pay a total of $10,000 for violations of the gag order. The gag order remains in place. Trump, the nation’s 45th president, is prohibited from making or directing others to make public statements about the jurors, witnesses, attorneys, court staff, district attorney staff and family members of staff. It is not clear if Trump plans to take the stand in his own defense. He previously said he would take the stand if necessary. Under New York state law, falsifying business records in the first degree is a Class E felony that carries a maximum sentence of four years in prison. In late March, Trump said that he wasn’t worried about a conviction when asked if he thought a conviction could hurt his chances of returning to the White House. “It could also make me more popular because the people know it’s a scam,” he said. “It’s a Biden trial, there is no trial, there’s a Biden trial.” Whatever happens during the trial, Trump will be protected by the U.S. Secret Service. Even if convicted and sentenced to jail, Trump could continue his campaign to retake the White House. “The Constitution does not bar felons from serving as President,” said Richard Hasen, professor of law and political science at the University of California, Los Angeles. Hi Ad Hoc, And here I thought you were going so well with your comment. So, I do disagree with you on that last point. You see I was brought up in the Apostolic Denomination, (4th generation) which came out of the Welsh Revival. My grandfather and Uncle were recognized Apostles and sent to Australia to bring the revelation of the 5 fold ministries (back in 1930`s). They both became Leaders of the denomination in Australia and New Zealand and travelled preaching, worldwide also. My understanding and experience of Apostles is that they have a deep revelation of the Lord and manifest His character in a marked way. They often exhibit the 5 fold ministries in their own life. And the Prophet works closely with them giving a deeper, far reaching word (for the whole body) than just someone prophesying for a local assembly. I remember the early days when my mother and other ladies would take the Prophets words down in short hand and then it would get typed up. I still have many of those early prophecies. If you would like an example I can put one on for you here. When the Prophet (or Prophets) had finished the Apostle would give an exposition of it to encourage the people.

There are many last days. There is only one last day. That day is the day after which there are no other days. The visions do not have time stamps on them. Whatever the vision may indicate there is an absolute stated emphatically we the living shall not precede those who are asleep in Christ. Those who are asleep in Christ are included in the rest of the dead that are raised one thousand years after the first resurrection. That just happens to be the day that the elements melt with fervent heat. The purpose of the rapture is not to avoid wrath but to take those who are alive and remain to the new heaven and the new earth.

I pretty much agree with what you heard on the radio. My view presented is from a premillennial viewpoint. Amillennialists and others' mileage will vary. I do not think this is the age of the Philadelphian church, detailed below. The way I view scripture, and to be brief, Daniel’s 70th week is the seven-year Tribulation. The time of Jacob’s trouble is marked by the A.O.D. (final 3.5 years). It is relatively peaceful in Israel during the first half of the Tribulation under the Antichrist's covenant. Meanwhile, the rest of the world is going nuts with war, plagues, and judgment. I believe the Philadelphia church represents all the believers and believing churches throughout history, as detailed below. And yes, it is conditional as well as a warning. Each characteristic of one Church is passed down collectively to the other, culminating with the churches of our day. In this Laodicean church age, we have a mixture of churches with all the characteristics of the previous six. A true church, idolatrous churches worshiping Mary, praying to saints, prosperity gospel, replacement theology, tickling ear churches, false gospels, politically correct churches, homosexual clergy, purpose-driven, Salvation by works churches, etc. Below is how I view the church age written in advance, with the benefit of hindsight, living in the Laodicean church age: EPHESUS – From the Cross until 100 A.D. Ephesus (ef’-e-sus) = Desirable; beloved. A giving away; to relax; permitted; loosening. (A city on the western coast of Asia Minor noted for the worship of the goddess Diana.) Full purpose; a throwing at. The Apostolic Age. A church can lose its charter. Something good was said about it. They had their priorities wrong. SMYRNA – From 64 - 313 A.D. Smyrna (smir’-na) = Bitterness; suffering. Myrrh. Something good was said about the Church, and nothing wrong was told about it. It was a time of great persecution of Christians. PERGAMOS – From 313 – 590 A.D. Pergamos (pur’-ga-mos) = Citadel; fortified; high tower; height; elevation. A root word from which we get our words bigamy and polygamy. Much marriage. (Idea of a marriage; i.e., mixture of the Church and the world.). The age of Constantine. Something good is said about them. It was Satan's seat from Babylon at the time. A dead formalist church with ritualistic worship. Due to the invention of the printing press [1550], the Bible was the first book mass-produced and became available to the common man. During this period, the reformation started: Erasmus, Calvin, Zwingli, and Martin Luther. PHILADELPHIA – From 1700's – 1901 A.D. Philadelphia (fil-a-del’-fe-ah) = Brotherly love. It was a time of great revivals and awakenings—men like Whitfield, Edwards, Spurgeon, and Moody. America arose as a Christian nation and was blessed by God. Many missionaries were sent out locally and abroad to spread the Gospel. A soul-winning Church with an open door, they had a great report card from Jesus, as nothing negative was said about this Church. LAODICEA – From 1901 – until the Rapture. Laodicea (la-od-i-se’-ah) = Greek, laos - people; laity; and dicea - opinion; custom; opinion or custom of the people; = justice of the people; ruled by the people; rule of the majority; democratic; i.e., peoples right or opinions—the people's rights. 1901, the Revised Standard Version (RSV-Revised) Bible came to America, competing with our KJV Bible. Rev.3:14-20 describes today's churches: cold, proud, unfaithful, greedy, covetous, and minimal conviction. It's gotten so bad it makes Jesus puke. We need to enter in a serious discussion because the scriptures you have posted none of them can be used to support your position in this matter. You Posted from Deuteronomy. Deut. 6:4 - Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD. When Moses told them the Lord their God is all they need. No many Gods like their Egyptians but only him. That everyone who worship any other God will be punished with death. Paul said "There is one God, one Spirit, one Lord, One Savior." And he said that after the Cross and for the whole world. And Jesus said the samething that he will be the Shepherd of both the flock of the Jews believers in him and the floc of the Gentile believers in him. Two flocks but one Shepherd both having forgiveness of sins in the same way. That time those who believed in the God of Deuteronomy they will be lost if they do not believe in Jesus Christ. The question for you is: why do you want the people of the world to believe in the God of the Israelites the God of the Sinai Covenant? When the Gospel is to those who are in the Sinai Covenant to believe in Jesus Christ to be saved. If not they will perished. The message of the Gospel is that the Heavenly Father has no children through the Deuteronomy the Covenant of Sinai and He was waiting to have children sanctified and justified by the blood of Jesus Christ.

If we include the gifts of Romans to those of Ephesians and 1st Corinthians we have quite a few. I think that the question is relatively easily answered. The gifts, or gifted ones are given these Gifts to build the Church, both in numbers and in maturity. So all I have to establish is, is our Lord Jesus Christ still building His Assembly, both in numbers and in spiritual maturity? If so, then the gifts are available as the Lord and Head sees fit. Because of the duties of the prophets of the Old Testament, and because of excesses among Pentecostals, the gift of Prophet has fallen into somewhat disrepute. 1st Corinthians 14:3 defines a prophet, and one can see that a prophet/ess is a very normal duty for just about anybody. But, there is one exception to a general acceptance of the Gifted ones in the Assembly. That is; Apostle. The Greek we translate as "Apostles" means "sent one". That is, as we see from both Paul and Barnabas, they are both called "apostlle" because they were "sent" by the Church. But in the Lord's scheme of building the Church, the Lord gave the Keys of the Kingdom to the Assembly. That means there is GOVERNMENT. And in this government there is a hierarchy. "Apostles FIRST" (1st Cor.12:28). This proposes an OFFICE of an Apostle. Besides the Apostles being chosen and sent by the Head - the risen Lord, some incidents and events show a certain "power" invested. In 1st Corinthians 5 the assembly is authorized to excommunicate the incestuous brother, but if Paul was with them, present or in spirit, he could order the death penalty. And it was not a once-off thing for Alexander the coppersmith met the same fate. But there is an argument that the OFFICE of Apostle, with its authority, has ceased. In Hebrews Chapter 5 going into 6 the Lord expresses His displeasure at the lack of growth of the Hebrew converts and states, in the complaint that the FOUNDATIONAL doctrines should not be laid again. That is, it is against the Lord's (and just about every architect) building plan to lay a foundation more than once. In 1st Corinthians 3 Jesus is the foundation of the Church and there is no record of Him being laid a second time. Likewise in Ephesians 2:19-21, the Household of God is built on the foundation of prophets and APOSTLES. If the foundation is laid what purpose would there be for the OFFICE of Apostle? It would seem - none. But there is one more matter to settle. By the time Revelation was written (ca. 96 AD) the 12 Apostles would have died, except for John. Although this is not reported in scripture it can be reasonably assumed. If this be the case, why would the Lord commend Ephesus in Revelation 2:2 for testing Apostles? This would indicate that Apostles are still given and must be subjected to the three-point test of an Apostle. I vote for the reason being that throughout the Church-age, men would CLAIM to be Apostles but that the Assembly should not be intimidated and test them - even the gentlest of saints. In summary, I propose that all gifts are still available except the office of Apostle, seeing as they are a foundation and the Master builder, Christ, refuses double, treble and/or multiple foundations.

When you say visions what do you mean? Are we talking your wide awake and see them or something when you sleep? When I was young 15 I was going to this bible study and I keep getting these dreams of naked women in books, magazines. So the grandmother that prayed 4 hours a day told me to read Psa 4 which I have every night since and more. So I kept getting the dreams and it was all clear except any women naked. That part was all blurred out. I have to say that was cool. Then never came back..ever not any kind. Its like she that grandmother who had a bible study came up to me one day in Church crying and saying I must ask my dad to forgive me. That made me cry. I was 15 or so and .. well he was very very mean. So me asking him to forgive me? So that next week I can still see it. Down stairs watching TV 3 channels Dad off to my left and the clock showing 8:30PM. I look over to him and say "dad will you forgive me if I have ever hurt you". He looks back says "yes will you forgive me". See I don't know how many understand why the lord wanted me to do that. So I called her the next day said I did it. She said I quote "was it about 8:30 when you did it?" I said "YES how did you know?" She said "the lord told me to pray for you right then". So many bad memory's growing up. My older brother by 3 years move out when he was 15. I only remember him leaving the table my dad going after him hearing.. Ken screaming then left that night. My dad was my step dad (I was 3 when he married my mom) and he had 6 kids that even he died never had a thing to do with him. He did before he died tell me out of all his kids he felt closet to me. That was Christ not me. My point lol in all this is after I did what the lord said I have never ever had one bad dream about him. Had many many dreams where he was in it but always nice and mostly never said a word. So read Psa 4 KNOW its His word and He does what He says. Just believe. Tell the enemy.. Amp "You were bought with a price [you were actually purchased with the precious blood of Jesus and made His own]. So then, honor and glorify God with your body." And know when you resist him he has to flee. He can only lie.
