I believe it is healthy to have a certain kind of fear of the Lord in that without Him we are lost and in darkness. The fear of being lost and in darkness without the presence of God is what we should fear as it is a reality for anyone rejecting Gods plan of Mercy and Grace. Part of my family on my mothers side, had become bible believing Christians while, on my fathers side, his sister, her children and my brother, they have become atheists. I now stand alone with my bible believing christian faith . My question is how do we transmit to the Catholic the Truth without upsetting them? or even try to reach the ex Catholic who has turned atheist because of their disgust for what the catholic church has done& I know still some family friends that are Catholic. i would not know how to approach them other than what I have been doing since 2003 and that is just mention the Words of God found in the Holy Bible on occasions such as Christmas and Easter. I know that if I presented more like even these videos from above, I will loose their friendship. it becomes a very lonely existence standing alone in belief of God Word and His Word alone = Sola scriptura

There is absolutely nothing demonic of doing these stretches and are so essential to contribute to the healthy maintenance of our body, joints, muscles, ligaments and connective tissues that need to be stimulated regularly to keep in good function. as we get older is becomes so vital to keep moving our limbs and keeping active with our bodies. I believe the danger with yoga like other practices such as hypnotism and even from what I just heard concerning laughing in the spirit in some churches and even a certain type of speaking in tongues , is that all these practices can raise the kundalini spirit. and that is what we as Christians must be watchful of. The raising of the kundalini spirit is from the occult. it is not from God and God warns us of this. God is sufficient to supply us all our needs. A good guideline is that if what you do in anything, if it does not match up, align itself with the Word of God written in the Holy Bible then don't go into it. These practices, that summon up the occult spirits, are an abomination for us to use as is written inGod s Holy Word the Holy Bible. those practices are designed to lead us astray from God and having a personal relationship with God and His Word, and are geared to awaken something else -not of God-"supposedly" from within us= the coiled serpent= the kundalini spirit. That kundalini spirit -satan- is supposed to awaken the chakras of the body and give the person certain powers. The only Power we need is the power from the Almighty God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Stretching in itself is not bad, it is indeed good for the body as it activates the natural synovial fluid to lubricate the joints and helps prevent the muscles and bones from injury. Movement of the body is necessary especially as we get older , so to keep the circulation and synovial fluids working properly in the body. Good healthy Calisthenics exercises are good for the body as it keeps the body from becoming to lazy and idle, helping it to rust. Blessing s to you LightShinesinTheDarkness ; I never gave to much attention to the pre trib or not as it was never put to my attention like it is on this site. I kind of was was led to believe that all those truly living their lives in Christ would be caught up before the tribulation begings after the first 3 1/2 years. So right now I am a bit confused. For instance from what i quoted, if the tribulation with the mark of the beast has not yet occurred how can those "who did not receive the mark on their forehead or in their hands, they came to life and reined with Christ for a thousand years." ? I thought that those who did not receive the mark of the beast where the ones who resisted the antichrists and his rule to have us all marked? (this has not happened yet) would not these saints be people who resisted when the Antichrist will begin to enforce his new rules of being marked on the hand or forehead?

We all are sinners fallen short of His grace, as Christians we are given the spirit of reconciliation and the ability to practice forgiveness. Sometimes we need to protect ourselves from toxic people, but we also should be there as Christians-if we can, are - emotionally strong enough- to help or guide anyone who needs help and that includes a toxic person. Are we not all toxic in some way until Christ begins working in us and still then some of us have far to learn, but all us have till the day we come home to the Lord something to aim to better in ourselves with the help of the Holy Spirit in us and also by christian charity and kindness in the people around us. Sometimes a kind word can melt away a lot of hurt and be so healing. We live in a very rough world, and depending on our upbringing, we are the result of our environment as well as the aptitudes we were born with. God came for those who are sick= that means ALL of us. He made no preference for those He should love more than others, He came with His message of LOVE- MERCY, GRACE to ALL. We need to learn do the same. Thankfully their are social programs to help the down and out to find back some kind of life. That is human and Christ loving, even though some people involved in these support programs may not be christian, to care for another is a good thing and should also be a christian thing. Life, if one does not set oneself up the wright way, sometimes for a lack of being able to do so, they need help. Just many fall between the cracks and many have no one, no help, not much know how as to how to survive. And these many time die a sad lonely death. Forgiveness is KEY for His Healing to come through to us and others. OK thanks for your explanations, I don't have a problem reading long texts as long as I find them interesting or if I can be of help to someone. People who don't like long posts should just pass over them. I write the way I do for visual reasons, and cannot really change it (for those same reasons). but if its the format you disapprove of and not the content,why not just ignore? That's what I do and that way it does not set an off tone towards that person personally. and when i find a post long and do not feel inspired or led to read them, I just pass over them. but i do enjoy long post Also and I very much appreciate when a person takes the time to also quote from the bible the full text. (But that's just me). We all are different. But when a person oyweys someone elses posts it usually indicates that they really don't like, approve or value what the person is saying.
