    Acts 5, 1-11

Hi Pure Waters, Here are a couple of instances. Genesis 38:10 And the thing which he did displeased the LORD: wherefore he slew him also. Leviticus 10:2 And there went out fire from the LORD, and devoured them, and they died before the LORD. 2 Samuel 6:7 And the anger of the LORD was kindled against Uzzah; and God smote him there for hiserror; and there he died by the ark of God.

Could the 2300 be double counting? Once for the evening an once for the morning. That would put the count at 1150 full days. Similar to a evening and morning prayer. 2300 days would come out to be 6.3 years.

    When Wrath Begins

Hi JoeChan82, I was just mentioning that the Great Earthquake maybe a marker if it is the same Great Earthquake mentioned 3 times in Revelation. Also in the 6th seal it closely matches Mathew 24 even though Matthew 24 does not mention it as the Great Earthquake but the other signs in Mathew 24 do match the 6th seal.

No matter what our opinions and our best guesses, God has his timing. He has his appointed times and they are not our times unless we learn his ways. Fortunately he has laid out to us his appointed times. He may have not told us the years but he did tells us the seasons. No matter what the RCC and the daughters of the RCC will tell you Christ did not die on Easter. We can learn from his appointed times even if they cannot be followed because of a lack of physical temple and priests for service.

The context of 1 Thess 5:1

This is also the same as Matthew 24 29Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:30And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.31And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

There are 3 great earthquakes documented in Revelation. Are these all the same event as Matthew 24, In addition to Zechariah, Isaiah and Ezekiel? Ezekiel 38:19 For in my jealousy and in the fire of my wrath have I spoken, Surely in that day there shall be a great shaking in the land of Israel; There is a great earthquake at the 6th seal, the two witnesses being resurrected, Babylon falling and at the 7th bowl which should be after the 7th seal. Are all these the same event in the Wrath of God?

Identifying the man of sin and the beast

Not sure the physical temple needs to be there since man is a temple. Also I am not sure about a full week. Revelation only speaks of 1/2 a week and that is how long the man of sin has to rule.

Identifying the man of sin and the beast

The little horn in Daniel 7 and the beast from the sea in Rev 13 are the same entity. Dan 7:25 vs Rev 13:5 Blasphemies against the most high Dan 7:21 vs Rev 13:7 War with saints Dan 7:20 vs Rev 13:7 Rule the nations Dan 7:25 vs Rev 13.5 Rule for time and times and dividing time or 42 months.
  9. Could this be the word of God as in the recorded words of the Bible, when it is lower case 'w'. As the Word of God when the W is capitalized, then is a reference for being Jesus. Perhaps? Like John 1:1 but when it is lowered case, it is perhaps meant to be the words of the Bible. Let me know what you think. They are both based on the same Greek word Logos. We talk about the Holy Spirit a lot but we do not talk about the Word of God. I know that Christ is also referred to as the Arm of God. Another area nobody touches is the 7 Spirits of God that Christ holds. Rev 3:1 And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead. Zech 3:1 And he shewed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD, and Satan standing at his right hand to resist him. Zech 3:9 For behold the stone that I have laid before Joshua; upon one stone shall be seven eyes: behold, I will engrave the graving thereof, saith the LORD of hosts, and I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day. There is just so much unknown I just do not like to put God in a box because a council of men 1700 years ago think they had God and his Son all figured out.

The context of 1 Thess 5:1

Hi n2thelight, Do we even have the correct understanding about the fullness of the gentiles? Luke 21:20-24 20And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh. 21Then let them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto. 22For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled. 23But woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck, in those days! for there shall be great distress in the land, and wrath upon this people. 24And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.
  11. Hi 1to3, Yes I believe the Word John 1. The Word is God and also the Word was made flesh. John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. Just the same how do you explain this? Colossians 3:16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. Philippians 2:5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
  12. No that Christ needs to be God to save our sins. Why could not Christ being the Son of God and having the spirit of God dwell in him not save us? 2 Colossians 2:9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily
  13. If we read Revelation 21 and also Peter and Paul we see we are living stones or temples. Revelation says there is no temple because God and the Lamb are the temple. I would assume this also extends to Israel/Church since they are the temple also. In a sense the Lamb marrying New Jerusalem is the Lamb marrying Israel/church.
  14. I do not think it is a salvation issue. Do they believe Jesus is the Son of God?
