Hy Marilyn. I heard this person (preacher) talking about hell. I don't believe it yet it does make one wonder. Well hell was made for Satan in other words there was no place as its written for him in heaven so hell made for Satan, this was God showing mercy to him. A place where nothing of God is there. We know hell will also be toss into the fire Reve 20. Your questions remind me why did God ask Adam "where you/who told you/did you eat of the tree I told you not to" Or "where's your brother why is his blood crying out to me from the ground" . Or when He came down talked to Abraham "the outcry for justice against Sodom and Gomorrah is so great and their sin so blatant that I must go down and see if their wicked actions are as great as the outrage that has come to me, and if not, then I will know.” Well my point here is .. He's GOD didn't He already know :) Another story.. Jewish man didn't know God.. lived in Israel. Was in the USA having a really hard time.. Like one said it depends. I would love to believe I try to always hear what He the sweet sweet holy Spirit is saying. Since were told to be in prayer always and praying about all things. But it depends. For me sometimes when I talk at the end I hear "what in the world were you talking about?" haha.. yeah haha

Hi.. so maybe you did or didn't but.. tell Him all this.. let Him have it all! See He is the only one that can take it. Life can hit us so hard This might be a tad strong here.. I remember a story 11y girl was taken.. then brought into the USA NY and she escaped at the age of 18. I remember this other young girl watched men brake in and kill her father (preacher) before her eyes. I remember this woman on a plane talking about she would take babies. Well theres this place in a 3rd world nation, well leave it at that where men and woman meet and there are children of all ages there. This woman would get in and take or in truth rescue the babies. She had taken saved 250 the last one was 11 months old. The point is .. this is a fallen world and the enemy's time is running out. Now as this life hits us and we say "that's it we give up.. later GOD".. He knows He understands but He never leaves us. Salvation is not based on only if life is going good or we don't fall or get stuck in sin or we want to give up. He knows the enemy is attacking and we can't see it.. all we see is GOD so we blame Him.. and its ok.. He can take it He really can. There is no other man or woman that loves you like He does. He will bring you through this. That story how we walk on the sand and look back and we find it was Him carrying us? We felt so alone.. He didn't care.. this happened, that happened and after all of it was over.. we look back.. He was carrying us and we never even saw it. I'm 63y old and 55y in the lord. I have never ever seen the righteous forsaken. Faith is not based on feelings. What your Father has spoken in His word He will do. He has not will not can not ever fail. What He started in you He will finish. Fact.. ever dream you had everything you wanted to do.. what He called you to is not lost. If not in this age you will do it in the age to come. So many think they missed it goofed up so bad.. all those dreams are gone. Nope! Its His love.. we love you.. and know that there those out there that don't know you but someone I promise.. is always praying for you. Where I stop praying.. someone else takes over. I always loved hearing this song, not about that man but the song.. He would be on TV and that song which how odd comes to mind right now and I don't think I have a post where I quote it. As He showed me this tiny tree with so many branches said "Show me a branch that was not originally of the vine. I am the vine you are the branches". Then as its written, as Isaac was we are the Children of promise. He said to them "‘When a stranger resides with you in your land, you shall not oppress or mistreat him. But the stranger who resides with you shall be to you like someone native-born among you; and you shall love him as yourself, for you were strangers in the land of Egypt; I am the LORD your God." He has not changed.. All that are grafted in no one but no one can tell what branch was original vs grafted in. They are the same to GOD.

I like that word flee "To flee, escape, shun. by analogy, to vanish." Keep the faith, walk by faith live by faith and remember His promises and at all costs do not let what's happening in the world distract you.

The word doubt. The just what three days ago just before I went to sleep He said "don't entertain doubt".

I just was watching something and one preacher says women come to the meeting and feels sick and gets healed. The other preacher says "maybe she was feeling sick but when she left she just felt better". I personally believe after this life He is going to show all the thing He did as in signs that I thought was just nothing.. normal. Thanks AIT

Well Eph 4 "that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness." "and put on the new self [the regenerated and renewed nature], created in God’s image, [godlike] in the righteousness and holiness of the truth [living in a way that expresses to God your gratitude for your salvation]." RDJ "God can say something else than a Bible text, but He will never go against His Word and you have to test it." This made me laugh. Well so many years ago you kinda get caught up with it has to be word for word in the bible or its not God. As if that book was all God could ever say. I'm sure most here have read some verse or word so many times and even looked it up in the original text and yet He shows you something that you can't explain how you never saw it before. Make sense? I have God's unmerited favor but maybe its talking about how we show grace to others. Do we ever let bitterness spring up? That would effect how we show grace to others :) Just one view

There you are. Haha.. I was just thinking about this and how to say it. Yeah I had heard some talk so many yeas ago about how faster it will be meaning what seem to take so long happens with God is much faster. I have personally witnessed this. As for something huge coming. It wont make sense but for a few years now I only see gray. As a believer you always know within you to live right in every area of your life but I can't explain it I have this .. not feeling but so much stronger within me to be right with God like I have never been before. Now if I was to just look out side Israel in full bloom yet being hated more day after day. What use to be wrong, sin, mental health issue is not being called moral. Try saying there is only male female in Canada. Christianity... I am reading hearing did just yesterday how we are a threat to democracy. That is growing every day. We are still here and the gates of hell will never prevail against it. Greater is He that is in us then he that's in the world. I do believe we are the last generation. It could be one more day or another 20 years still be inline with Gods word. Still looking out side this verse comes to mind in Isa "Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!"

Children just believe anything and everything they are told. Take what I quoted from what you said in your post. Just take what He said and believe. He said faith comes by hearing hearing by the word of God. That's it. I don't read it for min, hours, days, weeks then ask "hmm where's the faith". We walk by faith we do not walk by what we feel and see. So He said it will come .. that's it. So just believe because He said it and know your not alone in this. Tell HIM everything you said here. Tell Him about losing faith or what ever. KNOW He will do something.. He loves you. The fact your here saying this shows.. He is working already. There were those that saw Him face to face doing so many wonders yet still said "I know you can but do you want to" "I believe help my unbelief". Ever time He ALWAYS helped. You ask.. He will not say no.. but huge smile and YES! Just don't think about it. Its all HIM.. you just read knowing you don't fully understand how but.. oooh He will do it.

I remember years ago went to see this preacher who would always say "they are normal he is wired" until one day the lord corrected him said "no your normal they are wired". Now even though I am a man I fully 100% understand what your saying. Also the part about someone passing away. At 15+ I went to this bible study for a long time. One night ever time I thought of the grandmother that also ran that bible study who prayed 4 hour a day. Every time I thought about her I could not stop crying. I called her about it and she was very very quite that was odd. Just after that she went home.

I'm not saved because I sin or never sin. I am saved because I believe He is who He said He was and where He came from John 3:16/Rom 10:9-10. Sin is fun for a season but what sin does is takes you away from God and then it will kill you. He loves us so much and He knows this is a fallen world. We come to Him as we are not only if we stop sinning first. For me 55y in the lord He has never once made me feel bad or guilty nor condemned me for any sin. The times I got stuck seeing just my sin wanting to walk away from all this.. all He did was tell my how righteous, in right standing with God. Its not how we see our selfs its how He sees us. Its already finished, Christ did it all not us. I don't have any right to sin but He already died for the sin of the world. So we are no longer slaves to sin but slaves to righteousness. Your looking at it wrong. Your "works" do not touch salvation. Some do tend to see sin as more powerful then Salvation. Stop sinning.. like He told the one "go and sin no more least a worse thing come on you". If we focus on the sin that's all we will see. Look at what He already did...focus on Him. This is not a race to see who is the best at not sinning for we all lost already. Who do we rely on, lean on when we fall is what matters. Never take your eyes off Him. Do not get stuck looking at self. Its all Him.. His joy, His strength, His peace, His armor, His might blah blah blah. My wife once said to me about 35y ago "if you love me you would not do that". Just knowing she was right was not good enough. I had to know I was wrong and want to change. I'm getting at .. I don't do good works because I was told to or thats what the bible says. Doing it that way.. well its not good works. It has to be from the heart.. its just in me.. I want to do good things yet there is the other side that loves so sin. Its a fight we do every moment of ever day no one is free YET from it. Its why in Eph we read "And be renewed in the spirit of your mind" and in Phil where we think on these "whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things" and "where we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ”. We have to do these things 24/7 for sin is always as the door. So you are in right standing with God not because of good works but what Christ has already done.

But the Law came to increase and expand [the awareness of] the trespass [by defining and unmasking sin]. But where sin increased, [God’s remarkable, gracious gift of] grace [His unmerited favor] has surpassed it and increased all the more. Well we know nothing shocks or surprises our lord. This evil has been here since before and after Adam. We know how it ends and we fight the good fight. Greater is He that is in us then he that's in the world. There is nothing impossible with our God and nothing impossible to them that believe

ONLY because you said "other ways" not sure if it falls into that. Out of all the times He has spoken be it His word, or within, or music YES. The one that still gets me today is I was 17 coming out of High School one day and crossing the street this car pulls up says "are you Danny so and so" I said yes. They said "the lord told me to tell you to run home". Yes the lord also confirmed it (always will) told someone else the same thing but they didn't.. they knew where I came from. Them not telling me. That cost them. They paid a huge price. When GOD tells us to do something. Those that know HIM and don't.. That one still gets me.

He paid the price every person would have had to pay. The sin of the world and alone. Should do a deep study on just what it cost God. People seem to think He came died rose went back as if nothing happened. Just having the holes in His hands and feet don' t come close to what it cost Him.
