It's also about parenting. These kids don't know responsibility, humility, or respect. I saw this four year old last night in front of a store that honestly needed a good whack on the fanny but the parents were literally pleading with her to get up off of the sidewalk in front of the store and to please stop rolling around near the street. She was throwing an absolute fit and was in danger of being run over. The parents were simply at a loss about what to do. Unbelievable.

Unbelievable alright........

Just like not being allowed to say "toliet training"....must be toilet teaching because training is for the likes of training "animals".....well when a child is chucking a "tanty" and rolling around on the floor, it kinda resembles a small animal..............

Seriuosly?! I will tell anyone my kids were trained!

About the title ... Once in awhile we can come across a child who has a great heart. Today, while I was working at the shelter, I received a call about a mother wanting to donate things for a birthday party her daughter just had. I told her I would meet her and give her a hand where donations are brought. When she arrived, the mother - father - and a small child, we began to unload the car full of new clothes and food. The mother began to tell me what this was all about.

Her 6 year old child, the one who was with her and too shy to say HI, had a birthday party. Her request to the guests was that instead of bringing her a gift, they donate food or other things homeless people needed. This was her idea ... at 6 years old. Her parents never once suggested that she do this.

God is always looking to share His love, especially through a child whom we believe we need to teach life to.
