So, don't discount anyone's Vision, or dream or whatever they "THINK" they may have gotten from the Lord, it needs to be judged by two or three witnesses. It has to be backed by scripture, and someone immature in the Word can make a bigger deal out of something, Add to it, and mess it up, even though they actually did hear something from God.

I know I have, because the Lord does not always fill in the blanks, and our mind likes to Help God out, when we should just take it exactly as he said it, and not add or remove from it.

We need to judge it, and despise not prophecy.

Understood, believe. Unfortunately, thankful comes across as being more interested in exalting himself and his vision rather than Jesus . Thus the disagreement.

Of course Satan just love those people who say negative words about people who share what God has for them to share.

Satan will use anything to keep people from sharing about God, in hopes that it will keep the timid people, and those who care about what other think of them quite.

Remember if you deliberately sin you are of the devil.

(1 John 3:8) “He who does what is sinful is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil's work”

Satan loves to trick people who are new to the faith into believing they have a special message for God, which turns out to be a deception to the Body of Christ. Those who hear that message and are strong in the Lord are not fooled by it, and obey God by coming against the lie.

That is what is happening here. You have been opposed by Christians who know the word, but your deception remains.

Allowing oneself to be deceived is a tragedy when along with it comes a stiff neck. That is an abominable state, that falls under the heading of sin, also. When you paint yourself in a corner and do not allow yourself to be corrected or taught by other believers who know the truth, you resort to relying on pride. Pride is the first sin committed by Satan himself!

You share your opinion so much, but that is all it is just your opinion. No scripture, nothing to confirm what you believe.

Remember if one sin he or she is of the devil. The devil has his opinion and many people spew out his opinion.

So, would that also include when someone gives false witness of what another is saying, they must be of the devil?

Jesus did not reveal everything to all. He chose what to reveal to whom. Remember that is why he used parables?

Jesus told me not to reveal the Anti-Christ to you all.

Good point. If Thankful is reading this maybe he/she will tell us the identity of the A/C, thus ending a centuries old mystery.

A Prophet:

I am a prophet, but my public ministry is yet to come. My job for now is just to give a word, and Jesus wants me to do so via the internet.

Jesus did not reveal everything to all. He chose what to reveal to whom. Remember that is why he used parables?

Thankful x10

Brother, I don't want you to get in error here. I have operated in words of wisdom, lots of prophecy, and so on. None of the gifts were designed to lift me up, but to show Jesus. Most of the believers posting here on this thread, the Holy Spirit has operated these gifts in their lives. So you supernaturally just know something, that's a word of Knowledge. You spoke the word to someone, it just flowed out and they became encouraged and helped. That is prophecy, it's according to our faith, there are many levels of it, and most don't even realize what they operated in because they are focused on JESUS and the PERSON NEEDING THE HELP.

I have spoken many things in to peoples lives from God, they happen. One was even a missing person. God also used a Donkey to save a prophets life, that Donkey spoke. So where does that put me?

I never once considered myself a prophet, or much of anything but just believe God that the best way to help someone is made known.

Thankful x10, Jesus does not speak to us in Parables anymore, he said he would show us plainly of the father. I get anything symbol form I don't understand, I discount it. I also seek God for a awhile if I think I heard something for someone to make sure it's right.

I would also never say God told me something, and not say it. That is spiritual immaturity.

A true prophet ministry today, and it normally takes years of being faithful, and diligent to even have God call you an actual prophet, is a ministry of edification. It's not about telling the future, it's not about giving things the bible does not reveal............. Like who the Antichrist is, its a service to God's people for edifying, and helping others make sense of their messed up lives with supernatural revelation. There is no more word to be added today, and the only revelation that is revealed comes right from what is already written.

Thankful x10, so God may have spoken to you, but every single believer has a right to also hear the voice of Jesus, and a strangers they will not follow, every believer can be used in any gift, at any time, but that does not make them a Pastor, or a evangelist, prophet, teacher, or a Apostle. It just means God used you to help someone, just like he used that Donkey.

Be blessed.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • George Whitten, the visionary behind Worthy Ministries and Worthy News, explores the timing of the Simchat Torah War in Israel. Is this a water-breaking moment? Does the timing of the conflict on October 7 with Hamas signify something more significant on the horizon?

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
