And while so many self proclaimed prophets are telling everyone they have a word from the Lord...God Himself cannot seem to

wake them up to what is actually going on unless it has some kind of personal reference. God is not the god of a few dedicated

souls; He has an entire globe to run.

The middle east is a hotbed of activity...not that it has not always been...but events are indicative of the spirit of the anti-christ

being stirred....the entire globe is basically in crisis and people should be aware of the bigger picture.

We have the child born of the will of god and the child born of the will of man in conflict throughout history and everyone is so

worried about the economy and 2012 predictions and their own safety.

I am not worried about my own safety. I believe I am in God's hands and I believe Christians should keep their eyes focused

on the Lord and what He has said about world events.

What I see however, is a fervor of extra biblical prophecies that keep one's focus on oneself, or the local church, or the we

should be reigning in the world now crowd (kingdom come) or those who prophesy about Christians taking over the world

(where does that come from, and yet some people actually believe that)

Nowhere in Scripture are we told to fear or run...history is a constant repeat and the Bible is the best indicator we have of

what will happen and to who and how our God has the outcome in His hands.

Yes, this event in Egypt is telling and concerning. It is the historical battle between God's son and the anti-christ playing

out on another scale for everyone to see and pay attention to.

Somehow envisioning horrible ends for non-believers does not comfort me. It saddens me as I know some personally.

When something like this happens I like to put it into the perspective of Calvary. We can only imagine what the followers of our Lord were going through as the events took place. But God, it seems, plays the gambit. The spiritual forces rejoicing at the torture and death of Jesus were soon facing the resurrected King.

These men speaking foolish words are facing a horrid future. These millions are facing an eternity without the presence of a Holy God. These things will come to an end and the Lord will rein. The Arab people have Abraham as a father and God loves them as much as any. I believe more Muslims will come to the Lord through these foolish and dangerous games being played as their leaders blindly lead many to their deaths.

Our God knows best when to sacrifice a pawn for a knight , a knight for a rook , a rook for a queen and ultimately, a queen for the King. He laid His life down for us, He asks us to lay ours down daily by picking up our cross and following Him. Say a pray, if you are moved today, for the innocent children being lead by this insanity, to be saved from an eternity of hell.

I know some as well, S.S., and the inevitable gives ME no comfort either. I don't want to see bilions go to their doom. That doesn't change what is to come though and the choice is theirs.

I missed something along in the news ....why would these muslims want to make Jerusalem their capitol ?

In the book of revelations .... God comes down with the new Jerusalem ...here on earth.

God knows all things already as what is to come, and what is to happen, before time.

Could it be for what these muslims are doing , making Jerusalem their capital .

God makes a new Jerusalem...and will send it down here to earth.
