Al-Jazeera broadcasts new bin Laden tape

Your security is in your own hands.” White House press secretary Scott McClellan said U.S. intelligence analysts, who were reviewing the tape, believed that the message was authentic and recently shot.

U.S. officials told NBC News, however, that there was no plan to raise the terrorist threat level, currently at yellow, or “elevated,” because bin Laden makes no specific threat. A senior official said the main message appeared to be “I'm still here; I’m still standing.”

Neither the Qatar-based channel, which aired about one minute of excerpts from the five-minute tape, nor U.S. officials would say how they had received it.

I believe Ben Laden is planning another terrorist attack and the video he made was in the form of a threat to our nation.

However, righteousness exalts a nation.

"A thousand may fall at your right side, and ten thousand at your right hand; But it shall not come near you. Only with your eyes shall you look and see the reward of the wicked. Because you have made the Lord, who is my refuge, even the Most High, your habitation, no evil shall befall you..." Psalm 91:7-9

We, as a Christian nation, have promises like this to lean on with great confidence in the Mighty God we serve.

When you vote Tuesday, remember the moral issues we as a nation are facing, and vote for the man who stands for the right.

He's had plenty of time to do something already. I wonder if he misses the 75% of his fellow Al Queda that have been killed or caught?

I don't have any doubt that he'd like to hurt us...but it's not like he hasn't been trying. As long as we remain vigilant and resolute we have a chance to wipe that vermin off the earth.

Dose anyone here really believe that Ben Laden wouldn't already of hit us if he could? He hit Spain to change their election so why would he hold back on us? I take this as a sign that he really can't do much to us at the present time. Perhaps Bush's war on terrorism is more effective than we think. He says he will leave us alone if we leave him alone. What a crock. He would kill all of us now if he had a chance. Right now I believe he is being denied that chance and thats why he was more critical of Bush than Kerry in his little video. He called Bush a daddy's boy but do you think he would have been able to do the things he has done if his Da Da, who is the owner of the largest construction firm in the Saudi Kingdom, didn't give him his fortune. What did this little mouse do to get all that money? At first he got it from Da Da and now he is playing Army with it. He caught us at a moment when our mind was not on terrorism. I believe Islam itself is the real threat. I do think that there are many other Isaminuts that are out to get us and we need to take the threat seriously but I can't see beard boy holding back on hitting us if he were able. Now everyone is freaking out over this. I may be wrong but I take this as nothing more than a lame attempt to get someone he(beard boy) views as a weaker opponent (Kerry) into the White House so he can go back to planning the way he did during a period when we had another weak UN loving President in office. He like many others HATES BUSH!! I wonder why? What dose that tell you about President Bush.

I don't know about any of you but I looked around my neighborhood and there are no terrorists there. I fear nothing. If another attack happens as our Homeland Security assures us and our Vice President assures us we can only blame our government for it. They claim they know there are al-queda cells operating in the US. How many arrests have been reported? How many planes loaded with al-queda suspects have flown out of the US deporting these terrorists.

None. Why?
