What is good is evil. What is evil is good.

I think the bible talks about. Good is evil and evil is good. Or is it the truth becomes a lie and the lie becomes the truth. Have you notice or seen that on news. Is that a last day sign.

You are probably thinking of this verse:

 

Woe to them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!  Isaiah 5:20

 

It's not a last day sign as can be seen from the Old Testament reference.  However, the New Testament does indicate that such things will definately increase

The timeless truth of scripture is validated once again.

 

Sometimes though, it only seems like certain things are on the rise when in fact the instant knowledge we have of crimes through the news media and social

media, simply make it seem so

 

There is definately a lean towards lawlessness these days though IMO which is an indicator.

In some sub-cultures in the United States, people refer to themselves as being bad and they use the term good in reference to others as a derogatory term. But in reality, they believe that being bad means being tough-minded, shrewd, and conniving as they understand it and being good means being weak, vulnerable, and soft. This kind of thinking is in line with the decline of the Christian consciousness in our time.

Years ago I read that there was a design to do this recorded in the satanic bible.  At the time I thought it was ridiculous but as the years have progressed I have seen more of it develop.  An example might be the move to make homosexuality a persecuted minority that should be accepted as good.  Many politicians, salesmen and recruiters consider lying and deception to be acceptable and good, but God says people who habitually practice these things shall not be found in heaven.  There seems to be strong pressure against what God has called good and evil today, and I believe it will continue.  We are taught in school that there is no right or wrong--just shades of gray.  What a bunch of malarky.  Calling themselves wise, they have becomes fools.  It is a fool that says in their heart that there is no God.  So everyone is doing what is right in his own eyes, except for believers.  The lines are drawn.

Moral corruption certainly is a sign of the decline and fall of our nation.  How it fits in the end times scenario I am not sure.

Everything that is good and holy is being treated as evil. The family unit is being broken up. The gays want their debauchery to be normal. Killing your unborn children is not only okay, but others should pay for it. Adultery and divorce are normal. Almost every sexual perversion that can be thought of it done and shown to others by mass acceptance of pornography. Truth is pulled out of our schools and our societies. Everything that is good is now treated as though it is evil.

We can also read in 2 Timothy 3:1-9
 

But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away! For of this sort are those who creep into households and make captives of gullible women loaded down with sins, led away by various lusts, always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. Now as Jannes and Jambres resisted Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, disapproved concerning the faith; but they will progress no further, for their folly will be manifest to all, as theirs also was.

We can look at the above verses and see how the world reflects this more and more as His time draws near.

I think that it took the spreading of Christianity to bring this into being though...

it had to be that Truth needed to be established before it could be ignored and

abused like it is being done today and fore-warned it Scripture.

But while we decry this, may we be clear about Jesus call to us: 'You are the light of the world....the salt of the earth." Jesus warned us that if salt loses its savor, it will be cast into the streets and trampled underfoot.

 

Are we Christians being judged today for not being salt in our society?  There is too much confusion among us that has prepared the way for good to be called evil. Much of what has happened that goes directly against clear commands of God has been done in the name of "love" and most Christians do not care enough to study and show themselves approved workmen so that they can help others see through the confusion. ** Link removed""

Look what happened to Jesus. Who did that to Him?

Jesus went into the synagogues and called them hypocrites and told them why they were. He and His name was cast out as evil. His own people rejected Him, and killed Him, and because they did God's grace was extended unto all the world. amen.

The flesh gets offended when the Spirit shows up speaking the Truth. He who is not offended is a perfect man, yet not I ,but the Spirit within. For he has past from death unto life. amen

With God, there is no respector of persons. And God has no respector of persons. One, who is flesh, will fight and war against the Spirit, rather then accept it isnt perfect, and humbly repent of our fleshly sins. amen

I agree, you can't deny, or turn against something if you are unaware of it.  The entire world must be given the opportunity to choose its fate.
