Where have you gone?

Have you considered these scriptures?

Matthew 21:43   Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.

Luke 3:8   Bring forth therefore fruits worthy of repentance, and begin not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, That God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham.

Sister,

I will not get into a lengthy discussion with you since our understanding of Scripture is totally divergent.  Here you are quoting words addressed to the Jews who rejected Christ at His first coming and which brought upon Israel the judgments of 70 AD. Israel was dispersed at that time, and now , in this thread, we are looking at prophecies pertaining to the Second Coming of Christ.  So why are you quoting irrelevant Scriptures?

Your first opening post was good.  All is true.  I agree with that, and I told you that.  You answered Marilyn and quoted scripture.  I wanted to know if you understood what you quoted?  The last verse, verse 16.  It's a great scripture, and good to share the understanding to all, for it is related and not going into another direction.  Verse 16 is not past, history, but future.  The MILK is the foundations, the basics of Christ's teachings. What we started off with.

During the Millennium, Israel will suck the milk of the Gentiles, ....what does it mean?  Look deeper.  If it doesn't pertain to this discussion, then why did  you even quote it?  Are we not all here to learn and grow and gain understanding through these discussions?

Think about that brother.

Quote

10 And the sons of strangers shall build up thy walls, and their kings shall minister unto thee: for in my wrath I smote thee, but in my favour have I had mercy on thee.

11 Therefore thy gates shall be open continually; they shall not be shut day nor night; that men may bring unto thee the forces of the Gentiles, and that their kings may be brought.

12 For the nation and kingdom that will not serve thee shall perish; yea, those nations shall be utterly wasted.

13 The glory of Lebanon shall come unto thee, the fir tree, the pine tree, and the box together, to beautify the place of my sanctuary; and I will make the place of my feet glorious.

14 The sons also of them that afflicted thee shall come bending unto thee; and all they that despised thee shall bow themselves down at the soles of thy feet; and they shall call thee, The city of the LORD, The Zion of the Holy One of Israel.

15 Whereas thou hast been forsaken and hated, so that no man went through thee, I will make thee an eternal excellency, a joy of many generations.

16 Thou shalt also suck the milk of the Gentiles, and shalt suck the breast of kings: and thou shalt know that I the LORD am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob

Matthew 21:43   Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.

Ezra

If the kingdom of God is going to be taken off Israel and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits then what does this mean?

We all know Israel was cut off so that the gentiles can be grafted in, after that when the FULLNESS of the GENTILES come in, Israel will be grafted back in, and will SHINE like never before.  The fullness of the gentiles come in at THE FIRST RESURRECTION.  All the gentiles who will be saved, will be in THIS RESURRECTION COMING.

So if the Kingdom of God will be taken off Israel, and then in the Millennium Israel are INSIDE THE KINGDOM, leading the nations by example, then what does it mean?  Did Christ contradict his own Word?

No, It means that Israel are brought back into the Kingdom of God IN THE FLESH, to only dwell.  They are not coming in there as saints who have been quickened/resurrected/perfected, and can never die again.  They are coming in as men, flesh and blood, and they are going to be taught by the saints who will be their Kings, ruling alongside with Christ.

Do you get it brother?

Now they are learning to claim their inheritance through the teachings of Christ, their true Messiah whom they never knew. They have not INHERITED the kingdom YET.  Their true inheritance is not that piece of land where flesh dwells, but The Kingdom of God, the whole kingdom where they will INHERIT EVERYTHING God owns, not just a piece of land.  They will inherit this at the 2ND RESURRECTION, after the 1000 years.

Luke 3:8   Bring forth therefore fruits worthy of repentance, and begin not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, That God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham.

God has raised up children to Abraham that were not of Abrahams seed.  The gentiles.  These are now Abrahams children also, who bring forth fruits worthy of repentance.  This means that they will be accepted in the first resurrection.

Somebody said we'd be serving Israel, but aren't we supposed to be ruling and reigning with Christ, seated in higher places right now?

Zion,

We are not seated in higher places right now.  We should take our salvation with trembling and fear, in the hope of being accepted when Christ returns.  This is not to put anyone off, but to encourage that we take this salvation offered to us seriously and endure to the end.  The work was not all done for us, because there is a lot of work required on our behalf to get into that first resurrection.  I'm speaking of changing our ways, and doing all that Christ instructed by being doers of the word and not hearers only.

So we are not reigning and ruling with Christ right now, for his reign will start when he returns.  All of us Christians will be put through a sieve so that the tares can be weeded out first.  We should accept this and let it keep us on our toes.

Philippians 2:12   Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

After the saints are taken up at the Coming, whoever is left of the world will be sifted also.  The very wicked will all be destroyed, and the remnants of the gentiles who remain will be alive to pass down the story of "the Coming" to their children.  These gentiles will move out of the cities where it has been turned to waste with all the rubble and ruins, and will start again fresh and build houses with their own hands.  The cities will be out of bound, and in time it will become like a forest for wild animals, and evil spirits to dwell (for only Satan is locked up, but not his angels).  The kingdom in Jerusalem will be set up for Israel to dwell, for Christ has brought them back there from ALL GENERATIONS to multiply and learn his ways.  The resurrected/quickened saints will teach them true doctrine, and in turn Israel will teach all the surviving nations.  This is Israel's job now, their task to bring the surviving gentiles to the truth.  Israel will be working under Christ now and serving the nations with laws that are just and holy.  They will be in charge of all the nations (gentiles) because Christ is with them and has given them this authority because of mercy.

Now if anyone is offended by these scriptures, then the love of the truth is not in them.  God has his plan set out and who can change it?

In the end, all who are written in the Lambs book of life will be one great happy family all sharing the same truth by receiving the same mercy.

If Israel are feeding on the milk of the gentiles, then who has taken part in the first resurrection in order to feed them?

Ezra seems to think that I am diverting his message, and misunderstanding the scriptures, but actually all I am doing is delving deeper and sharing some things no one ever talks about.  I think this all makes a good discussion, not just for the sake of discussing or arguing, but for the sake of learning more about the truth and the finer little details that get missed.

We who ascend at the 2nd Coming will be ruling from heavenly authority. Israel of the Abrahamic Covenant will be ruling from earthly authority, which includes ruling over earthly Gentiles nations and kings. But all will be under our King Messiah.

Regarding what the "milk of the Gentiles" passage of Isaiah means, I see no reason why it cannot have a dual fulfillment, and that both the positions of Sister and of Ezra would not be correct.

Remember, there are three heavens plus earth, four different realms. Each one of these realms has its own authority structure. The higher the realm, the greater the authority. Resurrected men will have access to one or more of the heavenly levels according to their individual developments of holiness

Zion,

This kind of misunderstanding occurs when people do not clearly distinguish between the Church in the New Jerusalem and saved Israel and the saved nations (called "Gentiles") on earth during and after the Millennium.  The Church will reign with Christ over the earth, whereas the saved nations will "serve" Israel and will come to Jerusalem to worship God and Christ.

Sister,

I am sorry to say that you are really confused about this matter. I already explained to you that those words of  Christ were addressed to those who rejected Him and rejected the Gospel AT THE FIRST COMING OF CHRIST.  That verse above is telling the unbelieving Jews that the time was coming when the Gospel would not be preached to them any longer but would be preached to the Gentiles, and that the Church would bring forth the spiritual fruits which unbelieving Israel would not. When you go through the book of Acts you find that Paul finally turns away from the Jews because of their unbelief, and takes the Gospel to the Gentiles.

This thread is about events AFTER THE SECOND COMING OF CHRIST. If you make a mishmash of the two, it will only lead to confusion.  Christ will reign over redeemed and restored Israel, which means that the Jews during and after the Millennium will be truly saved and under the New Covenant. Please study Ezekiel and other prophecies. Jews will be gathered from around the world and brought to Israel. They will see the Lord Jesus Christ as their Deliverer and Messiah at the battle of Armageddon. They will mourn and repent and will finally be saved. See Romans 11 as well as the OT prophecies relating to all this.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
