Revelation 20:7-10

At the end of the seven year tribulation all those who are Christians and who are still alive will enter into the 1000 year millennium. There will be very few who survive. They will have children during those 1000 years because they are mortal.

Some of the Children who are born during those 1000 years will not be believers. Satan has been bound for the 1000 year millennium but at the end of the 1000 years Satan will be released and he will deceive the Nations.Satan will go to battle with those unbelievers from the 1000 year millennium. But fire will come down from heaven and devour them. Then the devil will be thrown into a lake of burning sulfur where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown.

Where do the ones still here go when they lock up the devil.  I don't think I have ever seen that in the word.

The angels who remained loyal to God will not be locked up. The one third of God's angels, who rebelled with the devil, and including the devil, who was originally and Arc Angel will be locked up with them all.  God is not about to lock up Satan and leave his demons and rebel angels loose to torment people during the Millennium?

Even mankind, when one catches an entire gang of criminals, murderers, thieves, rapists, and child molesters, one does not lock up their leader, and release the other members of the gang to continue on their rampage?

The Millennium will be a time of peace and prosperity, being ruled By Jesus and His saints. The devil and his rebel angels will be loosed for a time after the Millennium to again test mankind to see who will remain loyal to God and be allowed to continue on with Him for ever.

Rev.20:1, And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.
2, And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
3, And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.

God's not going to lock up the devil so he cannot deceive the nations during Christs thousand year rule, and leave the other rebel angels and demons loose to continue to do so? That would make no sense at all.

The world, during the Millennium, will be run by Jesus and the saints who will return with Jesus at His second coming. The Rapture will take place several years before the literal advent of Christ to the Earth, for they, the saints come back with Him at that time.

In Matthew 25:41 we see where all rebels, including the devil and his angels will all end up. You see, Hell was actually created for the devil and his angels, yet all sinners will join him there in the end.

Mat.25:41, Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

Sorry to you Serving, you are getting ahead of yourself. Read the Scripture Rev. 18:2 again, then keep on reading. In fact start at verse one and read throughto verse 24 and you will see that this time starts after the rapture, not after the Millennium.

Satan and his demons and fallen angels WILL all be locked up after the Millennium, then released for a short time to deceive the nations, to see if anyone will continue to follow him, and then they will be  locked up forever.

Revelation 18:2. This Scripture speaks about the time immediately after the rapture, not after the Millennium. Babylon will become the chief center of demon operations after the rapture. This is the chief cause of her fall, (v.2).

Hazard,

You need to rethink your position here bro cause it's way off .. Those cities are destroyed at the 7th trumpet (2nd coming) and left as rubble during the millennium where the fallen angels will be "caged" .. Perhaps start reading Isaiah from start to finish and the picture will begin to emerge which will put revelation into correct perspective for you.

Better listen to it a couple of times and it forces you to keep up with the flow of information and helps to retain the context of what is being said.

We know that when Christ destroys Babylon (the system of today and the past, the rule of man under Satan's influence), ....and with Babylon, he destroys all the Cities of the world.  So these places will be just "ruins".  Because of the great earthquake, the landscape of the whole earth will be changed, so where there was once desert area, will now have flowing water for civilizations to start again.

I just wanted to verify what I was saying above, because I couldn't find this scripture the other day, but just stumbled across it.  Thank you Lord.  These are the surviving nations of Armageddon.  This has a spiritual meaning and physical.  The water they are seeking is truth.

Isaiah 41:1   Keep silence before me, O islands; and let the people renew their strength: let them come near; then let them speak: let us come near together to judgment.

Isaiah 41:2   Who raised up the righteous man from the east, called him to his foot, gave the nations before him, and made him rule over kings? he gave them as the dust to his sword, and as driven stubble to his bow.

Isaiah 41:3   He pursued them, and passed safely; even by the way that he had not gone with his feet.

Isaiah 41:4   Who hath wrought and done it, calling the generations from the beginning? I the LORD, the first, and with the last; I am he.

Isaiah 41:5   The isles saw it, and feared; the ends of the earth were afraid, drew near, and came.

Isaiah 41:6   They helped every one his neighbour; and every one said to his brother, Be of good courage.

Isaiah 41:17   When the poor and needy seek water, and there is none, and their tongue faileth for thirst, I the LORD will hear them, I the God of Israel will not forsake them.

Isaiah 41:18   I will open rivers in high places, and fountains in the midst of the valleys: I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water.

Isaiah 41:19   I will plant in the wilderness the cedar, the shittah tree, and the myrtle, and the oil tree; I will set in the desert the fir tree, and the pine, and the box tree together:

Isaiah 41:20   That they may see, and know, and consider, and understand together, that the hand of the LORD hath done this, and the Holy One of Israel hath created it.

Isaiah 41:21   Produce your cause, saith the LORD; bring forth your strong reasons, saith the King of Jacob.

Isaiah 41:22   Let them bring them forth, and shew us what shall happen: let them shew the former things, what they be, that we may consider them, and know the latter end of them; or declare us things for to come.

No need to rethink anything. You need to do nothing more than just believe God's Word. Revelation is just that a revelation and nothing more, and its easy to understand.

There is a simple key to the book of Revelation that makes the whole book simple to understand by all alike. This key is found in Revelation 1:19 and 4:1.
The book is in three clearly defined divisions:

First, "the things which thou hast seen," that is the visions of Christ, as in Rev. 1.

Second, "the things which are," that is, the things concerning the churches, as in Rev. 2-3.

Third. "the things which shall be hereafter," that is, after the churches, as in Rev. 4-22.

To prove that everything of Revelation, from the fourth chapter on, must be after the churches, in Rev. 4:1 after he had written the vision of Christ in chapter one and the things concerning the churches in chapters two and three, John was caught up to Heaven and was told that he was to see the things which must be hereafter, that is, after the churches. If the things of Rev. 4:1 through the rest of the book must be after the churches, then they must be fulfilled after the churches and not during the time of the churches. This is proof that the rapture of the church must take place before the fulfillment of everything in Rev. 4-22. If we will take literally and consecutively the events of these chapters and believe that they will happen after the rapture of the church, nothing in the book will be hard to understand.

It nigh impossible to study the subject of heaven without finding out about heaven's relation to earth, the history of both heaven and earth, and the culminating events of the great controversy between Christ and Satan.

But I was really interested in more on heaven itself.

I have posted many times the Scriptures about Heaven, If you have not seen them here is some of it.

Scriptures teach that Heaven is inhabited. (1 Kings 22:19; 2 Chron. 18:18; Matt.18:10; 22:30; 24:36; Rev. 12:12; 13:6).

Armies and hosts of Heaven are mentioned an number of times as seen in these passages and in Dan. 4:35; Luke 2:13; Rev. 19:14. These inhabitants are listed in part as common angels, archangels, seraphim, cherubim and other spirit beings. Heavenly bodies are mentioned in 1 Cor. 15:48-49. Rejoicing in Heaven is referred to by the inhabitants in Heaven (Ps. 96:11; 148:1, 4; Isa.44:23; Rev. 12:12). 8. Paul speaks of "the invisible things" in Heaven as being like the visible things on Earth; that is the things in Heaven are just like the things on Earth. (Rom. 1:20). The word "things" is used in many passages in referring to realities in Heaven. (Phil. 2:10; Col 1:16-20; Heb. 8:12; 9:23). We know from Scripture that in Heaven there are Cities (Rev.21), mansions (John 14:1-3), trees, rivers (Rev.22:1-3), fountains of water (Rev. 7:17), food (Ex.16:4; Ps.78:25: 105:40; John 6:31-51: Luke 22:16, 18, 30; Rev. 2:7, 17: 19:1-10; 22:1-3).

Animals are mentioned as being in Heaven in these following Scriptures; (2 Kings 2:11-12; 6:13-17; Zech. 1:8-11: 6:1-8; Rev. 19:11-14, 21: Rom. 1:20).

All these things are mentioned, furniture, tongs (Isa.6:6), fire and coals (Isa. 6:6; Rev.8:5) censer and incense (Rev. 8:4-6), smoke (Rev. 8:4; 15:8), musical instruments (Rev. 5:8; 14:1-5; 15:2-4), clothes (Dan. 7:9; Rev. 1:13; 6:9-11), stones (Rev. 2:17), books (Rev. 3:5; 5:1-7; 10:1-11; 20:11-15), Also mentioned in Scripture are, vials or bowls, crowns, thunderings, lightnings, clouds, lamps, a sea of glass, singing, worship, palm trees, temples, silence, so there must also be noise at other times, trumpets, hail, mountains, keys and chains, measuring sticks, olive trees, the ark of the testament, doors, posts, girdles, pearls, diamonds and other precious stones, walls, gates, gold in abundance, streets, fruits, banquets, and many other inumerable things.

If the invisible things in the heavenlies are clearly seen by the things on Earth, as Paul taught in Rom. 1:20, then we have a right to believe that there are in Heaven the same kind of things that we have on Earth. We have no right to make an exception of any good thing that God created and intended for man to have before the fall.

Bro,

I was correcting you on you saying that I said it (destroying of the cities of earth) was happening AFTER the millennium, I didn't say that, you misunderstood.

God destroys every city on earth at the 7th trumpet which is at the 2nd coming, the greatest earthquake since man has been on the earth, so mighty and so great.

And since every city on the planet becomes rubble at the 2nd coming, then it is only logical that DURING the millennium that those REMAINS are all RUBBLE as is mentioned in many books of the OT (concerning the animals that is, ONLY Isaiah & Revelation reveals the fallen angel side of it) .. and it is NOT until the NEW HEAVEN and EARTH that all that rubble will be cleaned up by the melting and renewing .. this is real world logic .. no supernatural cleansing comes til the melting, which means PLENTY of rubble till then.

And it is DURING the millennium that the fallen angels will be confined to those RUINS as is written (God is not getting rid of all rebellion, after all, Gog & Magog needs a population base to INITIALLY spring from, and that is WHY God is preserving the fallen angels in the ruins .. the resistance needed for Gog & Magog to initially start his armies with).

And just as in times of old, those rejecting Christ will no doubt seek out the "old gods" in the ruins to practice their rebellious and perverted ways AWAY from societies prying eyes .. and WHERE would the ideal place to do this be?

That's right, in the rubble/solitude of the abandoned cities where the fallen ones can empower their rebellious "soldiers" JUST AS IN days of old.

Now these fallen angels will in no way interfere with Christ's doctrine to whom He INTENDS it to be heard, which will cover the earth like the sea, but will only influence those who already reject Christ in their hearts even then .. their "fruit" won't ripen until Satan is released to tap into the ready made and prepared army in waiting .. which peoples are already prepared and empowered to rise up against Christ's laws by Satan's minions who are NOT in prison with him during the millennium.

Makes perfect scriptural and real world sense.

The New Jerusalem is above the Earth. This is demonstrated by Scripture, which tell us that the City will serve as the light source for the entire Earth.

This is perfectly in accord with Scripture. Also, just as the Holy of Holies was a perfect cube, the New Jerusalem is a perfect cube, and has the dimensions of continental proportions. The New Jerusalem descends from Heaven but hovers over the earth like a heavenly body.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
