Who do I supposed has not understood this? The person whom you and the other women told me was a newby and criticized me for attacking because, of my suspicion of ulterior motives...spiderman. (On a side note, you'll be happy to know that you and the other ladies have convinced me that his motives are honest and pure and that I should embrace him as a brother simply because, he talks about Jesus.) Newbys rarely know who the Judaizers were.

You seem to be referring to my mom who keeps the Sabbath and eats kosher. Our basement was like a little mini synagogue with Hebrew music and people dancing in circles and wearing prayer shawls and yarmulkes while I was growing up.

Also, what you were seeing was a lack of prudence not hidden motives. I was very honest multiple times about what my motives were , but the way that I was going about it was poor judgment and having bad effects on people.

I have some saved on an email draft.  I think it is primarily going to be what this means to me:

"I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me" (2:2o).

and walk by the spirit rather than the flesh

You are not Paul, and you can not live the life of Paul, refusing to have a wife and children, and setle down in some place, and have a source of income providing the necessaries means for them.........and taking his children to a baseball game and to the 4th of July celebrations.

And you are not a Monk, living in isolation behind four walls, even though you will be growing grapes, and the rest.

Hope that you can read between the lines, for this program is design to equip you with skiils to live as a self sustain individual with the help of these programs and faith in Jesus who can help us to grow stronger, and put up a battle against the tsunami that will come and try to overtake us, paralyzing our minds, and our whole been, for Jesus said is the sick that needs me more.

For I don't want to judge even some atheist who have done good and without faith in Jesus Christ.

For what do you know is the specific will of Jesus for you.

He wants you to have peace with him, even as you are battling some things that took long time to become part of you, be stubborn in your fight, keep your faith strong, no matter what, and Jesus will give you the victory. For is a victory against many batlles that will come your way, which you have not seen, but you have to fight some of your battles with him, some alone, and some of the battles he will fight them for you.

For the scriptures you posted is a good theme, for the program you are in, and perhaps that what they need to here, that you will do your fight with Jesus on your side, and if you loose some battles, you will still go ahead, for there is a lot of reflection and learning in any situation we are in.

For our society is not like the OT, discard the afflicted, and cast them away, or lock them up.

But it is a society of compation that value the life of every one, just like Jesus Christ believes in rehabilitation and never gives up, and it is satisfied when they see change in people, yes Jesus can help us, and he wants to help us bring a change to our self's.

For as believers we don't fight our own afflictions to go to Heaven, for hatred it is the strongest affliction on mankind, even thought Jesus said: ask them to believe with their hatred still in them, if not whom am I going to Save.

Jesus Loves you, no matter what, and in any situation.

PS

Now I see that Galatians is about rehabilitation, Paul trying to point the road out of mixing the OT, with the NT.

You have no idea? You seem to have forgotten that this "irrelevant" question was initially asked to me by you. I just requoted it and answered it, so you would know which question I was answering. I thought you would get confused if I didn't. But, it seems that you got confused, because I did.

No one else has verbalized their confusion with my explanations. This leads me to believe that maybe it's not my writing which is what is confused.

I understood your post was in response the opening post.  Usually, if someone doesn't quote, I think it means they are responding to the opening post who was asking for a subject from Galatians to write about.  You were clearly giving a subject to write about from Galatians.  It was not confusing.  Maybe just make sure to address of the post like a letter next time if you don't use the quote feature to make it easier to see.

Oh dear,,,,,,,always an issue algots,,,,,,but now you have Esther to assure you that it must just be "Kwik" that didn't understand, right?

A simple answer would have sufficed rather than the insidious attack on spiderman,,,,,,,,,I spoke to several people who had "no clue" who you were addressing,I am the one who asked,,,,is that soooo awful? Generally when people reply, often times they are addressing the poster before them,,,,,,,,,& so some of us were wondering,,,,,,,,,,,,,why is it always a debate,an issue,,,,,,you were qfuiet for some time and it was very peaceful on the Threads, can it remain that way? Not with you being gone, with you here fellowshipping with all of us and simply ,lovingly & kindly having conversation, okay?         With love-in Christ,Kwik

Well, Spiderman, this should give you an even better understanding of Galatians.  Jews had entered into the churches of Galatia to teach that without keeping the Law of Moses (including circumcision) there could be no salvation. So Paul addresses this matter in detail.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
