The great mega asked for common questions, I don't know that many that are suggesting questions are necessarily looking for them to be answered in this thread, though I guess it's up to mega if he wants us to follow up.

Why don't you invent a synonym for orange, that rhymes with other words?

Perhaps a word like "floopid", as in: "Do your prefer Navel floobids or Valencia floopids?" Then poets and song writers and limeric witerscan get busy, using words like Cupid, putrid, and stupid!

The ear hair question, is the wrong question. Ear hair helps to prevent insects form intering one's ears, while still allowing hearing. I think it is superior to ear wax, since it is less messy. Of course, ear canals could have an adhesive like fly paper, but then people would look funny when there fingers get stuck i their ears. So, ear hair is practical. Ear hair might be evidence of inteligent design. Not only is it functional, but it seems to be easier to maintain, than beards and mustaches, leg, scalp and armpit hair. There are even cutters designed for nose hair, but not a lot of market for ear hair products. So, the question is not: "Why do old men get ear hair?" The better question is: "Why does God only bless some people with it?"

You can see, from my last post, that I have decided to get silly. There is a reason for this.

Those of you who have answered the question with sincerity and thought, have done all that I asked of you, and have done it well. I think you! You have given me enough examples, for me to use, and therefore, I will be moving on from monitoring this thread with regularity.

I turn it over to your direction, so if people chose to ask these "Why" questions and attemp to provide reasonable answers, or to provide help to those who want ideas how to respond to sush questions, have at it!

My request for help, is answers, and now feel free to make a discussion thread of it, or allow it to die, as you see fit.

The "great mega"? Don't thing I know him. Thanks hmbld, you made a lot of good responses, that are helpful, above and beyond the call of duty. As I just recently pointed out, I got what I needed and sure, feel free to ask questions, respond and discuss, etc.
