What is The Trinity?

"God" is Spirit, "God" in terms of "The Original Essence" of The Creator, the Fullness, God before creation.

God is Knowledge and Wisdom, in Human terms, in this Creation.

The Father is.

The Father is the Knowledge and Wisdom of God in Spirit.*

From The Father came/comes The Holy Spirit.

The Spirit is the Fullness of the Wisdom of The Father.

The Spirit is not the Fullness of The Father.

The Son is The Fullness of The Father and The Spirit.

The Son is The Fullness of The Father Manifested in Creation.*

Soo the Order of God is..

Pre-creation God becomes... The Father, The Holy Spirit, The Word.

Trinity is just a term that describes the Revelation of God to Creation.

Moses and friends saw the God of Israel and were not harmed.
Jesus says that no man has seen the father except He that came from
Him.
So it seems to me that the Father that Jesus speaks of is not what that
the Nation of Israel interfaced with in the Old Testament.

It seems to me to be saying that Jesus was what the Nation of Israel
interfaced with in the Old Testament days. Jesus in this form was with
the Father from the beginning.
It seems to me that the people of the Old Testament days were not aware
of the Father except for what they saw through the Jesus in the form he
existed in before he became flesh.

It appears to me that Jesus as the word was that which the Father
worked through to manifest Himself to the people of the Old Testament
times. Jesus did not regard himself to want to be the equal to the
Father so He took the form of a human to further the works of the
Father on earth.
Jesus was deity by being in the form of God, but it was the Father that
did the work through Him when he was the Word. It appears that the only
thing that has changed is Jesus is now flesh working the same way only
as a man. The Father exercises His will through Jesus, now in the
fleshly body.

It seems to me that Jesus just extended the conduit from Him to us for
the Father to do His work through Jesus to us so we could know the
Father as the Father knows us. Thus we now can do the work of the
Father. I believe this is the path and workings of the Holy Spirit

put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all

Jesus, before His ascension told the Apostles that all power and
authority had been given to Him. After he has subdued everything Jesus
will also be subjected to the One who subjected all things to
Him........ The Father.
I don't see the Son always being equal with the Father, either when He
was the word nor in the flesh. He will also be subject to the Father
after He does the job of bringing the kingdom into it's full power over
all and giving it to the Father.

whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom
are all things, and we by him.

But to us, there is but one God, The Father of whom all things

And one Lord, Jesus whom we call the Christ, through which all things

And we have the Holy Spirit which was sent to us from the Father at the
request of Jesus.
Interestingly, all three are one in thought, one in purpose, and one in
action. We can't interface with the Father without being indwelt by
the Holy Spirit, and we can't have the Holy Spirit without the
sacrifice and request of Jesus, and we couldn't have had Jesus without
the Father asking Him to do what he has done for us.
You have to have all three or none. And thus they are one.

Might I suggest that though I may disagree with a point made, and/or a conclusion reached, there is a greater need and desire that is paramount over all the definitions and man's sortings of the Trinity or triune nature. That greatest need is to make/receive practical and fullest application of our sanctification process.

For we come to God  wholly unworthy beings. The process of sanction begins in us by the Holy Spirit, and by the shed Blood of Jesus that we may be acceptable in the "eye" of God the Father. That all three do work  in a unifying, but distinct  to each, manner to bring about sanctification in us.

If and when each one of us tries  both individually and corporately to learn of sanctification both as a word to define, and especially as a process to receive and practice, then we are worked by the "Trinity" to our cleansing and maturation  to be presented before God mature.

We may sort the word Trinity imperfectly, and may dispute the sortings done by each other, yet if we set our own mind spirit and soul upon  a determined quest to know of our sanctification process, then we make  a common or universal application under the Trinity itself. To our benefit, our eternal benefit.

I suggest that, regardless of  any personal understandings of the Trinity and Sanctification, this sermon is of value as a tool to use for reaching into the Bible for passages to search the depths of and the flow of sanctification itself, which to me  is  a reveal of the practical nature and effect of the Trinity upon us as believers in the gospel of Jesus our Lord and savior who is God.

Forgive me please for yet another post on the subject. 

I have enjoyed a study this morning on the Trinity which led to a fuller study of sanctification, all as result of  the kindness of another saint sharing of the Trinity  by way of a thread on the subject.

 And then, my beloved spouse having awoken and upon bringing me some morning coffee settled into her  Bible study. Being a polite  and enthusiastic husband, I asked as I saw her reading near the last pages of her Bible, "What are you reading"? She replied, "First John 5:7  and she further recited, "For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one."

"Oh!" I said. And we were off onto a nice morning discussion  of our creator, a grand way to start this day.

So thanks for the thread and thanks to God for the leading of us all that we may be furthered in our own sanctification. All things (big and small) do work together for good, for those that believe on Jesus as Lord.
