Did you read it? Or are you writting it off as a "cut and paste?"...and with no scriptural value. You can learn a lot from "cut and paste!!!"

But with 3 to 5 pages of posts a day to sort through, it is much better to get your opinion of it with a link to it if we need to see where you are coming from. Very long posts usually don't get read closely by many.

the problem with trying to discuss end times stuff, is that even with pages of text, it can not be totally encompassed on these boards. there is so much that ties in that it would be very difficult to get ones point down with all the documentation listed on a single post so while placing them on several post, there are interuptions of other posters and breaking the thought process.... if it were all on one single post, it would never get read.

goingthru the classes, you are talking many weeks of study, not only in class but also on personal study time and even then, it is not covered totally. my wife and i have been to two separate classes, one of them with the Breane School of the Bible ( college term ), which only touched on the subject, enough that we wanted to find out more, so we went to another class for several weeks which expounded and continued, and there was still more information that was only touched on, that ties in....

there is so much in just about any subject, that it can be studied for months and years and still not complete it all, for what I have found, is the more we study about God, the more we learn about God, the more time we want to spend with God, the more we want to dig back into the Word and study and learn about God and the more we learn the more we realize the more there is to learn.... and the closer we draw to God the more we realize that we are not as close as we thought we were, and so we want more of Him.....MORE OF HIM.....

Let Us All Praise and Honor God as all the people praised and honored the pope last friday.......

let us place God back on the throne above all else, expecially man kind and this earth..... Let us keep God as our Ruler, not man.

I would look for someone who appeals to the masses.  Someone who appears to promote the good of all.  Someone who is "compassionately" pro "choice".  Someone who preaches the "dignity" of dying when no longer productive.  Someone who sanctions "freedom" to love as we choose (whatever our leanings); who preaches a god of "love" who does not mind our sins.  Someone who teaches that "all paths lead to God", even the wide one.

Someone who does not...........cannot........... say, "Jesus is Lord".

But, if I die tonite, it's the end of my world and I must face my Judge.  Thank God He is also my Lord and Redeemer, my Master and Friend, my Saviour, Jesus Christ.

I think this is a very good post! I have read through the thread and have to admit, I don't claim to understand all of the prophecies in Daniel, Revelation, etc...I read and pray that I would know what the Lord wants me to know from them. What I DO know is that whether Jesus returns pre or post trib... I need to be prepared. I need to follow Him day by day and be the witness, the person He has asked me to be. I have to test everything against scripture, pray about decisions, and be willing to accept the answers He gives me. I need to not follow the crowd (in the case of the anti-christ) and not jump on bandwagons just because those around me jump on them. I have to bring EVERYTHING to Christ and place it all at His feet. Yes, we need to read scriptures and seek understanding in these matters, but we also have to remember that none of us know the day and time of His return so to argue over who is "right" and what "proof" they have is pointless...just be prepared for whatever His will may be.
