Creepy skull shaped asteroid to cruise by Earth next year...again

I'm not sure if this is 100% true but I have heard that a lot of these NASA photos sent back are in fact paintings by artists contracted to Nasa - or something along those lines.

To me, that asteroid looks fake.

My son in law worked on the software and camera systems on many of the programs at NASA.  They are NOT paintings.  Just because you 'heard' something doesn't mean it's true.  And how many asteroids do you know that you can say this one looks fake?

NASA   (JPL) enhance a lot of their photos that are released to news people.....   but if you really are interested, there are NASA/JPL sites where you can also see the raw pictures.    We have caught them air brushing things out of them also just FYI.   Richard Hoagland can furnish many instances of those.

He has explained to me how the pictures are generated and transmitted.  No one has to prove it to YOU.  You're free to believe everyone on Earth is lying to you if you wish.  It doesn't change reality for those who live in it.
