This group cannot be of the regeneration for this simple reason that there exist an impossible for them and that would directly conflict with the descriptive of the regenerated. For that which is born of God carries with The Essence and Person of s/Spirit and nothing is impossible unto them according to Scripture.

The group that is addressed is identified in chapter 5 of Hebrews.

10 Called of God an high priest after the order of Melchisedec.

11 Of whom we have many things to say, and hard to be uttered, seeing ye are dull of hearing.

12 For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.

13 For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe.

14 But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

The problem seems to be lethargy.  Always hanging around but never engaged or growing.

This does not address the point that this particular group has an impossible with it and God says His children all things are possible.... this at the basis of grammar before all else can be argued...

These people at a time were active and contributed to the faith.

What could have happened tjat they got angree and bitter at God, and it is not for the same reasons for everyone and it still happens today and it will continiun to happen.

What tragic things could happen to people who love Jesus and they are happy with him and everything goes well, and they believe that they are protected and loved by God, and nothing tragic can happen to them and their family.

That they feel betrayed and let down by Jesus Christ and they withdraw and distance themselfs and are with a disappointing spirit.

And like Saul who turned for consolation and comfort to strange guidance , they perhaps may not all turned to alcohol or.....

And the pleasures of life to forget their deep pain.

Could be that some who were in the situation of Job they perhaps stoped believing and became atheist or something else, but not all, some just turned indifferent, can you blame them.

Job got things back, and he said praise the Lord.

We are not in their situation and how do you know how we may have reacted in their situation.

Hosea 4:6  My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

They reject the possibility of going on to maturity when they reject knowledge.  The rejection is in the form of laying again the foundations again and again.  It is only possible for them to go on if God permits.  In the condition of lethargy He will not permit.

Heb. 6:3 3 And this will we do, if God permit.

Thank you for compiling the scriptural evidence of the context of Hebrews 6,; I.e. who it is addressed to.

None of you have addressed the grammar in this... but go on by the willfulness of your own thoughts...
Until you have arrived at thus saith The Lord (grammatical foundation of Thus Saith The Lord) you cannot go on for precept must be built upon precept line upon line...
Basic first step in written communication is the grammatical laws applied and none of you have done this. Either you are unable or unwilling? Perhaps just observe these passages:
Matt 17:20
Matt 19:26
Mark 10:27
Luke 1:37
Luke 17:1
Luke 18:27
Heb 6:4
Heb 6:18
Heb 11:6

Can impossible be placed with the children of the regeneration?

Heb 6:4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,
Heb 6:5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,
Heb 6:6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.

Here it is talking about a persons will; Once they have moved in the power of the Holy Spirit then to turn away (not just sin, but an act of the will, to purposefully turn away from the Holy Spirit) They can not be brought to repentance because the Holy Spirit has been grieved to the point that He left. You NEED the Holy Spirit in order to even have the desire to repent. It falls under the same category as when Jesus said, "if you speak againsed the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven, in this life...or the life to come"

you do know that it doesn't make something true just because you will it to be or keep repeating it.... until you understand every Word that forms The Word of God is explicit truth and will be fulfilled as written. Like I have said because God has grouped 'impossible' to the 'those' He is speaking about means they cannot be of God - this is the issue you need to address because you are claiming these with the impossible are of God. I can understand why your not dealing with it cause it would force you to reconsider the error of what you claim.

Actually there are two groups being spoken to, as the OP indicates, by the those who are grouped with impossible.... they are the ones who through heritage and habit are considering returning to the law and no regenerated person would do such! according to John

1 John 2:19

19 They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.
KJV

Not sure what you are trying to say here, but you are right, repeating something does not make it true, the Word of God makes it true. And the scriptures is clear; those that have had the Holy Spirit, and tasted of His power through them; to then turn on the Holy Spirit, in essence grieving Him... it is truly impossible for those to repent. Put that together with the scripture that says "if you confess your sins to God...He will forgive you..." That tells me the truth clear, Once they have grieved the Holy Spirit to that point, one would have no desire to repent, therefor there would be no forgiveness!

I have no issues reconsidering what I believe, (I've done it before) when its proven scripturally. That I don't see in whatever it is you are trying to say.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
