Yes He does, for He has promised to be found by those that search for Him with all their hearts and all their souls. 

Deuteronomy 4:29 (NASB)
"But from there you will seek the LORD your God, and you will find Him if you search for Him with all your heart and all your soul.

So let us purpose in our hearts to find this One who loves us.

Every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.

As a branch, I am told our father prunes me, cuts off the unproductive parts, so (less me)
and less me equals more fruit. More fruit pleases the Father!
