I told Aryeh that God has torn down the temple of God and that our body is the temple of God.

1 Cor 6: 19 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God?

Aryeh replied that Christian religion is already dead and Christmas is invented by fallen religion :

Quote

Your body is not the Temple of God because you do not have the Holy Spirit. If you had the Holy Spirit, then you would see that the Christian religion is already dead and the corpse has decomposed into denominations. Eagles of empires flocked to this corpse. If you had the Holy Spirit, then you would understand the Scriptures. Then you would not celebrate the fake Christmas, invented by the fallen religion, you would celebrate Sukkot with the Jews, because Sukkot is the circumcision of Jesus, who was born in the fall, on the 8th of the month of Tishrei. The Temple is also written in the Bible, but you do not understand the scriptures, you follow the tradition, which is the second beast from the 13th chapter of Revelation. This is false Christianity disguised as Jesus. The Third Temple will gather the elect. But you are not elect, therefore this path is not for you. You are not with Jesus, you are against Him, because the Second Coming of Jesus Christ will take place in the Third Temple, built in accordance with the prophecy of Ezekiel. The true Temple will gather there, the elect will gather there, in which God will live.

Further, he said that the 2nd coming will take place in the third Temple, which is not Biblical at all. Because our Lord Jesus will gather the elects with Him in the clouds.

Mark 13: 26 At that time they will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds with great power and glory. 27And He will send out the angels to gather His elect from the four winds, from the ends of the earth to the ends of heaven.

Thank you Lord Jesus for telling us the truth, any Amen ?

Well, one can hope religion is dead, maybe we can find the faith to worship in spirit and truth.

Even Elijah had worried thoughts about being the only one left who remained faithful to the Lord.....

1 Kings 19:15-18 (NKJV) Then the Lord said to him: "Go, return on your way to the Wilderness of Damascus; and when you arrive, anoint Hazael as king over Syria. 16 Also you shall anoint Jehu the son of Nimshi as king over Israel. And Elisha the son of Shaphat of Abel Meholah you shall anoint as prophet in your place. 17 It shall be that whoever escapes the sword of Hazael, Jehu will kill; and whoever escapes the sword of Jehu, Elisha will kill. 18 Yet I have reserved seven thousand in Israel, all whose knees have not bowed to Baal, and every mouth that has not kissed him."

I never worry about how corrupt things get, even in the churches, that there is not a remnant that will always be.  And I don't really take a lot of stock in stuff that wants to chastise others over dates.

First off, the quote about Yeshua being born on the 8th of Tishri is wrong.   I do agree it is in the fall, but during the 7 days of the feast of Tabernacles that starts on the 15th of Tishri.   The Lord had come to tabernacle among us.

He was conceived around the feast of Hanukah, the festival of lights, as Yeshua is the light of the world.   We know that from Luke's account.   Zachariah, John the Baptists dad, was serving in his priestly division (1 Chronicles 24), the 8th division of Aviyah which would put his period of first service in the year roughly June when he was told by Gabriel about Elishavah bearing JB.   We know that JB's mom, Elishavah, was in her 6th month (period of Hanukah) when Mariam was visited by Gabriel and told she would bear the Messiah.  Miriam then went to stay with Elishavah for 3 months, which would be around Passover and the birth of JB.  To this day, the Jewish people keep a place at the Passover Seder for Elijah.  Yeshua said that JB came in the spirit and power of Elijah.    Fast forward and the birth of Yeshua would be during the feast of Tabernacles, one of the feasts that every able bodied Hebrew was required to come to the vicinity of Jerusalem.   And Bethlehem is just a few miles from Jerusalem.

So the Christmas period is not all that far fetched.  Maybe not the actual day of Yeshua's birth, but very likely the day of His conception.   But to fuss over it is to lay guilt trips on the believers.  Might be more critical for Hebrew believers in Yeshua, but for those of us who are gentiles, I don't worry about the prescriptions of the Mosaic Law, as I am to follow the Noahide Law according to James and the Jerusalem  Council in Acts 15.

My anthropology teacher said that the Jews of Bible times were the only culture that established a person's age from their day of conception.  Don't know if it is true.  They are matrilineal because they wanted to know if the woman who would give birth to the Messiah had the proper credentials that were prophesied.

The church is all born again Christians.  We are not dead.  The Holy Spirit is still working in lives to conform us to the likeness of Christ.  So NO, the church is not dead.  God is not dead.  There are a lot of strange people in this world making strange statements.

Shalom, R. Hartono.

Sure, but after gathering "the elects (chosen ones) with Him in the clouds," where does He go next? See, we are taught to think two-dimensionally with all the charts and whatnot that is designed by Christian leaders. But, the world is FOUR-dimensional: length, width, depth, and time! Furthermore, the earth is a VERY BIG PLACE! And, we have learned through simple observation that the Universe is FAR, FAR, FAR BIGGER than the earth! Thus, it's not just "up and down"; that is, "up to 'Heaven' and down to earth." There are also two other dimensions to consider as well as the fact that the Greek word "ouranos" means the "sky." So, we are gathered into the sky. Where do we go next? Most believe that we continue on to this place called 'Heaven,' but I believe that we are transported to the Middle East, and in particular to the presence of the Messiah as He is cleansing His Land from the Gentile invasions that have threatened His people, the children of Israel, especially the children of Yhudah (the Jews) to which tribe He belongs, and to the family of David, His own near relatives.

As long as Christians continue to teach that God will justify people by His grace, through the blood of Yeshua` His Son, and through faith, the members of the ekkleesia Kurioskon, the "called out" gathering "of-the-Lord," commonly shortened to "church," is NOT dead; it is merely changing in form from the mega-churches and large congregations to the smaller, house churches of the first century.

And according the Nachmanides analysis of Genesis in the 13th century and after us spending billions of dollars on particle colliders and such, we know there are actually 10 dimensions.  And the Lord has to be several dimensions more than that at least.

I think that is the direction things are headed.

This has been the case since early on--the Lord has always kept small faithful groups that served and worshipped apart from the ecclesiastical man made structures. Those that relied on the scriptures as the final authority while understanding the they only held allegiance to the 'Head' of the 'Church'--the Lord Jesus Christ. They lived simple lives and exhibited 'His Likeness'. There have been times when a great deal of almost overwhelming pressure and attempt at extermination was brought to bear--but that 'witness' of Christ in His people could not be destroyed.

Such is still the case today, but the enemy has learned and the tactics are more insidious along with the grossness of the sword and flame.
