Because some of the meat processing plants had to shut down due to their employees getting ill with Covid-19. First it's toilet paper, now beef! But I actually eat mainly chicken. Just finished off a batch, umm, umm chili, ...with beans! Chili beans and corn bread, chili burgers..., might have to make some more now that you mentioned it. We have beef imported from New Zealand and Uruguay, we prefer the New Zealand beef, ...it's 100% Angus and the bizarre thing is it's cheaper for us to buy the the New Zealanders...
