One of the wonderful and actually wondrous benefits of this absolutely awful disease and government lockdown is that God has me sitting instead of doing much  of anything. In my sitting I have had time to keep up with the ongoing worship and fellowship of four very different groups called  by the Holy Spirit to gather and worship . One  a Pentecostal  bible teaching  congregation One  a Messianic Christian Bible teaching body, another a rather formal Pre-trib Calvinistic Bible teaching body of Christ Jesus,  and lastly but not least, a very actively enthusiastic in Christ Jesus Bible teching local body of christ jesus group where the pastor does not ascribe to the rapture, and does love Charles Spurgeon's, and Calvin's teaching  on Christ Jesus and who leads some absolutely  engaging worship  in song amongst the whole congregation, where The Holy Spirit can be felt among the congregation in such power that I am lifted every time we do meet together.

In this time  though I am a poor student I have gained much, so much. I must add that the time has also led me into being about to read much of which George and the ministry here posts for our benefit.

Going through this awful confinement is a rich blessing from God. How odd it feels to put into fuller practice the giving of thanks for all things! Finding it quite natural feeling even giving thanks  in that which seems to be bad; and to find that God indeed uses  that which is meant to harm , instead be used by Him to the good of those called by the Holy Spirit to repent of sin against God and to surrender eer more fully self pride in kneeling to Jesus as Lord God and personal savior. it is  such a super joyous awe to not only behold but to  directly experience. Praise God.

-and now; He is rewarding so many of us by calling  us into  meeting  together in person once again. We do "Run To Him" Yes many  of us are going to run to  Him, seeing the joy in our brothers and sisters all under the guidance of God The Holy Spirit. As the hour to meet gets close I get more excited almost like that moment I was first turned about by the Holy Spirit to seeing Jesus, that first incredible moment that turned me inside out,  a new birth. Awesome awesome awesome, this is so cool!

your "system" of churchianity is dying, and the Lord is killing it.  I for one will be glad to see it go.  What will replace it will have an impact on the world...for good.  It will be capable of bringing in a harvest.... be careful not to make the same mistake the Scribes and Pharisees did....rejecting His ministry for the sake of their traditions and the system they loved more than God.  Full of Nicolaitan spirit, doctrine and structure, which He hates, this current system the world sees as church is being torn down, foundation swept clean so He can build HIS church, according to HIS design, not kingdoms built by men in their own names.

Utter rubbish.  Why, because you want a system that suites you and your thinking of worship.   The traditional system of Church is fine, but men has become lazy and prefer to sit in front of a screen or gather with friends and have their own mindset of worship.   As in every institution, there is corruption and the so called Church that you guys mainly claim as the brick and mortar buildings is no different.  Church has grown to be what it is today as population and demographics change.  The fundamentals of Pastors and Deacons ect, is scriptural and the places of worship has to be orderly with leadership as in scripture.

It is the job of satan to whittle the Church and congregation, but as the Lord said it will prevail.   People want  the house meetings ect, but as it progresses, the same issues that lead to denomination and the likes eventually would take it's course.

A lot of people despise the Church today, cause they want their own attitudes to be had just like they want things in their house to be in a certain way, because it is their house . But the Church must have leadership , both spiritually and corporate.  Men don't like to be told, we know that, so depart then, the Lord is quite capable of sustaining the few who gather .

I do advocate for the abstaining of Church during this disease crisis, but the Church is where the saints belong, to meet, greet and worship their God in unison.

It was prophesied in December 2019 within the next 4 months.... God was going to remove the people from to the church and within next 3 years the whole landscape of church will shift and change.

I dont believe that. I believe God but that's not from the lord

So dont go to church if you hate it. But dont speak for God. There are good churchs regardless of what you say. I think the enemy is trying to use you to discourage others from going to church.

I don't hate the Church at all.  I hate the system men call the church centered on buildings instead of the people who are the Church.  And so does He.

I agree with you completely. People start resenting authority in the church for the most part.

In all honesty Wayne, I don't believe that's what Jostler is attempting to convey here. It's more a personal overall view of the dismal direction a good many of today's churches are heading. Or at least that appears to be the indication. Hopefully, that's the correct assumption. He's not speaking for God, but in behalf of what the Holy Spirit is impressing on him.

This would be much of our churches downfall. We need to avoid the potential for disaster.

We must stand and anchor ourselves into the Rock. He does not change. We need to return to Him again.

P.S. This is not an attempt to place words in between anyone's lips. Hopefully, this wasn't the case. If so, I'll retract my post with apologies.

It is time to gather. Time to open America again. Time to be in the presence of the Holy Spirit in corporate worship while observing the general guidance  for so called social distancing. Church groups that I participate in have been observant  of regulations imposed and kind, but it is time to gather yet again; it can be done in a manner that is consistent with general community health guidelines.

Each local body will work out the details according the the need for the local body. One I participate with will have multiple services Saturday through Sunday's going forward as of this coming weekend.  Lots of planning  lots of consideration  lots of consultaion with local government has gone into  it all.

Praise God, to be in the presence of the Holy Spirit with fellow saints  in person again, wow what a privilege! Thank you Lord.

Good , but the kingdom of heaven is not found in religious buildings, but in the hearts that forgive n share happiness with those in needs, and we can remain in contact with fb, WA, phone twitter n Zoom meeting.

No, you're not putting words in my mouth.  I think you're understanding what I am seeing.  The Lord never intended His Church to take on this "top down" structure where one or two stand in front of His people while the rest stare at the back of each other's heads.   Jesus never built  a single cathedral and neither did any Apostle.....

Putting men in place of the Head, and teaching them to follow a man instead of how to hear and obey the Holy Spirit themselves has paralyzed the church and gutted it's power.  That system is by  definition Nicolaitanism...and He hates it.

We've ignored the divinely established structure of delegated authority, gifts given for the purpose of preparing the SAINTS to do the work of the Church.  Apostles, prophets, teachers, evangelists and pastors.  The saints are kept on milk because they're easier to control.   Seminary degrees determine who can "minister" and who can't instead of the Holy Spirit.  We've elevated Pastor to just about the only leadership recognized....government by vote instead of the will of the Spirit.  The result is a form of Godliness and no power whatsoever.

He will overcome this.  There was a day when 12 men who'd been with Jesus turned the whole known world on it's ear in a generation.  Now we can have 12 churches in one town and the town hardly notices we're there.  And our own assemblies are full of hurting people who often never manage to push through to overcoming.  Bandaids over arterial bleeding but no healing.  When the WAY we assemble comes back into line with HIS design, we will exceed the accomplishments and power displayed through the early church.  And HE will be Head again...

Yes, i am looking forward to the fall of the ivory towers we have built according to our own design and called His church.....then run and hid in them, slamming the doors in the faces of those who need Him most.  Whited sepulchers full of dead men's bones.  Full of wickedness and filth.

We're told the end of this age will see the former rain and the latter rain fall, all in the first month.  Even Jesus said those who believe in Him will do GREATER works than He did....amazing prophecy right there...and this generation will see it.  The fear of the Lord will be re-established in the hearts of His people, and HE will be the Head once more.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
