This isn't personally addressed to you only. It's more along the lines of comments based on these ideas and ideas others have mentioned. If lack of sleep impairs the immune system I probably don't have an immune system since I sleep very little.

I take vitamins and try to eat the best I can along with an occasional donut or similar.

Plenty of coffee and hot peppers are said to help as well. If the pepper is hot enough nothing else will live in your body. Seriously coffee is said to help in small quantities.

It should be said we can over medicate on vitamins. A multi vitamin is better than nothing at all. Either way many of the nutrients we take in end up being peed out. The body only takes in what it needs or thinks it needs and does away with the rest.

I don't see immunity as something that can be built up to eventual invincibility status as some here seem to imply. We have the God given immunity we are born with. We can't boost it but we can harm it. We can reduce what's already there but not increase it. Older people tend to loose the resiliency that the body had when it was younger, this includes immunity. I think genetics plays into some of it but basically we are all born with a defense system that wanes over time and can be reduced through bad health choices. If immunity where perfect  no one would ever get sick of anything.

Since it's my life and the lives of others we are playing with I think it makes sense to cover all of the bases. If a vaccine can help, why not? Once again, I'm not addressing you personally here but the whole thread.

Maybe viruses are natures way of keeping the gene pool strong.

Thank you for sharing your testimony!  I too, have a daughter who is a Nurse Practitioner....she was fine with the 1st shot and nearly died with the 2nd one!

That is why many in the medical field are not getting the vaccine. And unfortunately many are loosing their jobs.

Maybe someone with a medical science background could confirm or deny this theory.

The vaccines were intended to be intramuscular and not transported through the vein, this is why they give it to you in the arm muscle. Problems seem to arise when the vaccine moves around in the body. If given the proper way that would not normally happen. What I'm guessing might have happened here and there is the injection went into a vein accidentally  if that happens parts of it could be taken anywhere in the body causing problems.

Is this a possibility? If so, I'm not sure how they could be certain they didn't hit a vein in the upper arm.

So the few thousand who died in just my county alone in spring 2020 were just a few.

And the few neighbors on my street who died spring 2020 were just a few.

 

Just as many have died from the flu and perhaps more. The flu has totally been ignored.....why?
