Babylon to America video

i just finished watching this film and 2 things popped out.

1. i disagree with his statement that the new world was scarcly populated

2, if the catolic church instituted sunday worship then why as prostestant do we follow it?

This is what you should know about SDA doctrines and teachings.

According to SDA doctrine and teachings, Christ acquired a sinful nature. This is false. Christ had a sinless human nature. Christ took our sin punishment, not our sin nature. They also teach in partial atonement, that Christ's death on the cross was not enough to redeem us. The bible teaches us that when Christ was hanging on the cross, he said “It is finished”. That means the finished work was on the cross, there is nothing more to be paid. His death on the cross, was the final atonement. “It is finished!”

According to them, there is no assurance of salvation, even the the bible says we are guaranteed eternal life. They teach that, having the sins of all men laid on satan, assigns to satan an indispensable role in the blotting out of sins. This nullifies the all-sufficiency of the finished work of Christ.

All of this contradicts scripture and their their teachings are a totally different gospel message than the one the Apostles taught in scripture. Their teachings are very deceptive in nature. The bible they read and teach from has been heavily modified to support Ellen G. White's writings, because they view her writings as authoritative.

For myself it is a matter of the idea of Babylon that arrests my attention and that was why I wrote what I did in this thread. So many times I have been moved to have a heart for the USA and I have even wept in a sense of grief at times whilst praying and seeking the Lords' face and believing that there is an underlying vulnerability in the USA that if it were met would produce a great harvest. I do believe that some how many US citizens are literally like children in an almost unfathomable sense that they are literally walking into an end time tribulation because of other citizens who are unspeakably cynical and carnal and are leading them astray. Yet deep down they know it and at times it suddenly shows its hand - yet gets covered over again almost as quickly as it reveals itself.

I don't know - but it is a burden that comes and goes and has done since 1997. 

I have only been to Ireland in the UK. We had plans to visit Scotland and England but this was pre covid, so I've never made it over there. To travel US citizens need additional documentation now which I have not yet obtained.If I were to visit there now it would be illegal.

America truly is a huge collection of many people and cultures. Suffice it to say briefly, depending on where you go in the US it can be similar to visiting different countries.

I'm sure people see the way America has declined or is declining in different ways. I seen major declines back in the late 60's with rock and roll, free love and the major infiltration of eastern religions attempting to replace Christianity. It was at this time our leaders began making a bunch of bad calls. Even up to the present time where commanders had the target objective in sight and were told to pull away due to the new " rules of engagement ". We had the military might but terrible policies and leaders. This last debacle that happened in Afghanistan really sort of sealed our fate. Couldn't have gone any worse if the enemy had been in charge of our military. I am beginning to believe the enemy IS in power here.

Hi  I just want to be sure that I am understanding the jest of the posting . It sounds as a refereeing to America as being Babylon and is going to be destroyed and that we are to flee America. I have not time to go and view all the video's yet. But am I getting the right point here. Could some one steer me on this.

Now that I've had a bit of free time to check out the title and author of said movie, it isn't  just a little bit of SDA background.  It is a total SDA teaching.  For the those that created said movie, are members of the SDA.   This is their doctrinal view of future events.

Their teachings are considered heresy by mainstream Christianity, be very wary of what you read and hear.  Always take everything you read, see, or hear to the word of God.

Little horn, Big horn, Beasts and Kings and fallen angel princes....    I've personally never been able to make it all go into a homogeneous picture where it all fits together.   I kind of stopped trying back in the 70's when I delved into studying the Occult and ultimately Satan his his crew.   It took God himself to get me out of that quagmire.

There is a couple of people here that seem to have a better grasp on how the Bible fits together than I do myself.   But I have dwelt with the dark side for enough years to see how they have moved among the planet to not necessarily control things as much as guide them.   I think the time for control is near though from the way things are looking.

Well, I finally listened to the rest of it and it's way too much SDA for me to take too serious.   There is too many things to work around to give it a lot of credence.

It was Jesus who said "it is finished".  

When Jesus died on the cross, the debt man owed  is forever dealt with. There is nothing more we can do to secure our salvation.  Man can NOT make the required atonement.  Only Jesus could do that. All the prophecies were fulfilled and finished in the life, ministry, and death of the Lord Jesus. It is done, signed, and sealed because of the blood of Jesus.  His death on the cross was the final sacrifice.  Jesus is the final high priest and the final sacrifice.  No other is needed.

John 19:28-30
28 After this, Jesus, knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the Scripture might be fulfilled, said, “I thirst!” 29 Now a vessel full of sour wine was sitting there; and they filled a sponge with sour wine, put it on hyssop, and put it to His mouth. 30 So when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, “It is finished!” And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit.
