I’ve been talking to her for nearly a week. It’s not just the witchy stuff that’s a problem, but I’m just not seeing this as working. I have a bad feeling about it. And a sad one. I think you already know the answer to that... i can't imagine any "Witchy stuff" that I could be comfortable with. The Bible is very clear that you should only marry someone who also is. A person cannot be a true, dedicated Christian and also be steeped in witchcraft and the like. Be an evangelical Christian and ask her what does she me by 'witchy stuff'? Ask what evidence does she have for her believes?
