The False Teaching of what happens at the Rapture.

I believe people have been taught through preaching, books, videos etc a wrong view of what happens at the Rapture.

This false teaching says that when people are caught away to meet the Lord others will see them rise in the air, and great devastation will happen. Planes will fall out of the sky as Christian pilots are taken away, plus cars and buses, trains etc will all crash because their drivers were believers and were caught away.

People are told that unbelievers will be shocked and horrified as they realise they have been `left behind.`

None of this is a true picture, I believe, of what will really happen at the rapture.

The Truth of what will happen at the Rapture.

God`s word says that we will see that Day, (of the Lord) approaching and thus get together more.

`...exhorting, (encouraging and warning) one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.` (Heb. 10: 25)

I believe the Holy Spirit will be stirring our spirits expectantly so that we know the time is very close.

`To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear...` (Heb. 9: 28)

In the world people will think WW 3 is happening. The Russian Federation plus Iran, Ethiopia and Libya, (Ez. 38: 1 - 5) will be brought down by God to the mountains of Israel for judgment. The amassing of those troops will be very plain to see. Even now there is movement in those nations. People of the world will be looking at their phones, TV, etc in great fear of a nuclear World War.

The Lockdowns due to a supposed pandemic will keep people separate from others. Most will only be concerned with getting supplies, (which may be limited) and returning home.

Then when those who are eagerly waiting and looking for the Lord are taken, their bodies will be changed and there will be nothing left to indicate where they are. If some people do notice that so and so is not around there are many reasons for that - gone into a covid quarantine camp, visiting relatives, gone on holiday, etc etc.

Have you ever thought about this?

Need to look at what Christ says and understand what scripture tells us, there is no 'secret rapture', as every eye will see Him as the second coming will be a worldwide spectacle that will be seen all over the world. We read...

Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. Revelation 1:7
Jesus said to his disciples, "then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory." Mathew 24:30
"For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes to the west, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be."Mathew 24: 27
"And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other." Mathew 24: 31

And scripture further says, "For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first."1 Thessalonians 4:16
Graves are opened, and "many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt." Daniel 12:2.

It wont be a few taken here and there in secret, it is a worldwide event........

You are right that God is certainly `not going to kick anyone` anywhere. However, God`s kingdom - the third heaven, the universe and the earth is a very large place and God has designed that different ones will rule in different parts all under Christ.

Remember that the city, the New Jerusalem, made in the third heaven, COMES DOWN with those designated for there, to near the earth and is like the sun to those on the earth.

Those with the Palm branches are before God`s throne, as spirits however when they get their new bodies, (NHNE) then they will be ON the earth. (Rev. 21: 24) as the nations and walk in the light of God`s Tabernacle, (God with them by His Spirit). And that is the fulfillment of the Feast of Tabernacles - Palm branches symbolising that.

Shalom, Marilyn, and Happy (Gentile) New Year! (Although, the year is still 5782 on the Jewish calendar!)

One should really think about what one is saying.

First, the "third heaven" or the "third sky" is as PETER described it in 2 Peter 3:3-13:

2 Peter 3:3-7, 13 (KJV)

3 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, 4 And saying,

"Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation!"

5 For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God ...

(1) the heavens (Greek: ouranoiskies) were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water: 6 Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water (the Flood), perished: 7 But ...
(2) the heavens (Greek: ouranoiskies) and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire (the Fire) against (Greek: eis = "into") the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men (the Great White Throne Judgment and the Lake of Fire).

...

13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for
(3) new heavens (Greek: kainous ouranousnew skies) and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

The "third heaven" or the "third sky" is a FUTURE sky around the New Earth!

Space is not called the "second heaven" in Scripture; space is referred to by the Greek word "epouranios" meaning "from-above-the-sky."

It's not heavens 1-2-3 spatially; its heavens or skies 1-2-3 chronologically! "Skies" throughout time! The skies before the Flood, the skies after the Flood and before the Fire, and the skies after the Fire.

------

Second, you said, "Those with the Palm branches are before God`s throne, as spirits however when they get their new bodies, (NHNE) then they will be ON the earth." How does a wind ("spirit") hold a palm branch?! Furthermore, where did the palm branches come from?

It would be better to understand that they are already ON the earth, picking branches off of palm trees WITH THEIR HANDS, and STANDING before God's throne here on the earth.

The New Jerusalem, Yerushalayim haChadashah, is NOT being made in the "third heaven" or the "third sky" of the future! The New Jerusalem is said to be "Ieerousaleem epouranioo" or "Jerusalem above the (current) sky!" (Hebrews 12:22) Yeshua` even said, "I go to prepare a place for you!" And, Yochanan ("John") said,

Revelation 21:2-4 (KJV)

2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven (Greek: ek tou ouranou = "out of-the sky"), prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven (Greek: ek tou thronou = "out of-the throne") saying,

"Behold, the tabernacle of God (Greek: hee skeenee tou Theou = "the tent of-the God") is with men, and he will dwell (Greek: skeenoosei = "He-will-tent") with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. 4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away."

-----

So, when one reads in Revelation 7,

Revelation 7:4-17 (KJV)

4 And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand (144,000) of all the tribes of the children of Israel.

5 Of the tribe of Juda were sealed twelve thousand (12,000).
Of the tribe of Reuben were sealed twelve thousand (12,000).
Of the tribe of Gad were sealed twelve thousand (12,000).
6 Of the tribe of Aser were sealed twelve thousand (12,000).
Of the tribe of Nepthalim were sealed twelve thousand (12,000).
Of the tribe of Manasses were sealed twelve thousand (12,000).
7 Of the tribe of Simeon were sealed twelve thousand (12,000).
Of the tribe of Levi were sealed twelve thousand (12,000).
Of the tribe of Issachar weresealed twelve thousand (12,000).
8 Of the tribe of Zabulon were sealed twelve thousand (12,000).
Of the tribe of Joseph (Ephraim) were sealed twelve thousand (12,000).
Of the tribe of Benjamin were sealed twelve thousand (12,000).

9 After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; 10 And cried with a loud voice, saying,

"SALVATION TO OUR GOD WHICH SITTETH UPON THE THRONE, AND UNTO THE LAMB!"

11 And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God, 12 Saying,

"Amen (Truth!): Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen (Truth!)."

13 And one of the elders answered, saying unto me,

"What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they? (Where did they come from?)"

14 And I said unto him,

"Sir, thou knowest."

And he said to me,

"These are they which came OUT of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. 15 Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell (Greek: skeenoosei = "He-shall-tent," same word as in Rev. 21:3) among them. 16 They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. 17 For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters (Rev. 22:1-2): and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes. (Rev. 21:4)"

These are ALL words looking forward to Revelation 21 and 22!

2 Peter 3:10

Acts 1:10-11

Good scriptures to do with the Lord coming to deliver Israel and bring vengeance on the rebellious. Nothing concerning the Body of Christ.

It is well understood by Bible scholars as the second coming is when the people of earth will get the chance to acknowledge Christ in this manner.. Here is a good explanation..."

Where Does the Bible Say “Every Knee Shall Bow”?

The Book of Isaiah

The original context of “every knee shall bow” comes from Isaiah 45:23. In this passage, the Lord God vows that every person will bow before him. No gender, religion, race, or status will matter. All will be equally on our faces before God.

Jehovah says, “By myself I have sworn; from my mouth has gone out in righteousness a word that shall not return: ‘To me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear allegiance.’”

Paul’s Letter to the Philippians

The phrase also appears when the apostle Paul wrote to the Philippians concerning Christ’s obedience to the Father. His life on earth and his death were the ultimate example for believers to follow in service to one another. As the exemplar in humility, Jesus gave up his rightful seat in heaven and came to earth in human form to suffer death for the sake of man’s sin. Not only did he endure death, but he died a slave and criminal’s death. As a result, the Father raised Jesus in victory over death and gave Him the name above every name.

In the Philippians passage, compared to Isaiah, Paul replaces the Father with the name of Jesus in the seat of exaltation. Therefore, at the return of Christ, all will recognize his authority as Lord."..https://www.ibelieve.com/faith/reasons-why-we-look-forward-to-when-every-knee-shall-bow.html

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
