Beth-togarmah (house of Togarmah) is located in Asia Minor. Ezekiel writes:...... "Son of man, set your face toward Gog of the land of Magog" Gog is a person and Magog is in Asia Minor. He continues...."the prince of Rosh"..... Rosh is not a country. It means "Head or chief" Continuing...." the prince (head) of Meshech and Tubal"....... Meshech and Tubal are in Asia Minor. So what is Ezekiel prophesying? Gog ( a leader from the land of Magog, [Asia Minor] ) is going to lead an attack with the troops from Asia Minor, (Meshech, Tubul, Gomer, Togarmah ), together with the troops from North Africa ( Ethiopia and Put ) and troops from Persia ( Iran) against Israel, Jerusalem is their target. Mount Zion is in the far north of the city part of Jerusalem. `Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised in the CITY of our God in His holy MOUNTAIN. Beautiful for elevation, the joy of the whole earth is MOUNT ZION on the SIDES OF THE NORTH, the city of the great king.` (Ps. 48: 1 & 2) Heb. `tsaphon,` in Ps. 48 refers to in Israel.
