In early January 2020 i was laying in bed at night and it was raining hard, then the lightnings stroke and the room was brightened and i saw a man was standing there but a big chain then thrown at him and he was chained tight and he could not move and fell.

I did not sleep yet and it was kinda scary. God did not tell anything.

And as days gone by, then our nation is severely locked down in early April due to this pandemic, only grocery stores, drug stores and hospitals are allowed, cities turned death, churches closed.

Then i remember that vision and tried to understand what it actually meant and what will happen next.

And then in April 2020 in the middle of severe locked down i dreamed of an ugly old woman dressed in black and she was heavily pregnant, she could contract the birth pang any time. And i believe this ugly old woman speaks about this unGodly world who is not aware of the coming birth pang. I have shared this vision and dream at the local forum and a pastor also said the birth pang is coming. Matthew 24 speaks about the BEGINNING of birth pang which has yet to happen now. It has been almost two years now since the dream and God is still merciful.

Did God warn your church before this pandemic ?

I believe that early on there were both believers and non believers who seen the whole COVID scheme as a move to control. I can attest to this because of a secular music forum I frequent where at least one non believer voiced this opinion.

This is obvious to many people. Since unbelievers have no point of reference they can only see what's happening which is enough to draw the right conclusions for any thinking person. Those behind it who were helping to plan it know all too well.

I don't mean to minimize that we lost and are loosing many people to COVID or get into a dispute over the vaccine itself which I believe was at least partially effective. It had to be in order to pull this off.

God uses all sorts of ways to warn people about things. I feel confident in saying there were probably people such as yourself who had these kinds of premonitions, but many of them don't tell others what they experienced. You can find a whole slew of these kinds of things on YouTube. Some of them likely just trying to get play counts and some of them legit.

Probably the main threat against churches in general was in governments trying to take away their ability to meet. Of the churches I am aware of, a few met in a casual way. Then some caught COVID and the pastor closed church. None of the churches I am familiar with closed for very long and soon re opened.

My church is open 100% again. Other churches are still in deep hybernation and maybe they will never return to their prior state. To me it seemed that the more the church members liked zoom meetings over real assembly, the less likely they were to return to normal.....and I have to say this.....the more liberal or apostate churches were the most likely to stay closed while the more right leaning churches tended to meet again asap. This has been my experience.

There may come a time where the church becomes a lot less formal and much smaller. More like home groups meeting. In many ways this can be a good thing because it takes us all back to our roots.

Yes through the gift of prophecy which is spoken in a time set aside for the voice gifts of the Holy Spirit in accordance with 1Corinthians 14.

God said that a time was coming soon when we would not be able to worship together openly as we were used to doing - and that we needed to be motivated to keep the faith and to care and support one another through this time of affliction.

Personally I thought that the un-Godly were finally coming to get us homophobes for our hate speech, but it turned out to be a weaponised coronavirus that would force us all to worship from home and to use live streaming to conduct communion and virtual church meetings.

And God was right as usual - while most have returned to our real meetings and fellowship again, not all have come back.

30 years ago, I experienced a dream. In this dream, a mysterious illness was claiming everyone around me --- people I didn't know in waking life.

As this illness progressed the stricken were confined to beds. I cared for as many as I possibly could, staying with them, keeping them company, and looking after their needs so they wouldn't be alone. The illness eventually claimed them.

I was immune.

It is important to clarify that God's wrath comes with mercy (Hab. 3:2; 1 Chron. 21:13).  We can discern his mercy in the  pattern of smaller catastrophes preceding greater ones, granting opportunity for repentance sooner rather than paying larger consequences later. (Christianity Today)  I quoted this because it has Biblical references to it.  Plus, I believe our God is merciful and not hateful in His judgement.

God always tells His people what is going to occur before it does. He told Abraham long before Israel was in bondage in Egypt. Shalom

Genesis 15:[12] And when the sun was going down, a deep sleep fell upon Abram; and, lo, an horror of great darkness fell upon him.
[13] And he said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years;
[14] And also that nation, whom they shall serve, will I judge: and afterward shall they come out with great substance.

God always speaks to His people concerning major things to come, and/or things currently happening that is hidden somehow. The question at hand is: Are the members of His Church listening, and are they at a place in their relationship with Jesus that they can hear? Then additionally, when they do hear from God via whatever mode they hear by (dreams, visions, prophetic utterance, preached Word etc.) do they seek understanding about what they have heard so that they can take appropriate actions (prayer, preparations) ?

My church as a whole 'knew' that something(s) was about to take place in 2019. We were confident that spiritual warfare was about to break out as never before. We were stressing 'cleaning our houses' by putting an end to individual secret sins that we do that nobody knows about, we put our church finances in order, and accountability weaknesses resolved. We bought technology so that we could communicate and stream online and implemented in a limited way. We increased our evangelism in the community, and our families. We renewed our love of the scriptures, and preached the Word 'in season and out'. We increased our brotherly love for each other, and became more involved in each others lives helping each other. We just believed that we were supposed to do all this out of obedience to the Word and the Holy Spirit, and that was very true, but, unknown to us, it actually prepared us to take appropriate actions when the 'pandemic' actually hit the USA. We streamed online services, kept connected via online meetings and texting. We were able to distribute offering funds to members of our church who were totally unprepared, and needed food, assistance, prayers, and other things.

So, we were unknowingly prepared for the pandemic and government over-reach, and basically just shifted gears to what society was dealing us as God's people. We were all thinking at the time that what we were doing was a lot of work and effort (which is was and still is), but, looking backwards we see it as provision for us as a church body.

Today: We are back in our local church, assembling with occasional self isolating when symptoms appear, and then coming back together after the appropriate number of days are done. Our church body is for the most part (with some exceptions of course) strong and whole both spiritually and physically. We can only attribute it to God's goodness, faithfulness and mercy to us.

To answer your question; No, we did not have an specific 'word' about Covid and government overreach. We only had basic directions given in scriptures with an accompanying unction to get our houses in order, both individually and as a church.

So, what is the Spirit dealing with my local church about now???  It is 'Endurance'.

Grace and Peace to all here who love Jesus our King . . .

Ray . . .

Then this pandemic will look like a picnic compared with the coming birth pang.

No He didnt i actually caught Covid and stayed away from church for 14 days. The pastor asked why i havent been to church in so long i told him why, and sarcastically he said praise the lord. I said yeah but was offended. At the end of the day, we need to examine spiritual focus and maintain our spiritual growth.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
