Plenty of time to work out a means of shifting it's orbit, if necessary. While it will take a lot of force, when it's out at its apogee/aphelion it's significantly less. Don't need it to move much to get a miss.

It’s talking about Wormwood in Revelation 8:10, I believe this might happen during the first 31/2 years..

Rev 20:9, as the fire from heaven.

It is a direct hit on Jerusalem, Rev 16:17-21.

These 3 passages are all describing the same event, which the things happening now in the Middle East are leading up to, the battle of Armageddon, which Israel will lose and the surrounding of Jerusalem.

The resur/rapt happens just before the asteroid strike, so Christians will not be here.

the statue represents governments and not all people.   It destroys the global government, not all life.

Look at the event that follows the stone striking the statue, the wheat and chaff judgment.

Since this is showing wheat and chaff as good and evil, this can only be the resurrection of good and evil souls at the last judgment. John 5:28-29, Rev 20:11-15.

The last event shown to take place on planet earth is the fire from heaven in Rev 2o:9, which is the stone in Dan 2.

Notice how both passages show parallel events such as in Rev 20:11, heaven and earth fly away and there was no place found for them. In Dan. 2:35, the chaff is carried away and there is no place found for them.

Both of these show this material planet and universe flying away completely and never returning.

Since the last judgment happens after the Dan. 2 stone and the Rev 20 fire, it shows that all human life on this planet is ended and the kingdom is completed and ready to be delivered up to the Father.

The stone of Dan. 2 is actually a stone. A stone that was formed by God long ago. A huge stone that has been on a collision course with this planet since its formation, guided by God. Timed by God to strike at the precise moment that He intended, in the exact spot He intended. At a time not long from now.

He tells us exactly when and what the circumstances are. They center on Israel and Jerusalem.

The "global government" is in reality Rome, the iron, which ruled over all the earth of Israel, that is, where ever the children of Israel were.
