Actually the little horn defeated the other horns AFTER he invaded the pleasant land. He controls the seven hilled city today. 

He has about 300 nuclear warheads, so he is a pretty tough little horn to be so small. I expect when someone tries to remove him from his seat then it will definately be the time of the end. 

Besides his nukes, he as has a friend in the north who will soon give him a host as it is written. Then it will even be less likely that anyone can move him without it being the end.

You see, the King of the North and King of the South is ONLY in reference unto the Syria Wars between the four Greek Generals Kingdoms.

So, we have been shown these Great Battles via the KOTN vs. the KOTS then this end time ruler, the KOTN, conquers the KOTS, and that's what we see in Dan. 11:40-43, the E.U. Anti-Christ, born in Greece, conquers the whole region including Egypt. 

Dan. 8:9 makes no mistake, he has to conquer TOWARDS, the East, South and Israel, thus he can only come out of Greece which is in the Northwest of this SIMPLE Four Way Directional box God gave us via these four Generals Kingdoms.

Dan. 8:9 And out of one of them came forth a little horn, which waxed exceeding great, toward the south, and toward the east, and toward the pleasant land.

No, the Little Horn will be an E.U. President who must be born in Greece. Just the fact that you call it a city with 7 Hills, when we know it represents 7 Kingdoms, 5 who have fallen, one who IS or was when John wrote about it in 90ish AD (Rome) and one who is YET TO COME (The Anti-Christ Greek born Beast who coms to power in the E.U.)

Study the bible more, Mountains are likened to Kingdoms throughout the bible, that is because cities were best fortified when built on the highlands, or mountains. Odd you do not understand this tbh.

10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.

Means these are DIFFERENT KINGDOMS, a king falling means the kingdom ends. The 7 Heads is known entity. Egypt, Assyria, Babylon, Persia and Greece were the 5 that had fallen...Rome was, and the Anti-Christ/Beast to come is the 7th Head.

I understand Jerusalem is built on seven hills as it is a known fact.

I understand the beast from the abiss hates apostate Israel and attacks it's capital Jerusalem killing apostate Israel,raping the women and leading others into captivity.

It's recorded in several books in the bible besides revelation.

 

Perhaps you should study more so you would understand these facts.

 

The seven kingdoms are not seven hills on which sits Jerusalem.They are the seven kingdoms which have ruled over the people of Israel.The beast from the abiss that shall burn apostate Israel is one of those kingdoms.

Scripture shows it to be the Medes(Iran)who attacks Israel and takes Jerusalem.Persia was one of the seven.

Jeremiah 51:11

Sharpen the arrows, take up the shields! The LORD has stirred up the kings of the Medes, because his purpose is to destroy Babylon. The LORD will take vengeance, vengeance for his temple.
