Chapter six is in three parts. The first four seals show the persecutors of the church, the fifth seal, the persecuted crying for their vindication and the sixth seals shows their vindication. There are two earthquakes associated with the martyr's vindication. The first is before the tribulation, after the calling up of the two witnesses/candlesticks in chapter 11. They are churches, or representatives of churches, the Philadelphians who are promised to be kept from the hour. The actual tribulation is seen at the end of fourteen. Everything prior to that is the warning period of the trumpets which correlates to the "Beginning of sorrows" in Matthew 24. After the tribulation Jesus sends the angels to gather up the remaining Christians who have been previously left behind and others who have come to the Lord during the tribulation. This correlates to Matthew 24:29-31. This is the first resurrection when the dead in Christ rise Paul is referring to in Thessalonians. Then just prior to the Lord's return, the plagues that have been released during the warning period of the trumpets have come to their fullness in chapter 16. In chapter eight they affect 1/3rd of the earth, by 16 it's 100%. The sea will be as the blood of a dead man, meaning no oxygen, fish dead. This is when Babylon is destroyed and God's wrath is poured on the beasts empire. This is the day of the Lord that directly precedes Jesus' second coming. That's how the Holy Spirit taught it to me. I had not been preprogrammed into anyone's theology prior.

If your talking about the 7th trumpet I agree, it speaks of Christs return, but that is how I see the 6th seal as well. The 6th seal speaks of his return as well

They want mountains and rocks to fall on them to hide them from the face of the Lord, his presence

You are on the right track in your thinking, but instead of them all being the SAME TIME, think of the Seals are Jesus opening a closet with 7 locks on it foretelling what is inside the closet. The Judgments can not be announced before it can be read.

Yes, the 6th Seal foretells of the coming Trump Judgments, which bring God's Wrath, but they are not Judgments. They are Prophetic Utterances just like Joel 2:31, they just happen mere days before the Trumpet Judgments start.

Seals 1-5 are all prophetic utterances by Jesus about the soon to come the Anti-Christ, who 1.) Conquers for 42 months 2.) Brings Wars for 42 months 3.) which brings earth Famine for 42 months 4.) and his Tyrannical Rule will bring 42 months of Death, Sickness and the Grave (Hades). 5.) This mans rule will bring martyrs unto those who come to Christ during the 70th week.

They indeed run parallel, when Rev. 8 hits (DOTL) only then is the Anti-Christ allowed to go forth conquering. So, the Seals are Prophetic in nature.

And who is correct on the ONE HOUR? it means 42 months, and you can't see that.

Can you expand on that, how one hour is 42 months, and suggest some scripture to study about it?  Also, in all mentions of one hour (i.e. the destruction of Babylon in one hour) does it also mean 42 months

From Clarke's commentary on Joel 2:31:

"Before the great and the terrible day of the Lord come - In the taking and sacking of Jerusalem, and burning of the temple, by the Romans, under Titus, the son of Vespasian. This was, perhaps, the greatest and most terrible day of God’s vengeance ever shown to the world, or that ever will be shown, till the great day of the general judgment. For a full view of this subject, I wish to refer the reader to the notes on Matthew 24."

I'll bet those in Sodom and Gomorrah would beg to differ.

WHAT??  And exactly what is it you see taking place in the 7th?  You know, when the trumps are GIVEN.

1And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;

13And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.

14And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

15And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;

16And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:

17For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

EXACTLY WHAT JUDGMENTS DO YOU FIND HERE?

All I see is the HEAVENS opening, woe to the earth, Satan cast out of heaven BLOOD in the moon

UNTIMELY FIGS CAST OUT

SHAKEN OUT

THOSE 'days of war in heaven' COME TO AN END aka heaven rolled away like a scroll

MOUNTAINS/ POWERS SHIFTING FROM one to another, a NEW KINGDOM come and

by the END OF the time of that kingdom the 2 witnesses are killed

AND HEAVEN opens up.   AND THE LIGHT SHINES UPON THE DARKNESS, and men see TRUTH.  And THAT is what causes them to look for places to hide.

JUDGMENTS?   Truly, my understanding is just to simple and straight forward.

I don't see anything in anything above that speaks to the coming TRUMP JUDGMENTS.  I don't see the word TRUMP at all.

WE definitely don't see anything the same.

Yes sir, in Rev. 18:8-10 we are told Babylon will be judged in ONE DAY and in ONE HOUR. The Book of Revelation is a giant code book.

Rev. 17:12 And the ten horns(E.U.) which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast (We know the Beast rules for 42 months right? So, ONE HOUR in Rev. 18:10 means 42 months).

13 These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast(This means the Last Beast is ELECTED by the European Union Parliament).

HOW is that possible?  They only have 1260 days.

And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.

Their ministry ends WITH HEAVEN BEING OPENED UP to those on the earth.

The very beginning of the UNSEEN KINGDOM OF GOD BEING SEEN.

And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.

THEN WHAT HAPPENS?

13And the same hour was there a great earthquake***,

and the tenth part of the city fell,

and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand:

and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven.

14The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly.

15And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

The 2nd to the LAST WOE  (6th trump) and the witnesses DRESSED IN SACKCLOTH are killed by 'the beast'

The 2nd to the LAST SEAL (6th seal) sun dressed in sackcloth, HEAVEN OPENS UP

And the number of the beast is 66?

*** 17And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done.

18And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great.

19And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.

20And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.

21And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great.

WHEN does Gods wrath come?

Remember the 6th seal?  14And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together;
and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

BUT WHEN CHRIST COMES

20And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.

Satan MOVES the mountains/takes over the mountains/powers when he comes to deceive the world with the kings who don't have a kingdom as of yet but will for an hour with the beast

THE MOUNTAINS are found no more because WHEN CHRIST RETURNS the kingdoms of the earth become HIS.

How about just using GODS WORDS.

Put all those verses in the order that tells the story you want to tell.  That will help work out all the conflicts.

I would do it, but since I don't understand the thought process, I wouldn't be able to correct anything and we would have to go back and forth with what I got wrong, so if you just do that from the get go, we could save alot of time

I would really love to see that, if you have the time.  Thank God for copy paste, right?

Ok folks, why don't we take a breather and settle down. I get that this is an emotional topic for y'all, but please recall the Terms of Service. Let's not let this get out of hand.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
