Jesus is caught up to God and his throne in Revelation 12:5.

The wonder John sees portrayed in the third heaven is of historic events (verses 1-5) and end times events in (verses 6-12)

In Revelation 12:10 Satan and his angels have been cast down to earth from the second heaven, an end times event to take just after the seventh angel in Revelation 11 sounds.

The third woe to the inhabiters of the earth is in Revelation 12:12 Satan having great wrath knowing he has but a short time - the time/times/half time.

No, the 1260 days is the first half of the seven years, before the seventh angel sounds his trumpet.    Israel never makes a pact with the beast.

In Daniel 9:27, the Antichrist person, perceived by the Jews initially as their messiah, confirms the Mt. Sinai covenant for 7 years.    The for 7 years is in Deuteronomy 31:9-13, as a requirement of Moses, to have the law of Moses read to the nation of Israel on a 7 year cycle.

Satan and his angels will be cast down to earth, just after the first 1260 days of the 7 years, to fulfill the mystery of God (Revelation 10:7 in the days of the seventh angel) to destroy Satan and his angels' kingdom of Mystery Babylon the Great - that has wreaked havoc and caused all of ills in creation - both in heaven and upon the earth.

Babylon is fallen, is fallen, in Revelation 18, in one hour, and described in the analogy of a great trading city built on evil comes to a sudden end.

Revelation 18:24 And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.

There is only one fit to that verse.   Satan and his angels' mystical kingdom is Mystery Babylon the Great.

Okay. Thanks for the reply. In your previous posting you admitted that Revelation 12 is a continuation of Chapter 11. How then is 12:1-6 historical?

And if you insert Israel for the Woman and Christ for the Man-Child, what then is the prophecy?

Let us start with just three facts.

1. Israel is seen in heaven. Since she must be pregnant with Jesus, when, and what, does this prophecy show and when was it accomplished?

2- Where is it a fact of accomplished prophecy that Israel fled to a wilderness for 1260 days after the birth of Jesus?

3. If the Dragon planned to devour Jesus at birth, why did he not do it, seeing that Jesus was unprotected in a manger?

The idea is not to tangle prophecy, but to set forth the message and aim of this prophecy.

12:1-5, not 12:1-6,is historical.    It about Satan's attempt to have Jesus killed through Herod, as soon as he was born.

The wonder, the vision, is what appears in the third heaven, as everyone there saw it along with John.     Israel is not directly in heaven.

Verses 1-5 are about about Satan's attempt to have Jesus killed through Herod, as soon as he was born.

That is an end times event, not yet fulfilled,  and Israel will be in a metaphorical wilderness, a state of being, of the Jews having embraced the Antichrist, thinking he is their messiah.

During the 1260 days, the two witnesses will be feeding her the word of God.

Because the three wise men were told not to go back to Herod to say where they saw Jesus, the new born King of the Jews.

Matthew 2:12 And being warned of God in a dream that they should not return to Herod, they departed into their own country another way.

Chapter 12 ... When it says that Satan (the Dragon) had but a short while, it means 3½ years. 1260 days is the time-frame from the Dragon cast out of heaven till the end when the Dragon is bound in an Abyss.

Pure speculation on your part. Rev. 12 says nothing of the kind, nor infers it.

Actually, the time will most likely be a 40-year generation.

Summary of Part 1:

"After this final earthquake and the battle foretold in Zechariah 14 is over, Egypt will be one of the nations required to “go up from year to year [to Jerusalem]…to keep the Feast of Tabernacles.” Zech. 14:16, 18 SO THE 40-YEAR EXILE OF EGYPT EFFECTIVELY DATES THE PERIOD OF THE END TIMES FROM THE 6TH SEAL THROUGH THE 7TH BOWL.

More scriptural evidence of these things will be provided in Part 2."

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
