That's such a drop in the bucket compared to elsewhere though in the hundreds of thousands and millions.

I would have never considered that there would be a time when adult conversation between opinions on some vaccine needed to be hushed (on either side of the debate)

I did not say this topic be hushed, but try to let it be remembered, Flame, while in the heat of intense dialog going on, that there are people not in this discussion viewing, listening. Some may be seeking answers to their life's problems and tried this "adult" forum hoping to get some answers from the 'Christ like' Christians.

Everybody here talks about how we need to be a witness to the lost, and will argue the point sometimes with blood..........   (I'm not excluded)

I enjoy good discussion, even intense sometimes till it turns emotional and thought a reminder of our witness to the seekers was needed on this one.

I have 12 dead friends that would fall right into that catagory.

Many more than that are being reported as permanently injured and/or have suffered death from it. And they too were someone's family and friends.

Its still a choice. If i had 50 friends and half/25 of them took the vaccine and the other half/ 25 did not, and 15 died that refused the vaccine while the rest (10)  were fine, whereas only 13 died who actually opted to take the vaccine while 2 were perfectly fine and the rest of them lived who willingly risked permanent injuries to themselves, (and actually were permanently injured) that's fine, it is their choice. discussion should not be artificially suppressed.

You just find other places to have the discussion.

And by the way Sower I did not mean to imply that the topic should be hushed or that you even advocate for that, you spoke to doing your own thing, and it is your choice to delete your response according to your own conscience not add anything further to the discussion itself. And I wouldn't fault you for that, but what I was meant to convey was that never was there a time in my life that I can recall that such pressure existed with hushing oneself or hushing others. I wouldn't blame you for feeling that way, I was only pointing out the pressure to be that way.

I don't appreciate someone else's own convictions playing Lord over me (and I am not speaking about you). And that also springs out of this virtue signaling mentality that what they believe for themselves should be forced on everyone else. And that (to me) is just a primer of evil things (under the guise of good) which are to come.

So we have two Christians, and two possible choices, one fears death and runs into the arms of big pharma to save themselves from possible death (and cares about any side effects).  The other Christian thinks, well, you know, I trust God, my God gave me an immune system and I am not comfortable having something  (out of fear of the possibility of death) stuck into my circulatory system (where there could be side effects I might need to live with and with which I am unwilling). And so will risk it because this person does not believe big pharma is all that, nor do they fear death, and they prefer an unadulterated immune system and will risk it for an even stronger one (while the other needs constant boosters as their immune system weakens). Its just a choice.

But its that one who moved from fear, who is actually afraid of death, who does not want to take a risk it with their God given immunity (who cares less about side effects, and rarely asks) that has often been the one  seeking to censor those who do not put their faith in big pharma for everything, and take their  life as it comes trusting God "come what may" (death or life) we are his so... "buzz off" in other words is what I think, but that's my opinion for my life and does not infringe on others lives but allows others to do what they want with theirs.

Your scenario isn't anything even approaching my experience, so I can't go there, however, I do agree that we can find other people to discuss it with, be that here elsewhere.

What does the imaginary scenario have to do with anything though? I included "more" deaths into my above scenario so it could be used against me (not for me) for the sake of any argument.  Because  you did say that you know twelve people who have died because they apparently trusted their God given immunities and failed to place their trust in big pharma.

Unless you are specifically talking about the suppressing of information and censorship found in some online places who want others to hold to their positive convictions on big pharma over their own God given natural immunity.

You know, people who desire to censor/suppress other information (such as anything negative on vaccines, side affects/ even studies /statistics/and/or facts on death's ... things like that, lets say.

You meant that this is not something you are familiar with?

People are discussing and exposing where that info is suppressed on various social media sites because they screen shot the obvious and expose it. That goes on all the time, that is very common.

What? Did I totally miss which scenario was not your own experience?

If I did, just explain.

I've had one flu shot and one covid shot in my life. I don't plan on getting either again.

You made a statement, and I told you I had 12 friends that fall right into that, assuming everyone would understand that their immune systems were insufficient.  I am not sure where you are headed from there, however I am not up for the trip.   That falls in to a Pffft.

EDIT:

Other one, I know you read my response already so I removed the personal details of sicknesses and deaths in my sphere as I mentioned in my response. I don't like to give out too much personal information online concerning my family.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
