I'm odd person out in most circles and I may get blasted here; but, I will not vote for Trump or Harris.  Kwik is right in that elections are self-promoting exercises in this day and time.  It's just now that issues and platforms are being minorly addressed while still majorly self-promoting.  The one candidate who has consistently focussed on the good of the people and country, and not self, is Kennedy.  He has analyzed dilemmas we are in and offered viable solutions to fix them.  Like VA writing in and voting for Haley, I will vote RFK Jr even if I have to write his name in on the ballot.

Are you aware that Kennedy is for babies being killed AFTER they are born?  I heard him say it.  Not just aborting in the womb, but killing after-birth.  When asked what he thought, he just shrugged and said, "That's between a woman and her doctor."  "A woman and her doctor" - that's the buzzword for pro-abortion people to get the monkey off of their back.

Nicole Shanahan [Kennedy's VP running mate] has declared yesterday in the New York Post that they are considering dropping out and supporting Trump.  Kennedy, himself, didn't say that, but Shanahan did.

I saw in another thread where you said that "elections are always divisive".

I'm 63 years old and I've never seen a division like this before.  And it's spiritual as well as political.  I believe this is evidence that the Lord may return sooner than we think.

Either Trump or Harris is going into the White House in January.  That's it.  One of those two.

Like you, I was planning on writing in another name.  Condeleeza Rice.  She was Bush '43's Secretary of State and National Security Advisor.  She was and is brilliant.  Speaks multiple languages.  Traveled all around the world when Bush '43 was office dealing with leaders of foreign countries and they respected her greatly.  Taking her and comparing her to Trump and Harris.  It's laughable.

However.....

Since Harris announced her running mate, Walz, and having watched what's going on at the DNC this week, I cannot allow the two of them to go into office.  And it's a spiritual thing.  They say that the devil is in the details.  Well, the devil is at the DNC this week.  If you've watched, you know.

It's a warning to Christians for me.

I'm going to vote for Trump.  Not because I like or respect him, because I don't.  He.makes.me.sick. And I have NO USE for J.D. Vance who laughs at people like me with no children and believes we are miserable and like to spread misery and that because we have no children, we have no vested interest in this country.  He is a smart-alek idiot.  I watched the video three times and cried for 20 minutes.  People have asked him to explain himself and he gets mad as that is how smart-aleks do.

However, I cannot, as a Christian write in anyone's name.  This election will be either the end of America or a possible chance to improve somewhat.

Either way, America will not be rainbows and candyland.  We are under the the judgment of God and have been.  This is why  this election is between people that are not worthy of the White House.

The horrid left cannot go in.

God will put in whom he chooses - I know that for a fact.  And he puts in immoral and non-Christians many times as a wakeup call.

We, as Christians, have to ask why it is going to be Trump or Harris.

If we don't speak to God about this - we are idiots.

I knew that I would get blow back on this.  I agree with a lot of what you said.  I voted for Trump twice, holding my nose.  He is skilled in many ways to be a manager; but, he's a terrible embarrassment and narcissist, a bully.  He is lacking common sense IMO and too emotionally charged which gets him in trouble.

In Kennedy's defense, I know he is pro-life personally.  I was very disappointed when he watered down his stance on pro-choice.  He didn't elaborate on the same exceptions you spoke about on exceptions to the rule.

Finally, I am with you about the Democrats' agendas.  They will be judged individually for their evil actions.  They have scales on their eyes about what is moral and dishonor our God and Lord Jesus Christ.

We have a lot we agree upon; but, our conclusions differ on who should represent us.  Talking these things out like we are doing now is what needs to happen with/between our representatives.  We need to get out of the muck and clean up the swamp.

RFK will probably soon back Trump in order to defeat Kamala's Socialist agenda.  If she gets in, I think it will allow a lot of God's judgement to come on the country.

Kamala is wholeheartedly for the Woke agenda which is brainwashing the children.   We know what Jesus said about anyone causing children to stumble... better for a millstone to be hung around their neck and be drowned.

Have you seen current interviews with Trump....after the assassination attempt?

He has changed in his demeanor and how he speaks.   I think God is doing a good work in Trump.

Walz is also for killing babies after birth.

I saw Newt Gingrich say that Walz allowed 8 babies to die on the table.   That if the parents don't want the baby, let it die.   No medical help.

Walz is crazy liberal.   He got married on the anniversary of the Tien Min Square Massacre so he wouldn't forget his anniversary! ???   Why not Valentine's Day?

His wife opened their windows to smell the burning tires during the Minneapolis riots while Walz delayed calling in the National Guard.

And Walz signed an Executive Order to take children away from parents that won't give them transgender care, puberty blockers and sex change surgeries!!!

Yes, Debp, I know all of these things and more.  That's why I am holding my nose and voting for Trump.

The only thing that I have no problem with is Walz and his wife having their anniversary on the anniversary Tiananmen Square.  Maybe he is a history buff.  Maybe he was impressed with the students who protested - especially the young man who stood against those tanks.

I had this poster in my classroom for many years.

It was entitled "Lonely are the Brave".

Back to the pro-life stance.  If we voted for the candidate with the strongest pro-life stance, we would have put Tim Scott on the ballot.  It's a moot point now.

So, you are going to let Kamala win?   Surely you don't think she will make a good president.

Yes I'm not only going to let her win  I'm going to help her win if there's any possibility at this late date. I do think she will make a good president she's made a darn good vice president. She believes in some of the same values as I do. She believes that we are all equal all of us she believes in protecting the rights of the vulnerable. She believes that every single American deserves a fair shot. She believes that we all deserve healthcare so do I. I believe healthcare is a right . She believes in responsible gun control I believe in that I'm a gun owner but I believe in reasonable gun control laws . She believes in improving the immigration situation now that is a very tough pickle. But she believes that not every person that comes here is a murderer or rapist and not everyone who comes here is out to get your job. She believes in a good environment a good education freedom to practice your religion or no religion at all. Healthcare for all immigration reform and though I'm not sure probably police reform because we certainly need that George Floyd, Sonya Massie. Do I agree with her about everything no. We don't agree on everything and I consider myself to be a moderate I'm progressive about some issues but I consider myself to be moderate. But do I think she'll make a great president hands down yes and am I going to do what I can to help her become president absolutely. And I make no apology for that . The answer is yes and yes

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
