Hi, RFK Jr has not conceded.  He has made a serious strategic move for sure, but he is still in it for 2024 at 40 States also for the longer  haul(2026 and 2028), and so are many  in the USA. We need but 5% of the total popular votes cast. See Kennedy24 website,  the August 23 speech there. Give it about ten minutes of your time. It is a  full sermon to a nation about the extreme evil that has occurred especially within the Democrat Party leadership.

It's quite a brilliant plan IMO.  It's the unity movement allowing Republicans, Independents, and disaffected Democrats to join together to defeat the socialist Democrats in this presidential election.  It doesn't address all of the damage done immediately to this great country; but, it is a pathway back to our sovereignty and patriotic foundation.   Let us remember and preserve:

Okay, you're right and I was wrong. I checked out Kennedy24.com and listened to all 38-35/60 minutes of his speech, and I see where he's coming from. His main concerns are chronic disease, free speech, government corruption, and breaking our addiction to war. I'm on board with all of these points.

So, yes. In the 10 battlefield states where his name on the ballot could make him a "spoiler," he has erased his name off their ballots and is encouraging others to vote for Trump.

Robert Kennedy, Jr. is a TRUE statesman. I do like his slogan: Make America HEALTHY Again. ("MAHA")!

He said that the Chronic Health Issues we have, especially here in the USA, are due to...

1. Ultra-processed foods, such as sugar, processed grains, and processed seed oils, and

2. Toxic chemicals in our foods and crops

And, I do like his long-term approach to getting things repaired here: He wants to work WITH Trump to get free speech back in our newspapers and media and to end government corruption and censorship. He was also supportive of Trump's desire to END the wars that the Dem's have encouraged and supported with military involvement.

I've come away with a new respect for Kennedy, even though I can't agree with everything he supports or doesn't support. The same can be said in my support for Trump.

Oh, and I should have added that I LIKE VERY MUCH his statement at the end: "We need to love our children more than we hate each other!"

Thanks for watching. I too was turned about to appreciating him. Come time to fill out my own mail in ballot it is going to be a hard painful decision since  we both are in a swing State. I think  Florida will be as close as it was between Gore - Bush.

The idea of picking between evils is really a very foreign concept to me;  as I ask myself, what do I have to do with Belial?

Kennedy has acknowledged he is taking a chance after many many days of daily prayer. He has as you saw and heard decided his love of children and desire to protect their health  at  the USA  has made him take this chance,  for now. That may be the decide for me as well. I'm just not there yet.

I have no trust on Trump, none. And can't go Harris. What I can do is praise my Lord and savior Jesus and lean into the hope certain that is his gospel message.

 I don't dare leave that Presidential slots on the ballot blank, not in Florida, not  with what happened in the era of  the Hanging Chad and the recount that almost defeated Bush against Gore. And perhaps would have if it were not for our then State attorney general stopping the recount.

Though Gore wanted to fight it, he to his credit  conceded rather than throw the country into the kind of turmoil we experienced  Jan 6 2021 at Washington dc. All we had then was the Washington Democrat staffers taking the W's off all their  government computer keyboards. No one busted into the capital. No one threatened the Vice president of the USA.nor the speaker of the House of Representatives.

The climate  is far rougher today than even 2020, could be a really harsh time of deepest divide with real fighting, leaving the USA extremely vulnerable to all sorts of evil from within and from without it's borders; such as they are.

As I pray for the peace of Jerusalem  I find continuing need to pray for peace at home as one sojourner on this fallen creation's planet earth.

Thanks! Now I am confused upon reading the initiative again, and reading the present Florida law.

Trump said he is voting against the initiative because six weeks is too short a period of time. That threw me off completely. When asked what is a better period of time I understood him to say he did not know, but six weeks pregnant was too short a period of time.

I know it is a tough call for many if not most people. My own  prayer is that no abortion will desired by any pregnant woman, that instead there will be ample support for every woman's need  and her man's need when she is pregnant.

Yes I know; what about incest, rape, viability of fetus, and health risk to  a woman? Tough questions! I know it to be beyond my paid grade to dictate an answer, and I think it beyond any politician's pay grade too. It is a moral issue, a spiritual matter,  a health matter to some degree, a whole life's responsibility with serious consequence matter.

Was a whole lot simpler when I was young then it is today. Way back when, if one impregnated a woman they usually married her and raised the child and cared for her till death (or divorce) did part them. If the man was not known, a most likely candidate was often credited, and it became his  responsibility.

Perhaps the old days were better, simpler anyway. At any rate we need love children more than we hate each other and hate the cost of helping pregnant women.

Now I should reread the initiative as I misunderstood it for sure. As for Trump thinking a longer period than six weeks  is necessary to decide, I don't think that is the proper question to be deciding in  the first place- the proper question is  in my opinion how do we act out cherishing   new life, and how much will we spend  sacrificially to make sure care and help is there for the mother and her man that is in need?

I've heard two politicians (one was Newt Gingrich) say that Walz allowed 8 babies to die on the table in MN.   Apparently Walz signed a law where no medical treatment is needed to be given if a baby is born alive after an abortion.

Maybe @Mama Etna can give some input as she is from MN.

I was 110% writing in Condoleezza Rice - a previous National Security Advisor and Secretary of State who is the smartest and most capable politician I know....

....but then Harris picked Tim Walz.  When I learned more about him, I knew I could not do a write-in.

It's very, very emotionally draining to be a moderate and Independent right now.  I've either got to vote for an extreme right winger or an extreme left winger.

I cannot vote for the left.

I suggest you do not do a write-in.

If I lived in a state red state, swing state, or any other than a reliably left-leaning one, which I live in, I would vote GOP all the way down the ticket.  As it is where I live, the left rules the roost by a margin of 3:1. I want the democrat reading my ballot to see and have to read the name "Jesus Christ".
